Abstract

This study aims to analyze the needs of developing PBL-based mobile learning learning models. The study was conducted using a survey method of High Schools in the City of Pematang Siantar. The research subjects were 18 class teachers who taught Pancasila and Citizenship Education learning. The object being studied is the responses of school principals and teachers to the development of PBL-based mobile learning models, the tendency of teachers to apply PBL-based mobile learning models in schools, student reasoning, and student character. Data collected by interview, questionnaire, observation, and test. Data were analyzed descriptively. The analysis shows that (1) school principals have not yet fostered the development of PBL-based mobile learning learning models, so they support development efforts, (2) teachers have not yet developed and used PBL-based mobile learning learning models, so they support and declare readiness to be involved in the development, (3) learning models used by teachers so far there have been no indications leading to PBL-based mobile learning learning models.

Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1) menghasilkan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis inquiry yang layak digunakan, mudah dipelajari dan dapat dipakai untuk pembelajaran individual, (2) untuk mengetahui efektifitas media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis inquiry yang dikembangkan pada mata pelajaran matematika. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan yang menggunakan model pengembangan produk Borg and Gall yang dipadu dengan model pengembangan pembelajaran Dick and Carey.  Menurut penilaian dari ahli yang meliputi ahli materi, ahli media pembelajaran, dan desain pembelajaran yaitu produk penelitian masuk ke dalam kategori sangat baik.  Hasil Uji coba perorangan, Uji coba kelompok kecil, dan Uji coba kelompok lapangan produk masuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Uji t diperoleh nilai thitung = 2,01, ttabel untuk N = 40 diperoleh 1,69. nilai thitung> ttabel yang berarti antara hasil belajar matematika siswa yang diajarkan dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis inquiry dapat diterima dan teruji kebenarannya. Efektifitas dari media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis inquiry pada mata pelajaran matematika sebesar 63,44%. Kata  Kunci : Media Pembelajaran, Matematika, Adobe Flash Card Abstract : This study aims to: (1) produce inquiry-based interactive learning media that are feasible to use, easy to learn and can be used for individual learning, (2) to determine the effectiveness of inquiry-based interactive learning media developed in mathematics subjects. This type of research is a development research that uses the model of Borg and Gall product development combined with the model of  Dick and Carey learning development. According to the assessment of the experts who are material experts, learning media experts, and learning design, the research product is in the very good category. The results of individual trials, small group trials, and product field group trials fall into the very good category. The t-test obtained the value of tcount = 2,01, ttable for N = 40 obtained 1.69. the value of tcount > ttable which means that the students' mathematics learning outcomes taught using inquiry-based interactive learning media can be accepted and verified. The effectiveness of inquiry-based interactive learning media on mathematics subjects is 63.44%. Kata  Kunci : Learning Media, Mathematics, Adobe Flash Card

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model blended learning pada pangkas rambut dasar dan mengetahui kelayakan model blended learning pada Pangkas Rambut Dasar siswa kelas XI Tata Kecantikan SMK AKP Galang. Model blended learning dikembangkan dengan bantuan google classroom. Metode penelitian menggunakan Research and Development (R&D) dengan model penelitian pengembangan ADDIE. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian ahli materi blended learning 94,49% (kategori sangat baik) dan penilaian ahli desain pembelajaran 94,6% (kategori sangat baik) sehingga layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Model pembelajaran blended learning berbantuan google classroom ini juga efektif digunakan yang ditunjukkan dengan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar sebanyak 17,6% yaitu hasil belajar pretest (kemampuan awal) sebesar 62,9% meningkat menjadi 80% pada posttest (kemampuan akhir).Kata Kunci: Blended Learning, Google Classroom, Pemangkasan Rambut Dasar, Tata RiasAbstract: This study aims to develop a blended learning model for basic haircuts and to find out the feasibility of the blended learning model for basic haircuts for class XI cosmetology students at SMK AKP Galang. The blended learning model was developed with the help of Google Classroom. The research method uses Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE development research model. Based on the results of the expert assessment of blended learning material 94.49% (very good category) and the assessment of learning design experts 94.6% (very good category) so it is suitable for use in learning. The blended learning model assisted by Google Classroom is also effectively used as indicated by an increase in learning outcomes of 17.6%, namely pretest learning outcomes (initial abilities) of 62.9% increasing to 80% in the posttest (final abilities).Keywords: Blended Learning, Google Classroom, Basic haircut, Cosmetology

