<![CDATA[This study describes the effectiveness of the Cash to Account Innovation program at the Tasikmalaya Post Office. From this research, it can be described how the implementation of the Cash to Account Innovation program at the Tasikmalaya Post Office has been held for a long time, from 2015 to the present. The effectiveness of the Cash to Account Innovation program at the Tasikmalaya Post Office is measured in order to determine the extent to which the effectiveness of the Cash to Account Innovation program at the Tasikmalaya Post Office reaches the goals that have been set previously, which are known from the program effectiveness indicators by Ni Wayan Budiani, namely accuracy program targets, program socialization, program objectives, and program monitoring. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques with interviews, observations, and documentation. The in-depth interviews were conducted by researchers using a purposeful sampling technique where the researchers interviewed the post office financial manager, service manager, customer service and post office service users. The results of the study indicate that the effectiveness of the cash to account innovation program at the Tasikmalaya post office has not yet been achieved.]]>

<![CDATA[Based on the results of the study, the authors suspect that the management of user fees is not optimal, this can be seen from the number of traders who do not pay market fees. UPTD and Disperindag have difficulty in anticipating this. So even when viewed from the point of view of the results (effectiveness) of the management of this market retribution, it is still estimated that the collection is not optimal. The researcher wants to use the theory of financial management by Nick Devas (1989) which has five dimensions regarding the management of market charges which include simple, complete, efficient, effective, and easy to adjust. The method used in this study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The type of data used in this research is using quantitative and qualitative data. The data sources used are primary and secondary data sources. The locus of this research is in the Department of Industry and Trade, Bandung Regency. The sample selection technique used is purposive sampling which is this technique to determine the informant with the best position in providing the information needed. For data analysis, the researcher uses the theory of Miles and Huberman's model which says that qualitative data analysis is carried out in an interactive way and continues continuously until it is finished, until the data is saturated. The results showed that the Market Levy Financial Management at the Industry and Trade Service was not fully optimal. Because in terms of results (effectiveness) there are still many problems that need to be faced and resolved by local governments.]]>

<![CDATA[ This research is motivated by the author's interest in the efforts of the Bandung City Regional Revenue Management Agency in monitoring the billboard tax. Based on the observations made, there is a problem, namely the advertisement tax revenue is not in accordance with the expected target due to the lack of direct implementation of the advertisement tax supervision, there are still taxpayers who put up billboards but do not report first, lack of human resources in monitoring the billboard tax supervision. in the Regional Revenue Management Agency. The research method used in this research is a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. Data collection techniques using through interviews, observation, documents and triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the advertisement tax supervision has implemented the characteristic theory of effective supervision. However, there are still dimensions that have not worked well, among others: in an organizational realistic dimension because the number of human resources under supervision is not sufficient. inhibiting factors, namely limited human resources, lack of awareness of taxpayers of local taxes, and the determination of the potential for advertisement tax that has not been on target. Efforts are made to monitor the billboard tax, namely increasing the number of human resources and increasing their competence through education and training, increasing the socialization of understanding about the billboard tax to the public, conducting periodic supervision of taxpayers so that there are no deviations or deviations. there are data errors submitted by taxpayers, and strict enforcement of the implementation of billboard tax supervision.]]>

<![CDATA[This journal discusses the efficiency and effectiveness of the budget for the Regional Public Service Agency with a case study at the Cicalengka Regional General Hospital in Kabupaten Bandung. Efficiency and effectiveness become a necessity for regional public service bodies because in their services they are required to provide optimal and best services without seeking certain benefits. This study aims to determine the realization of the budget of general hospitals in Bandung district cicalengka by analyzing the efficiency and effectiveness of the expenditure budget, as well as knowing the factors that cause the realization is not achieved optimally and know what are the obstacles in the implementation of the budget and efforts in solving problems on the realization of the budget. The results of the analysis show that the efficiency in the budget of general hospitals in Cicalengka is in the quite efficient category and the effectiveness analysis shows the results in the ineffective category due to the inadequate utilization and planning in optimizing the budget and the lack of available budget in meeting the needs of the hospital.]]>

<![CDATA[One factor that influences and determines the success of the learning process is the environment, and the language environment is no exception. A quality language environment is significant for the success of someone learning a second language, in this case, Arabic. In this paper, the author wants to discuss the role of the language environment in improving Arabic learning skills. This research uses qualitative research. The qualitative research approach is a research and understanding process based on a methodology that investigates a social phenomenon and human problem. The results of the study show that the language environment plays an essential role in improving Arabic language skills because the language environment is designed in such a way that it is similar to the original environment so that there is an appreciation and supportive attitude towards learning Arabic from related parties so that it creates student motivation in learning Arabic. There are ten strategies to develop an Arabic learning environment, namely the formulation of a mission, strong commitment, reviewing the Arabic curriculum, determining Arabic language compulsory days, Arabic seminars, nuanced Arabic competitions, providing adequate Arabic language media, dormitory concepts with Arabic nuances, cooperation between institutions and the provision of rewards for achievers.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the process of knowing the organization of homeless and beggar coaching by the Social Rehabilitation Office of West Java Province. In addition, it is also important to know the assistance process carried out by the Social Rehabilitation Office for homeless people who have participated in the rehabilitation program. The method used in this research is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Descriptive method aims to describe or provide a complete picture of the effectiveness of the social rehabilitation program of the Bina Karya Social Rehabilitation Office. The results showed that in general the program of activities held at the Rehabilitation Office was very influential on the client, despite the slight changes experienced by the clients. Basically, of the many programs held at the hall, the most influencing of the lives of these clients is the skill activities.]]>

