Abstract

Rukun Istri Sejahtera Foundation is a foundation engaged in social, educational, religious and humanitarian fields. The easy access to the internet and social media by many people, especially among students, has a bad influence as a negative effect of utilizing these innovations. More and more fake news that is often referred to as hoaxes can be accepted by the public, especially in the use of social media. In accessing digital media, you may encounter inappropriate things such as news and hoax information. Thus, students are very interested in acting out digital literacy in preventing hoaxes, including parents, teachers and all policymakers The problem that has been faced by partners is the difficulty in providing direction to students fostered by partners regarding the use of digital literacy as an alternative in preventing hoaxes and their spread. The solution for partners in overcoming these problems is to provide counseling on the use of digital literacy to prevent hoaxes and their spread to partner-assisted students. Based on these problems, this community service activity aims to develop knowledge and insights by providing counseling on the use of alternative digital literacy in preventing hoaxes and their spread to students of the Rukun Istri Sejahtera Foundation.

Abstract

Al Birru Indonesia Foundation is a partner in a community service program located in the Jakasampurn area, Bekasi. This foundation is engaged in a humanitarian social institution initiated by a group of youth with their ideas and positive thoughts to build the character of an independent society, especially young teenagers. As a non-profit organization, it is very necessary to have a website that can be used as a promotional medium to introduce its programs, company profile, and as a form of accountability for the funds that have been given by donors. The current problem is that the website that is already owned is not optimal in its management, for example, related to the available menus that are still lacking and not updated. Thus, through this community service activity, training on website optimization was carried out which discussed website planning. The results of this activity were the audience of the trainees gaining knowledge and knowledge about website planning including creating page layouts, determining website facilities, display designs, mock-ups, to content structure. The results of the questionnaire showed that 60 to 70% were satisfied with the modules given and the delivery of tutors, 70% of participants stated that they were very useful for PkM activities, and 50% would participate again in the implementation of the next PkM activity.

Abstract

Community participation in reducing the quantity or volume of waste as well as managing waste is one of the most important parts in tackling the waste problem, especially in big cities. Reduction or reduction in the amount and volume of waste is an effort made to minimize the presence of waste. The waste bank is a means for the community that is used to manage waste that has economic value. In the residential area of Villa Pertiwi Block P Rt.004 Rw.015, Sukamaju Village, Cilodong District, Depok. In the process of processing and storing waste bank customer data, they still use the manual method, namely by recording every transaction into a book, so that problems often arise such as damaged or lost data, data duplication, and report books that are left more and more and accumulate. Therefore, by implementing training and implementing and using a web-based waste bank application system, it can make it easier to process and store customer data in the operational activities of the waste bank. Customers can register as waste bank customers through the waste bank information system, making it easier to validate data and recap customer data collection, admins can print deposit data reports from customers' waste bank results.

Abstract

Jakarta Islamic Center (JIC) is a local government institution that includes elements of local government and society with main tasks including human resources development, information and communication and business development. In the information and communication function, JIC requires a medium that can be used for broadcasting Islamic proselytizing optimally and managed professionally with an attractive and up to date appearance. Therefore, a team of lecturers from the Faculty of Information Technology, Nusa Mandiri University (FTI UNM) conducted community service in the form of training on how to design UI / UX with figma on mobile apps for JIC mosque teenagers. The training was held on October 15, 2022 at the Damai campus with 14 participants through presentations, demonstrations, discussions and questions and answers. The results of the research can equip new knowledge and knowledge for participants so that they have skills in creating and managing information and communication media in the form of mobile apps with attractive designs and in accordance with the needs of visitors.

Abstract

PT.Telkom Witel Kalbar currently has many employees but with so many employees, the selection of the best employees is done manually so that the company is still difficult to determine the best employees. With these problems, researchers are interested in conducting research in the form of a decision support system that can later help from the company to determine the selection of the best employees in the form of a application. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is a theory that contains measurements used to find the ratio scale by means of pairwise comparisons between factors. This study uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process method as an alternative solution to the decision support system for selecting the best employees at PT. Telkom Witel Kalbar. The application of the AHP method is considered capable of providing an initial value of subjective problems and then becoming objective so as to increase the level of accuracy in selecting the best employees so as to get the results of the research, namely Mr. Satria became the best employee.

Abstract

AbstrakSeiring dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi yang maju seperti sekarang ini, membuat pengguna semakin mudah dalam mencari informasi melalui media online. Dengan banyaknya media online yang dapat diakses oleh masyarakat maka banyak opini yang terbentuk di masyarakat tersebar di dalamnya. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan adalah merancang sebuah aplikasi untuk mengambil berita dari banyak media online dan mengeluarkan sentiment dari teks berita tersebut. Metode yang digunakan pada aplikasi ini menggunakan metode web scraping dan model machine learning untuk sentiment analysis. Adapun data yang digunakan adalah data berita terkait dengan “Universitas Nusa Mandiri” pada bulan desember 2022 terjaring 100 berita dari google news yang telah diproses oleh model machine learning sentiment analysis dan memberikan hasil 87% berita sentiment positif dan 13% berita sentiment negatif. Kata Kunci: Universitas Nusa Mandiri, Web Scraping, Sentiment Analysis

