Abstract

The concept of poverty reduction, as a religious doctrine (kâdal fakru an yakûna kufron), that has become a main agenda of da’wah, is not easy to implement so long as the mental attitude of poor people does not allow them to change. In line with this, the main strategy of a da’I has to be that of changing such mental attitude. Mc.Clelland, a development psychologist, provides an operational framework of strategy trough his concept the so-called N-Ach (Need for Achievement). Based on his theory, people would be progressive and prosperous only when they have N-Ach. Man with N-Ach, have strong drive for progress and achievement; be own creativity and innovation, and have strong will to improve his level to better condition. Da’wah can use this theory as a solution to poverty problems.

Abstract

This article examines Western thought in formatting social order based on rasionalism, empiricism, and church. This discussion is significant in tracing the origins on social doctrin in the modern social-ethical system. By bibliographical literatur from classical books, this study describes and analyzes what are being formated in Classical and Medieval Western Tradition about social justice. By that tradition, it is clear that West has tradition of individualism as well as communalism. Both of  classical section have being referenced in the world.

Abstract

This study describes the effectiveness of the Cash to Account Innovation program at the Tasikmalaya Post Office. From this research, it can be described how the implementation of the Cash to Account Innovation program at the Tasikmalaya Post Office has been held for a long time, from 2015 to the present. The effectiveness of the Cash to Account Innovation program at the Tasikmalaya Post Office is measured in order to determine the extent to which the effectiveness of the Cash to Account Innovation program at the Tasikmalaya Post Office reaches the goals that have been set previously, which are known from the program effectiveness indicators by Ni Wayan Budiani, namely accuracy program targets, program socialization, program objectives, and program monitoring. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques with interviews, observations, and documentation. The in-depth interviews were conducted by researchers using a purposeful sampling technique where the researchers interviewed the post office financial manager, service manager, customer service and post office service users. The results of the study indicate that the effectiveness of the cash to account innovation program at the Tasikmalaya post office has not yet been achieved.

Abstract

This study dissects how the administration of the Village Fund Allocation is done by the Kaligawe Wetan Village Government and the job of the BPD in acknowledging ADD Accountability. Abstract

This study describes how effective the results of regional wealth management are separated from the city of Bandung. Of the three targets for revenue sources from the management of regional wealth which are separated, there is only one post which is part of the original regional income, namely the share of profit on capital participation. The research method used by the researcher is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, document studies and audi visuals. The data analysis technique was carried out by data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The researchers conducted in-depth interviews using a purposeful sampling technique where the researchers conducted interviews with the Head of the Bandung City BPKA and Head of Sub. Bandung City BPKA Revenue Accounting. The results of the study indicate that the effectiveness of the results of regional wealth management which is separated from the city of Bandung has not yet been achieved.

Abstract

Having the quality of creative and innovative human resources (HR) becomes the focus in realizing the aims and objectives of Ciherang Village in carrying out the duties and responsibilities of employees at the village level. As a public agency that has a policy of Ciherang Village, it provides allowances in addition to the basic salary to spur the performance and work productivity of its employees. As for how to measure employee performance at the Ciherang Village Office, the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and rating scale methods are applied. The purpose of this study is to design a specific, objective, and structured employee performance measurement process and select employees who are entitled to be the main priority for additional benefits. . The research method used is descriptive with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques for primary data are observation, interviews, and questionnaires. For secondary data obtained from literature study. The results of this study are that there are six main criteria consisting of work quality, attendance discipline, attitude, initiative, honesty and cooperation and includes 16 sub-criteria. From the results of the weighting that becomes the main priority in measuring employee performance is the work quality criterion (0.241) and in the sub-criteria there is the lowest weight, namely being able to maintain work tools (0.034) and being able to complete tasks on time (0.132) being the highest weight. And the main priority for getting additional allowances is the employee who serves as the planning department with a total score of 3,272.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the application of e-government through Samsat Mobile Jawa Barat at the Regional Revenue Agency of West Java Province. The theory used in this study uses e-government theory which includes (1) content development, (2) competency building, (3) connectivity, (4) cyber law, (5) citizen interface, and (6) capital. The research approach used is a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques by interview, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique is based on Creswell's thinking with a bottom-up hierarchical approach model. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of e-government through Samsat Mobile Jawa Barat in the Regional Revenue Agency of West Java Province has been running quite well. Although based on Idrajati's e-government theory, there are several criteria that need to be improved. Such as content development criteria that still do not provide an iOS-based Samsat Mobile Jawa Barat application, competency building criteria have not yet produced employees who are experts in managing the appearance of the Bapenda West Java website design and content. The connectivity criteria are good because they are in the West Java region. Cyber law criteria must be added specifically, because it only follows the rules of the central government, the citizen interface criteria still need to be developed because it only has two channels, namely the website and the android application. While the criteria for capital is sufficient, it only needs additional sources of capital apart from the APBD.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas pelaksanaan aplikasi simakci di badan kepegawaian dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia kota cimahi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu melalui pengamatan, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa  pelaksanaan aplikasi simakci belum berjalan dengan semestinya, meski begitu dalam indikator adaptasi dan pencapaian tujuan sudah cukup ada perkembangan. Adapun beberapa indikasi dari hambatan-hambatan yang menyebabkan pelaksanaan aplikasi ini belum berjalan seperti semestinya seperti dalam indikator integrasi dikarenakan kurangnya sosialisasi dan pelatihan serta tidak terhubungnya antar aplikasi dengan pemerintah pusat yang menyebabkan para administrator untuk bekerja dua kali dalam penginputan data. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of the cimahi application in the civil service and human resource development agency in the city of cimahi. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach, data collection techniques used are through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that the implementation of the bacaci application has not run properly, even so in the indicators of adaptation and achievement of goals there has been enough progress. There are several indications of the obstacles that cause the implementation of this application to not run properly as in the integration indicator due to the lack of socialization and training and the lack of connection between applications and the central government which causes administrators to work twice in inputting data.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengkaji bagaimana kualitas inovasi pelayanan E-Learning PJJ dimasa pandemi di Balai Diklat Keagamaan Bandung. Metode penelitian mengaplikasikan pendekatan kualitatif bersifat deskriptif. Dengan Teknik pengmpulan data melalui observsi, wawancara mendalam kepada narasumber di Balai Diklat Keagamaan Bandung, dan juga studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Inovasi yang dilakukan di Balai Diklat Keagamaan Bandung tergolong kepada inovasi pengembangan jasa/produk yang sudah ada sebelumnya, yang bekerjasama dengan Lembaga administrasi negara (LAN)). Dimana dalam pelaksanaannya masih terdapat kendala pada teknis, sehingga masih kurang optimal. Kata Kunci : Inovasi, Pelayanan, E-Learning PJJ
