Sasirangan cloth industry continue to grow through Banjarmasin and South Kalimantan in general. Supporting of the government and the other parties, sasirangan industry be one of locomotion economic the people who could not being taken from granted. Almost hundreds of home industries have good scale, micro and small thrives in South Kalimantan income of a whole reach millions until even billions of rupiah per month. Increasing competition in cloth industry they need to in open opportunities marketing via internet. Basically between business online and the internet marketing have in common meaning or similar signification, same has objective to earn a living through digital world. But for the internet marketing more oriented to techniques get money from the online business.

The snack industry business has become the primary of food/snacks in people from other villages and is even favored by almost all people in the city. This training activity aims to help craftsmen or processors of the snack industry in growing creative thoughts / ideas to produce other products in order to be able to compete with other products in the face of competition. It is hoped that this training can make the snack industry survive and compete with the increasing number of modern food products. The problem faced by the snack food industry maker is that the food industry is very much influenced by the proliferation of other food industries. Therefore, the growing demand for food products continues to demand high creativity and product innovation. The fact that there is a variety of products, so as not to cause saturation from consumers. In addition to the level of discipline of food industry makers, apart from demanding food industry processing skills to read market opportunities and develop marketing areas, skills are also needed to design a product brand image.

Pemberdayaan masyarakat diartikan sebagai usaha-usaha sadar yang bersifat terencana, sistematik, dan berkesinambungan untuk membangun kemandirian sosial, ekonomi, dan politik masyarakat dengan mengelola potensi sumber daya yang mereka miliki untuk mencapai kesejahteraan sosial yang bersifat berkelanjutan. Salah satu bentuk pemberdayaan masyarakat adalah berupa memberikan kesadaran terhadap adanya peluang-peluang baru dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan hidupnya, memberikan dorongan dan perubahan sikap serta bisa juga dengan memberikan pelatihan-pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam membuka usaha secara mandiri. Melalui kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat ini, usaha dapat dibuat untuk merubah sikap masyarakat terhadap pencapaian kesejahteraan yang lebih baik.

The business opportunity of culinary business is very large because currently there arestill promised who do second food while the demand for cookies along with awarenessof people who are increasing in choosing healthy and second food products. The peoplewho work as farmer will to expand its business by increasing their well being in businesssector. An organization can grow quickly if it has a good knowledge culture. Employees are organizational assets that need their career development. Career development can only be ensured if the organization has a learning culture. This study examines and analyzes Employee Career Development through Organizational Learning Culture, Career Planning, and Career Management. This research was conducted on MSME employees with 259 respondents who gave answers collected from 60 MSMEs in the city of Banjarmasin. Data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS software. The study results found that there was a direct positive relationship between variables with different degrees of intensity. Empirically the four hypotheses have been proven, as well as there is a positive indirect relationship between the variables, proving the fifth hypothesis.

Organizations are always changing with shifting in leadership. Employees are required to be able to adapt to changes in the organization, including the existence of work shifting in the organization. Employees are required to have professionalism in their work in order to provide good service to the user community. At this point, the employee's personality traits and career adaptability are very important. Relevant research shows that the ability to adapt to a career should not be overlooked when career planning is made. This study examines the relationship between employee personality traits and career adjustment abilities, who work in the public sector in the Banjarmasin City (n = 100). Using the survey method, data was collected from village officials. According to the results of data analysis, five personality factors and identification dimensions, and each dimension are grouped into three levels. Factor analysis was applied to the expression of career adaptability, with four factors. The results showed that there were significant differences in employee’s career adjustments according to the personality traits of each employee’s.

Knowledge management merupakan isu penting saat ini dalam memasuki era digital untukmencapai keberhasilan organisasi dalam persaingan yang semakin ketat.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendiagnosis dan membatasi faktor-faktorpengetahuan yang memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap prioritas kompetitif organisasi melaluimetode penelitian kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor manajemenpengetahuan memiliki pengaruh langsung dan signifikan terhadap prioritas kompetitif, hal inisecara langsung mempengaruhi keberhasilan organisasi. Kesimpulannya, kelangsunganhidup dan keberhasilan organisasi tergantung pada sejauh mana produk dan layanankompetitifnya, terlepas dari industri atau cabang ekonomi tempat organisasi itu berada.

Individual career development can be predicted by observing individual entrepreneurial behavior and characteristics. This article aims to present the problem of self-management in the context of developing entrepreneurial characteristics and behavior. In the theory section, the author briefly discusses the nature and concept of entrepreneurship. Then, describe an enterprising individual with a primary focus on his characteristics and behavior. The practical part of this article presents concrete examples, showing how environmental factors, under what circumstances and how, they can influence the development of entrepreneurial attitudes. The author shows examples of how entrepreneurial personality starts at various stages of development, until it develops, starting from childhood, school, to higher education.

This research is a literature study that aims to examine the relationship of supply chain management practices to organizational performance and investigate the impact of process knowledge management as a mediator in determining this relationship. The seven dimensions of supply chain management practices were used to investigate the effects of the two different dimensions on organizational performance whereas the three dimensions of process knowledge management were used as testers of mediating relationships. The results show that supply chain management practice of information sharing, quality information sharing and real practices related to the financial and non-financial performance of the organization. Three dimensions of the knowledge management process were found to mediate the relationship between information sharing, quality of information sharing and actual practices on non-financial performance of organizations. In addition, only one dimension of the knowledge management process, namely applied knowledge, mediates the relationship between subscription relationships, information sharing, information quality sharing and actual practice on organizational financial performance. Theoretical implications of this paper are factors that have a greater influence on organizational performance and practical implications allow practitioners to create practices whose effectiveness is studied to help improve organizational performance. Recommendations for future research including other measurement factors can be assessed using statistical tests.

The performance of small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) has a large role in Indonesia's economic growth. The literature and previous research discussing performance is increasing, however, there are contradiction. To identify the reasons behind the contradiction, this research was conducted with the aim of identifying the influence of supply chain capabilities developed by entrepreneurial networks and entrepreneurial orientation. This study collects data from a sample of SMEs registered in the South Kalimantan region which are connected through a closed network and are part of a group. Data was collected through an electronic questionnaire, and 327 MSMEs were contacted to participate in the survey by purposive sampling. Structural equation modeling is applied to identify direct and indirect impacts. The results of the study found that among the selected MSMEs, entrepreneurial networks had an insignificant impact; However, entrepreneurial orientation has shown a significant positive impact. Furthermore, the mediating role of dynamic capabilities is significant in both relationships. The results of the study suggest that SMEs must develop a strong network and must consider strategic alliances to gain competitive advantage.