Abstract

The discourse of postponing the 2024 election and extending the term of office of the president has stimulated sentiment in some regions in Indonesia. The discourse has implications for the extension of the president's term of office which is considered unconstitutional. The issue of postponing the election is clearly not the aspiration of the people, but only the interests of political passion and lust among the rulers who want to perpetuate power so that it is considered to violate and insult the constitution which stipulates that elections are held every five years. This study aims to determine how to analyze the sentiment of postponement the 2024 election on comments from the Indonesian people on Twitter or called tweets. The number of comments that will be used in the study is 1826 consisting of 710 positive sentiments and 1116 negative sentiments. The research method used is the Cross-Industry Standard Process for Data Mining (CRISP-DM) method. With this method, the stages of research carried out are data collection, business understanding, data understanding, data preprocessing, data labeling, modeling, evaluation, and deployment. Based on the results obtained at the modeling stage, the tweet data that has been collected is then processed and analyzed for sentiment with a train/test split data model and k-fold cross validation using the Naive Bayes (NB) algorithm, Support Vector Machine (SVM), Deep Learning (DL) ), and Desicious Tree (DT) and a comparison of 80:20 for training and testing data, the highest accuracy value is obtained by using the train/test split data model using the Naive Bayes algorithm to produce an accuracy of 80,55%.

Abstract

Pengelolaan dan pemeliharaan aset TI (Teknologi Informasi) meliputi perangkat keras (hardware) dan perangkat lunak (software), merupakan salah satu tugas utama Departemen IT di PT Trimitra Chitrahasta. Saat ini, dalam pengelolaan aset TI masih menggunakan cara manual menggunakan spreadsheet sehingga sering menimbulkan beberapa masalah diantaranya kehilangan data hingga admin tidak melakukan pembaharuan data hal ini menyebabkan tidak efektif dan efisien dalam pengelolaan dan pelaporan asset. Salah satu cara agar pengelolaan dan pelaporan lebih maksimal dengan menggunakan sistem informasi berbasis web. Penelitian ini dimulai dari melakukan analisis serta merancang sistem yang dilakukan pada tahap perencanaan hingga pemindahan asset. Sedangkan tujuan penelitian adalah membangun sistem informasi pengelolaan aset. Model perancangan sistem menggunakan UML (Unified Modeling Language) yaitu: use case diagram, class diagram dan activity diagram. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi manajemen dan layanan aset TI berbasis web berbasis web dimulai dari pendataan aset hingga proses pelaporan aset. Perancangan sistem informasi pengelolaan aset berbasis web apabila diterapkan dapat berkontribusi terhadap perubahan sistem yang bersifat konvensional.Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi, Manajemen Aset, Web, UMLManagement and maintenance of IT (Information Technology) assets including hardware and software, is one of the main tasks of the IT Department at PT Trimitra Chitrahasta. Currently, the management of IT assets still uses manual methods using spreadsheets so that it often causes several problems including data loss until the admin does not update the data, this causes ineffectiveness and efficiency in asset management and reporting. One way to maximize management and reporting is by using a web-based information system. This research starts from analyzing and designing a system that is carried out at the planning stage to the transfer of assets. While the research objective is to build an asset management information system. The system design model uses UML (Unified Modeling Language), namely: use case diagram, class diagram and activity diagram. The result of this research is a web-based IT asset management and service information system starting from asset data collection to the asset reporting process. The design of a web-based asset management information system if implemented can contribute to changes in conventional systems.Keywords: Information System, Asset Management, Web, UML

Abstract

The submission of Data Integration Services on regional apparatus in the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government is still processed manually. The data user proposes data integration services by attaching a data analysis requirement document addressed to the Data Producer and a copy to the data guardian. The Problems of manual submitting services are the difficulty of tracking the integration status, filling out the application data analysis form is inappropriate and incomplete, the data integration submission letter is not properly archived, and the results of the coordination betwen users and data producers are not properly documented.This study aims to design an application for submitting data integration services by applying the concept of Finite State Automata which is expected to provide convenience and benefits for data users in data integration submission, facilitate data producers in verifying data integration submission and facilitate the Department of Communication, Informatics, and Statistics of DKI Jakarta as data guardian in providing data integration services for Regional Apparatus in the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government.

Abstract

Pusat Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Aparatur Perhubungan (PPSDMAP) saat ini belum sepenuhnya memanfaatkan teknologi seperti dalam pelaksanaan perjalanan dinas masih dilakukan secara konvensional menggunakan Microsoft Word dan Microsoft Excel, baik dari pembuatan surat tugas, pelaporan, dan penghitungan biaya perjalanan dinas. Karena dilakukan secara manual maka sering terjadi kesalahan dalam penghitungan biaya serta memakan waktu lama. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut dibangunlah Sistem Informasi Perjalanan Dinas (SILADIN) Berbasis Web. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mempercepat  kinerja  agar berfungsi secara efektif dan efisien, sedangkan metode penelitian yang diterapkan adalah pengumpulan data dan metode pengembangan sistem dengan pendekatan Waterfall. Dengan dibangunnya sistem yang ber basis komputer, maka dapat memudahkan instansi dalam proses kerja pertanggungjawaban perjalanan dinas sehingga lebih efektif dan efisien. Perancangan ini menggunakan My SQL untuk penyimpanan databasenya, dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP.The Center for Development of Human Resources for Transportation Apparatuses (PPSDMAP) currently not fully utilizing technology as in carrying out business trips it is still carried out conventionally using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, both from making assignment letters, reporting, and calculating official travel expenses. Because it is done manually, errors often occur in calculating costs and it takes a long time. To overcome this problem, a web-based official travel information system (SILADIN) design was built using the waterfall system development method. With this system, the process of implementing official travel is designed to be computerized, in order to facilitate agencies in the work process of official travel accountability so that it is more effective and efficient. This design uses My SQL for database storage and PHP programming language. With the construction of this official travel information system application, it makes it easier for Finance staff to process data and present official travel reports as needed, as well as the security of data storage into the database.