Abstract

Abstrak: Peneliti melakukan penelitian eksperimen sebagai bentuk untuk mengetahui efektivitas dari implementasi produk yang dikembangkan pada siswa kelas XI IIS2 di SMAN 1 Tebas yakni video pembelajaran geografi SMA berbasis kearifan lokal untuk meningkatkan high order thinking skills (HOTS) dengan memberikan soal pretest dan postest. Subjek uji efektivitas berjumlah 30 siswa dan subjek validasi soal 30 siswa di SMAN 1 Tebas. Desain yang digunakan dalam eksperimen adalah one group pretest- posttest design untuk mengetahui pengaruh dalam penggunaan video pembelajaran. Data yang diperoleh adalah data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode observasi, dokumentasi, angket dan tes. Analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif, deskritif kualitatif dan statistik inferensial uji t serta uji effect size. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan rata-rata nilai peserta didik sebelumnya 56,83 menjadi 76,83. Berdasarkan hasil uji T nilai sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan Nilai ????ℎ????????????????????> ???????????????????????? dengan hasil sebagai berikut (14,316) > (1,45), maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima yaitu “terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar sebelum dan setelah penggunaan media video pembelajaran”. Evektivitas video pembelajaran melalui uji effect size, hasilnya 2,614 dengan kategori “strong effect”. Dengan demikian pengembangan video pembelajaran geografi SMA Berbasis kearifan lokal untuk meningkatkan High Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) memiliki pengaruh yang kuat terhadap hasil belajar siswa Kata Kunci: Video Pembelajaran, Geografi, Kearifan Lokal, HOTS Abstract: Researchers conducted experimental research as a form of knowing the effectiveness of product implementation developed for class XI IIS2 students at SMAN 1 Tebas, namely high school geography learning videos based on local wisdom to improve high order thinking skills (HOTS) by providing pretest and posttest questions. The effectiveness test subjects were 30 students and the validation test subjects were 30 students at SMAN 1 Tebas. The design used in the experiment was a one group pretest-posttest design to determine the effect of using learning videos. The data obtained are qualitative and quantitative data. Data was collected by observation, documentation, questionnaires and tests. Data analysis used descriptive quantitative, descriptive qualitative and statistical inferential t tests and effect size tests. The results of the study showed that there was a difference in the average score of the previous students from 56.83 to 76.83. Based on the results of the T test, the sig (2-tailed) value is 0.000 <0.05 and the value ????ℎ???????????????????? > ????????????????????????  with the following results (14.316) > (1.45), then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, namely "there are differences in learning outcomes before and after the use of instructional video media”. The effectiveness of learning videos through the effect size test, the result is 2.614 in the "strong effect" category. Abstract