<![CDATA[Education is one of the basic things tha must be obtaned by citizen in every country. This research is motivated by there are complaints from parents who do not have time to prepare food for their children who attend school too late in the morning. However, there are students or teachers who come late and don’t break the rules. The purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation of regent regulations related to school hours rules. The theory used in this research is the theory of Edward III which includes communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. The research method use is descriptive research reluctant to use qualitative approach. The data collection technique is direct observation, in-depth interview, library study, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The result of the study show that the policy of school hours at 06.00 is not appropriate to be implemented. Therefore, some improvements are needed regarding the policy regulations.]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengkaji bagaimana komunikasi interpersonal terjalin dalam proses pelaksanaan pelayanan publik di Kelurahan Cibaduyut Kidul Kota Bandung. Metode penelitian menerapkan pendekatan kualitatif juga bersifat deskriptif, Dengan Teknik dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan juga wawancara kepada narasumber perangkat intasnsi di Kelurahan Cibaduyut Kidul dan didukung oleh studi literatur. Hasil yang didapat peneliti membuktikan bahwa proses komunikasi interpersonal yang terjadi dapat dikatakan cukup berhasil diterapkan di instansi tersebut, memang namun adakalanya miskomunikasi tetap terjadi meskipun telah ada sistem informasi yang canggih yakni portal SIPAKU dan juga media eletronik sebagai perantara dalam pertukaran informasi The purpose of this study is to examine how interpersonal communication is established in the process of implementing public services in Cibaduyut Kidul Village, Bandung City. The research method is applying a qualitative also descriptive approach, with techniques in data collection using observation and also interviews with resource of information in Cibaduyut Kidul Village and supported by literature studies. The results obtained by the researchers prove that the interpersonal communication process that occurs can be said to be quite successfully applied in these agencies, indeed, but sometimes miscommunication still occurs even though there is a sophisticated information system, namely the SIPAKU portal and also electronic media as an intermediary in the exchange of information.]]>

<![CDATA[AbstractThe problem of learning Arabic in various educational institutions, the teaching staff allows for the modification of teaching and learning methods. Understanding expressions and grammar is also a challenge for students because they cannot master the language in a short period of time and find what is spoken to be very boring. This can be accomplished through the advancement of technology, which contains a wealth of information that can be used to improve learning outcomes. The purpose of this study is to discuss the role of technology in the alignment and sustainability of Arabic learning, as well as whether information and communication technology as a learning medium can increase students' interest in learning Arabic. The qualitative descriptive method is used in this paper to answer some of the questions raised above. The study's findings indicate that learning media plays a critical role in increasing students' motivation to learn in order to avoid boredom. Through the internet, interactive CDs, and Arabic E-Learning Programs, information and communication technology can be used as a learning medium.Keywords: Information and Communication Technology, Learning, Arabic. AbstrakMasalah pembelajaran bahasa Arab di berbagai lembaga pendidikan, tenaga pengajar memungkinkan adanya modifikasi metode belajar mengajar. Memahami ekspresi dan tata bahasa juga merupakan tantangan bagi siswa karena mereka tidak dapat menguasai bahasa dalam waktu singkat dan menganggap apa yang diucapkan sangat membosankan. Hal ini dapat dicapai melalui kemajuan teknologi yang mengandung banyak informasi yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membahas peran teknologi dalam penyelarasan dan keberlanjutan pembelajaran bahasa Arab, serta apakah teknologi informasi dan komunikasi sebagai media pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan minat belajar bahasa Arab siswa. Metode deskriptif kualitatif digunakan dalam makalah ini untuk menjawab beberapa pertanyaan yang diajukan di atas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran berperan penting dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa agar tidak terjadi kebosanan. <![CDATA[The act of plagiarism or copying other people's work via the internet is a phenomenon that has been around for a while among students; in making scientific work assignments, not a few students plagiarism or copy-paste from the internet so that the task is immediately resolved. The purpose of this research was to find out how the State Islamic University Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung's efforts to prevent and deal with plagiarism in the midst of the digitalization era. Therefore, another objective of this research is to determine whether the State Islamic University of Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung students are capable and understand digital literacy. So far, the efforts made by the State Islamic University Sunan Gunung Djati have been quite good in preventing plagiarism by making policies on the percentage of plagiarism and also providing sanctions for students who commit plagiarism. However, some students still feel they need help understanding how to avoid plagiarism. In addition, some students have understood digital literacy. However, its application still needs to be improved, such as being often influenced by fake news or hoaxes and students' lack of interest in studying the truth of information on the internet for reference to scientific papers because it is considered to take a long time.]]>
