Abstract

This research aims to get factual and conceptual information about "analysis of the influence of the quality of service to the satisfaction of the customer's Savings Bank OCBC NISP 360 Marks". The technique used is the technique of observation or survey using a questionnaire (questionnaire) towards Clients Savings Sign 360. A list created by using the Likert scale is structured. Samples taken as many as 100 respondents. The results of the survey and the results of the data processing is done with SPSS. 14.0 obtained research results of simultaneous service quality (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and emphaty) have a relatively strong contribution towards the satisfaction of the customer. Partially variable reliability has a pretty strong contribution towards the satisfaction of the customer with a positive prediction and happens significantly. The variable responsiveness has pretty strong contribution towards customer's satisfaction with the positive prediction and occurs on a si gnifican.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to discover whether there is an effect of training and career development on employee performance either simultaneously and partially. This study is also to compare and improve the results of previous studies. This study was conducted on 63 respondence at PT. Interpak Global Canindo. Data acquisition was using questionnaire with Likert scale. The sampling technique was using saturated samples. From the result, it was found the fact that training and career development simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on employee performance. furthermore, training and career development partially also had a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

In Indonesia the number of occupational accidents shows a fairly alarming number, there are cases of accidents that every day experienced by the workers of every 100 thousand workers. This research aims to analyze the effect of job accident guarantee and death guarantee of BPJS employment on employee productivity at PT Mitsubishi Kramat Yudha Motor and Manufacturing Jakarta, with sample of 97 employees. Adapaun sampling technique used using simple random sampling with SPSS version 18 analysis. The result of this research shows that there is partial influence between work accident to work productivity, there is partial influence between mortality guarantee to work productivity and there is influence between work accident and work death together to work productivity.

Abstract

This study is about The Effect of Kesadaran merek and Brand Experience on Kepuasan pelanggan of Marina brand activation. This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effect between kesadaran merek and brand experience on consumer satisfaction of Marina brand activation in Bandung. In this study the sample took 50 respondents using saturation sampling technique, where all of the population became sample. The data that has been obtained tested using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results that shown from this study are kesadaran merek and brand experience simultaneous and partial gave positive and significant effect on kepuasan pelanggan, where brand experience has a more dominant effect to kepuasan pelanggan. Thus, it can be concluded that kesadaran merek and brand experience influence kepuasan pelanggan of Marina brand activation participants in Bandung.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze 1) the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Bank Sahabat Sampoerna KCP Kelapa Gading, 2) the effect of work loyalty on employee performance at PT Bank Sahabat Sampoerna KCP Kelapa Gading, 3) the effect of job satisfaction and job loyalty towards employee performance at PT Bank Sahabat Sampoerna KCP Kelapa Gading. The data used in this study are primary data with a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The population in this study were employees at PT Bank Sahabat Sampoerna KCP Kelapa Gading. The sample is 48 respondents. The saturated sampling technique and the analytical tool used in this study is simple and multiple linear regression. The results showed: 1) job satisfaction affected the performance of employees at PT Bank Sahabat Sampoerna KCP Kelapa Gading, 2) work loyalty affected the performance of employees at PT Bank Sahabat Sampoerna KCP Kelapa Gading, 3) job satisfaction and work loyalty affected the performance of employees at PT Bank Sahabat Sampoerna KCP Kelapa Gading.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis hubungan kepemimpinan dan motivasi dengan Kinerja karyawan PT Maxindo Karya Anugerah, pengambilan data dilaksanakan dengan metode analisis koefisien korelasi product moment menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan kuesioner menunjukkan rata-rata jawaban responden atas variabel kepemimpinan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Maxindo Karya Anugerah relatif baik. Ditujukan oleh koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,697 yang artinya, terdapat hubungan signifikan antara variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat.

This research is included in the category of causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires all of whom were employees of PT. Tajira Karya Persada. The research method using partially and simultaneous linear regression analysis. The hypothesis states that both compensation and training have a positive and significant effect on employee performance of PT. Tajira Karya Persada.

Abstract

The purpose of this study project is to clarify two things: (1) how product quality affects customer happiness among Xiboba beverage product customers in Jakarta; and (2) how price affects customer satisfaction among Xiboba beverage product consumers in Jakarta. (3) How product quality affects product consumers' loyalty to a product. Drinks Xiboba in Jakarta (4) Price's Impact on Customer Loyalty Among Jakartan Xiboba Drink Product Users Customers in Jakarta who purchased Xiboba Drink Products. This study employs a quantitative methodology and an associative type. The participants in this study are those who buy Xiboba drinks in the Jakarta region. In the meantime, the sample consists of 92 respondents who are over the age of 18 and reside in Jakarta and purchase and consume Xiboba beverage products on a regular basis. Path analysis techniques are employed for data analysis. The results of the analysis of this research activity showed that Price (X2) and Product Quality (X1) both had positive and significant effects on Customer Satisfaction (Z), Customer Loyalty (Y) and Product Quality (X1) had a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty (Z).

Abstract

This study seeks to investigate the impact of fashion content, content inventiveness, and user interaction on consumer behavior, as well as the moderating role of consumer motivation in enhancing these interactions. Data was obtained from active social media users who were exposed to fashion content. Statistical tests were used in the analysis, as well as Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The study found that fashion content (X1) had a significant positive impact on customer behavior (Y), with a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). Content inventiveness (X2) has a considerable beneficial impact on consumer behavior (Y) with a significance level of 0.000 (p < 0.05). Furthermore, user interaction (X3) has a considerable beneficial impact on customer behavior (Y) with a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). Furthermore, the MRA results suggest that consumer motivation (M1) moderates the effect of fashion content on customer behavior, with a p-value of 0.01. Customer motivation, with a significance value of 0.00, likewise moderates the effect of content innovation on customer behavior, as does user interaction. Thus, consumer motivation enhances the link between the independent factors (fashion content, content creativity, and user engagement) and the dependent variable (consumer behavior).This study emphasizes the importance of customer motivation in enhancing the efficiency of marketing tactics using fashion content on social media. The findings have practical implications for marketers and content providers in the fashion sector to pay more attention to customer motivation factors in order to promote favorable consumer behavior toward their brands.