This study aims to develop an interactive learning medium based on Articulate Storyline to improve student learning outcomes in Economics for Grade XI at SMAS Nommensen Pematangsiantar Campus. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model, which includes five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The procedure involved needs analysis, media design and development, expert validation, and individual, small-group, and large-group trials. Validation results indicated that the media was highly feasible, with scores of 88% from content experts, 91% from media experts, and 89% from instructional design experts. Teacher practicality tests showed a 95% score, indicating the media was easy to use and relevant. Student responses in individual, small-group, and large-group scores scored 88%, 90%, and 92%, respectively, suggesting the media was engaging and easy to understand. Data analysis revealed that the experimental class average score increased from 64.17 (pretest) to 85.42 (posttest), with an N-Gain of 0.59 (moderate to high category). In contrast, the control class only improved from 63.19 to 70.83, with an N-Gain of 0.21 (low category). The t-test showed a significant difference between the two classes (tcount = 8.152 > ttable = 2.030; Sig. = 0.0001 < 0.05). It can be concluded that the Articulate Storyline learning media is highly feasible, practical, and effective for teaching Economics. This study recommends the use of interactive media and teacher training as key strategies for digital learning in the modern era.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to (1) find out the Mobile CAP learning model is suitable for use in Civics Subject learning, (2) find out the Mobile CAP learning model is practically used in Civics Subject learning, (3) find out that the Mobile CAP model is effective in Civics Subject learning in Class X of Pematangsiantar City High School. The development procedure of the Mobile CAP model refers to the Plomp development model accompanied by several modifications by paying attention to the R&D research steps consisting of the initial investigation phase, the design phase, the realization phase, the testing phase, evaluation, and revision. The location of the development trial is SMA Negeri 6 Pematangsiantar. The results of the study, namely the assessment or feasibility measurement carried out by experts on the learning model and supporting device products in the form of learning models, model books, teacher manuals, student manuals, Mobile CAP media, and the evaluation of learning outcomes as a whole are valid/feasible to be used for Civics Subject learning to students. The results of the practicality test through observation of teacher and student activities during learning, one-on-one trials, limited group trials, and field trials conducted on teachers and students prove that the entire product developed is very practical to use for Civics Subject learning for students. The results of the product effectiveness test through student learning outcomes obtained an N-Gain price with a high category which means that the product developed is effectively used in the implementation of Civics Subject learning for students.

Abstract

This study aims to develop learning media using Google Sites in the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model to improve the learning outcomes of Catholic Religious Education students in grade VIII of Santa Maria Middle School, Medan. This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of students, the limited use of digital media in learning, and the less than optimal use of learning models that are able to accommodate the characteristics of the digital generation. The developed media is designed to integrate learning materials, project activities, interactive multimedia, digital portfolios, and learning reflections in one platform that is easily accessible to teachers and students. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model, which includes stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The research subjects consisted of material experts, media experts, learning design experts, Catholic Religious Education teachers, and grade VIII students of Santa Maria Middle School, Medan. Research data were collected through questionnaires, observations, interviews, documentation, and learning outcome tests. Data analysis was carried out descriptively and quantitatively to assess the feasibility, practicality, and effectiveness of the developed product. The research results are expected to produce valid, practical, and effective Google Sites-based learning media to improve students' cognitive and affective learning outcomes. This media development is expected to support more interactive, collaborative, and contextual Catholic religious education learning and meet the demands of 21st-century learning.

Abstract

This study aimed to develop and evaluate a STEM-based interactive e-module to strengthen students’ statistical literacy in mathematics learning. The study employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model, consisting of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation stages. The research was conducted at SMP Negeri 3 Medan involving 64 Grade VIII students, with 32 students in the experimental class and 32 students in the control class. The developed e-module integrated Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) principles with interactive multimedia features, including animations, videos, simulations, and contextual statistical problem-solving activities. The quality of the e-module was assessed through validity, practicality, and effectiveness evaluations. Expert validation results indicated that the e-module was highly valid, with scores of 86.43% from subject matter experts, 91.56% from media experts, and 95.63% from instructional design experts. Practicality testing showed positive responses from teachers (92.14%) and students (82.24%), indicating that the e-module was practical and easy to implement in classroom learning. The effectiveness evaluation revealed a significant improvement in students’ statistical literacy. The average score increased from 58.00 on the pretest to 82.06 on the posttest. Furthermore, the N-Gain value reached 0.59, indicating a moderate improvement category, while Cohen’s effect size of 0.93 demonstrated a large practical effect. Classical learning mastery reached 81.25%, and the independent-samples t-test showed a significant difference between the experimental and control groups (p = 0.000 < 0.05). These findings demonstrate that the STEM-based interactive e-module is valid, practical, and effective for enhancing students’ statistical literacy and supporting meaningful mathematics learning in the digital era.

