Abstract

Penelitian pembuatan dan karakterisasi sel surya organik struktur berlapis-lapis (laminated) ITO/PEDOT:PSS/PEG/PEG+Antosianin/Antosianin/Al/ITO menggunakan antosianin jantung pisang sebagai bahan akseptor elektron telah dilakukan. Karakterisasi sifat listrik film tipis antosianin jantung pisang menggunakan I-V meter V1.0 ELKAHFI 100, karakterisasi absorbansi menggunakan spektrometer Ocean Optic Vis-NIR USB 4000, karakterisasi struktur permukaan menggunakan Scopeman Digital CCD Microscope MS-804, karakterisasi spektra FT-IR menggunakan PerkinElmer Frontier FT-IR Spectroscopy. Pelapisan PEDOT:PSS, PEG, dan antosianin menggunakan metode spin coating sedangkan pelapisan aluminium dengan metode evaporasi termal menggunakan LADD Research Industries evaporator. Pengukuran sifat listrik sel surya organik dilakukan di bawah sumber cahaya lampu xenon 1000 W/m2 menggunakan Keithley 2602A system sourchMeter dengan luas area aktif sel adalah 1 cm2. Abstract

Learning science is not limited to reviewing the concepts, but strengthens the identity of a nation that has a diversity of cultures. Science learning objectives that have been set in Indonesia, including the student is able to apply the science wisely, to maintain and preserve the cultural survival. The study aims to measure students ability to relate concepts of science with local knowledge to use mind maps compiled individually. The results showed that 85% of teacher candidates are able to determine the relationship of science and local knowledge correctly. The ability to link the two domains, through the literature review, observation and interviews.

Abstract

Geomorphology as a part of earth sciences has a already known  for along time, however the development and application is relatively slow, especially in Indonesia. There is a tendency that the concept as well as the application of geomprphology will increase rapidly. The aims of this paper are to discuss the concept of geomorphology. The role of geomorphology in the physical geography studies and its application research activities. Geomorphology deal with land form as  subject of study and stressed on relief, processes, materials (lithology and its structure), and chronology has important role in the physical geography. Geomorphology be able to support of other sciences related to physical environment such as geology, pedology, hydrology, and archaelogy. In the practical application, geomorphology can be used in engineering purposed and regional development planning. In the research activities geomorphology can be used as basic frame work to determine sample areas, and also can be used as frame work to land resources evaluation with land form unit as land mapping unit or evaluation unit.

Abstract

The scientific work independence is the core competency of student teacher of science. In this research, the effectiveness of the Science Integrated Learning Model (SIL) was measured in term of the scientific work independence of student teacher of science in changing the society’s original knowledge into scientific knowledge. The changing was measured through Ethnoscience learning. The experimental method was used with the control group and experimental group in three different universities. The result of the t-test shows a correlation coefficient significance value at 0.000 < 0.05. Therefore, it concludes that there is not any difference between the experimental and control group. However, there is an effect of model application on the independence of the scientific work of student teacher of science.

Abstract

The ADIPOQ and EDG1 genes were responsible in intramuscular fat deposition and marbling scores. This study was aimed to identify polymorphism of indel g.81966364D>I in promoter region of ADIPOQ gene and SNP c.-312A>G in 5' UTR of EDG1 gene in Indonesian beef cattle. Blood samples were collected from 211 cattle, including Bali (44), Madura (20), Pesisir (18), Katingan (20), PO (22), Pasundan (20), SO (12), Brahman (20), Simmental (15) and Limousin (18). Polymorphism of ADIPOQ gene was analyzed using PCR and direct sequencingmethods, whereas EDG1 gene was analyzed using PCR-RFLP (MscI enzyme) and direct sequencingmethods. Results of genotyping indel g.81966364D>I was monomorphic (DD genotype). The SNP c.-312A>G was polymorphic (AA and AG genotype) in Madura, Pesisir, Pasundan, Brahman, and Limousine. The Frequencies of allele A and G were 0.95, 0.92, 0.98, 0.95, 0.94 and 0.05, 0.08, 0.02, 0.05, 0.06 respectively. The values of Ho and He were 0.05-0.17 and 0.05-0.15 respectively and in Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium (P>0.05). In Bali, Katingan, PO, SO and Simmental were monomorphic (GG genotype). In Bali cattle, two novel SNP candidates were found in position of c.-399C>T and c.-273C>G which were potential to be used as genetic markers of marbling score for Bali cattle. As result this study, it can be concluded that ADIPOQ gene was similar while EDG1 gene was different in Indonesian beef cattle. in addition, found two candidates potential SNP in Bali cattle.