Abstract

Penelitian dan pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengembangkan model pembelajaran penguatan vocational life skills mahasiswa berwawasan kewirausahaan; dan (2) mengimplementasikan model pembelajaran penguatan vocational life skills mahasiswa  berwawasan kewirausahaan. (3) mengetahui efektivitas dan keunggulan model; dan (4) mengimplentasikan model. Metode penelitian dan pengembangan dengan Borg & Gall dan perencanaan strategi pembelajaran dalam pengembangan model dengan menggunakan rancangan Dick & Carey. Berdasarkan hasil dari validasi ahli pada: ahli bidang studi, ahli desain pembelajaran, ahli desain grafis semuanya menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran penguatan vocational life skill layak digunakan dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran pada mahasiswa jurusan teknik mesin. Juga pada uji coba perorangan, uji coba kelompok kecil dan uji coba lapangan menunjukan kelayakan model yang dikembangkan dan dalam kategori baik. Uji efektivitas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa nilai rata-rata hasil belajar yang diajar dengan menggunakan modul vocational life skills berwawasan kewirausahaan lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan nilai rata-rata hasil belajar yang diajar dengan menggunakan buku teks.Kata kunci: model pembelajaran penguatan vocational life skills, kewirausahaan, teknik mesin LEARNING MODEL DEVELOPMENT OF STUDENTS LIFE SKILLS VOCATIONAL STRENGTHENING INSIGHTFUL ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN MECHANICAL ENGINEERINGAbstractResearch and development is aimed at: (1) develop learning models strengthening vocational life skills, entrepreneurial-minded students; and (2) implement a reinforcement learning model vocational life skills, entrepreneurial-minded students. Based on the results of the validation experts at: expert studies, expert instructional design, graphic design expert everything suggests that the reinforcement learning model vocational decent life skill used in the implementation of learning in students majoring in mechanical engineering. Also on individual testing, small group trial and field trials showed the feasibility of the model developed and in both categories. Effectiveness test, it can be concluded that the average value of learning outcomes are taught using modules vocational life skills, entrepreneurial-minded higher than the average value of learning outcomes are taught using textbooks.Keywords: reinforcement learning model vocational life skills, entrepreneurship, engineering

Abstract

This study aimed to develop, validate, and evaluate the effectiveness of Augmented Reality (AR)-based poetry learning media in enhancing students’ literary analysis skills in Indonesian language learning. The study employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model, which consists of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation phases. The participants were Grade X students of SMA Negeri 1 Paranginan, Indonesia, during the 2025/2026 academic year. The developed AR media was designed to visualize abstract poetic elements, including imagery, symbolism, tone, theme, and message, through interactive three-dimensional objects and multimedia features. Data were collected through expert validation sheets, student response questionnaires, observations, and literary analysis achievement tests. The validation results indicated that the AR media was highly feasible for instructional use, with material expert validation reaching 80.6%, instructional design expert validation 92.0%, and media expert validation 88.3%. Practicality testing demonstrated positive student responses, with average scores exceeding 85% across individual, small-group, and field trials. The effectiveness analysis revealed that students who learned using the AR media achieved significantly higher literary analysis skills than those receiving conventional instruction. The experimental group obtained a mean score of 83.11, while the control group achieved 76.08. Independent-samples t-test results showed a statistically significant difference between groups (p < .05). These findings suggest that AR-based poetry learning media effectively enhances students’ engagement, comprehension, and literary analysis skills by transforming abstract poetic concepts into meaningful and interactive learning experiences. Therefore, the developed media is considered valid, practical, and effective for senior high school poetry instruction.