Abstract

The objectives of this research aims to identifying the impact of online learning and quiz that actually drive better results for ICT Literacyfor physics and student exam results. We are doing this observation with 40 students at SMK Ar-Rahman Watusalam with the sampling group method. We are using questionnaire to evalute the authentic situation of ICT Literacy and the exam results of students before we are using online learning and quiz. The that online learning and quiz make better results for ICT Literacy and student exam results, because the condition of students' physics test scores after the application of online interactive quizzes which reached KKM (Minimum completeness criteria), which reached 75 students out of 40 with a percentage of 65% of students.

Abstract

AbstractLearning the physics is learning about scientific models that are conceptual models of physics phenomenon. The model can be as the explanation or description from analogical thinking process. The basic principal of model is its ability to predict although it has limitation. Mental model is psychological description about nature phenomenon that we are observed. In this paper, we will discuss student mental model about modern physics and the implementation of modeling instruction in the learning of modern physic. Modeling instruction uses the principles of mental construction process from scientist to construct modern physic concepts. This method tries to organize basic models become into basic pattern. According to some studies of students mental model, most of the student still think using classical model mental when they learn modern physics concepts. Applying modeling instruction methods in the learning process have purpose to modify it gradually which including revision and enrichments. With this modification, the students misconception about modern physics which caused by classical model mental will change becomes right concept.Keywords: Modern Physics, Modeling Instruction, Mental Model, Scientific Model,AbstrakBelajar konsep fisika adalah belajar tentang model-model saintifik yaitu model konseptual tentang fenomena-fenomena yang ada di alam. Model bisa berupa penjelasan atau deskripsi dari proses berfikir analogi. Prinsip dasar dari suatu model adalah memiliki kemampuan untuk memprediksi, meskipun terbatas dengan syarat-syarat batas tertentu. Sedangkan model mental adalah gambaran psikologi didalam pikiran tentang fenomena alam yang kita amati. Dalam makalah ini akan dibahas tentang model mental siswa pada konsep-konsep fisika modern, penggunaan modeling instruction untuk membelajarkan model saintifik dari konsep fisika modern. Modeling instruction adalah pembelajaran dengan menerapkan prinsip konstruksi mental para ilmuan fisika dalam merumuskan suatu teori. Metode ini mencoba mengorganisir sejumlah model-model dasar menjadi pola-pola dasar. Berdasarkan data dari beberapa penelitian didapatkan hasil bahwa kebanyakan siswa masih berfikir menggunakan model mental klasik dalam pembelajaran fisika modern. Penerapan metode modeling instruction ini bertujuan agar terjadi modifikasi secara bertahap pada model mental klasik siswa, yang meliputi revisi dan enrichment . Dengan modifikasi ini maka diharapkan miskonsepsi siswa pada konsep fisika modern yang disebabkan model mental fisika klasik dapat menjadi konsep yang benar.Kata-kata kunci: Fisika Modern, Modeling Instruction, Model Mental, Model Saintifik,

Abstract

This study aims to see the level of creativity of students in making dynamic fluid material props. Subjects who were given treatment were 11th-grade students of the 2019/2020 academic year at MA Nudia in Semarang City. The method used is a quantitative method with the instrument used, namely a questionnaire given via Google form. The questionnaire analysis was prepared based on William's creative indicators. These indicators are creative person, creative process, and creative product. The results of the assistance obtained are personal indicators that get creative predicate, indicators that get very creative predicate, creative indicators that get creative predicate, and product indicators that get very creative predicate. Of the four hands, it can ignore that the subject-categorized as very innovative and creative in students can be seen using simple teaching aids on dynamic fluid material.

Abstract

Fruit is not only as a source of vitamins that are beneficial to health. Energy experts begin to look for the existence of the fruit that is not just a complement of nutrients; they open a new knowledge that the fruit can become a source of electrical energy alternatives. On the other hand, the educators participating improve the usefulness of the fruit in learning activities as a learning medium dynamic power which can help students and teachers in achieving the learning objectives. In this study, the fruit is used as a medium of electrodynamic power which can reduce students' stress conditions. This student learning stress conditions will affect the memory, memory, concentration and student achievement. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of lemon as a medium of learning to learn physics student stress conditions, so that the results of this study indicates that the fruit is not only capable of as a source of vitamins and alternative electric energy source, but it can be useful as a learning medium which can reduce student’s stress conditions.
