Abstract

The purpose of this thesis is to see how far the price, brand, and product quality on purchasing decisions have an influence on the JD.ID marketplace. The sample selection was based on the simple random sampling method. From multiple linear regression of the price variable on purchasing decisions the value is 3.197 > t table 1.985 with a level of sig 0.002 <0.05, the results of the t-count value of the brand variable are t count 1.985 = t table 1.985 and sig 0.050 = 0.05, then the quality variable product on purchasing decisions t count 2.306 > t table 1.985 and sig 0.023 <0.05, which means this test statistically proves that the independent variable has a positive effect on purchasing decisions. From the coefficient table, the linear equation Y= 8.057 + 0.350 X1 + 0.241 X2 + 0.239X3+ e means that for every 1 point increase or decrease in price, brand, and quality, the purchasing decision will increase or decrease by the number of independent variables. R Square of 0.570 or 57%, meaning that the magnitude of the influence of price, brand, and product quality on purchasing decisions is 57% and the rest is influenced by other factors. Based on the ANOVA table, the F value is 42,339 with a sig level of 0.000 <0.05. The results of the F test show that all independent variables have a simultaneous influence on purchasing decisions (Y).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and identify problems with online motorcycle taxis, especially regarding the effect of service quality, price and promotion on customer loyalty online motorcycle taxis (Grab) in the city of Tangerang. Data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires, where the questionnaires were distributed randomly to 100 respondents. Analysis of information used in this study is the acquisition of validity and reliability tests, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing. The quality of service gets a tcount value of 2,935 where the value is 2,935 > 1.9872 with a significant value of 0.04 where the value is 0.04 < 0.05 so that H1 is accepted. The price gets a tcount value of 5.972 where the value is 5.972 > 1.9872 with a significant value of 0.00 where the value is 0.00 < 0.05 so H2 is accepted. The promotion gets a tcount of 4.300 where the value is 4.300 > 1.9872 with a significant value of 0.00 where the value is 0.00 < 0.05 so H3 is accepted. From the ANOVA test, Fcount is 80,163 where Fcount > Ftable with a value of 80,163 > 2.70, with a significant value of 0.00 where the value is 0.00 < 0.05 so it can be assumed that each independent variable (X) has a significant impact on the dependent variable (Y).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of work environment, communication, and organizational culture on job satisfaction PT Sukses Maju Seketika. The population and sample for this study was 42 respondents. Collecting data from this study using a questionnaire to be distributed to respondents and processing data using SPSS 25. From the multiple linear regression, it is obtained the equation. The results of the multiple regression equation Y= -5.057+0.467 +0.407+0.270, meaning that every increase or decrease in the work environment (X1), Communication (X2), and Organizational Culture (X3) is 1 point, then satisfaction work (Y) at PT. Success Forward will increase or decrease by 0.467, 0.407, and 0.207. Based on the hypothesis test, t value for the working environment (X1) is 4.629, communication (X2) is 3.258, and organizational culture (X3) is 2.443. The value of the t table is 1.68488. So it can be concluded that Ho is denied and Ha is accepted, because t count > t table. While the results of the F test obtained the calculated F value of 81.112 with a significant level of 0.000 where the calculated F is greater than the F table of 2.85. Thus Ho is denied and Ha is accepted, because F count > F table and is significantly smaller than 0.05.

In this research, author uses quantitative description method which the data from questionnaire. the result from analyze in this research, the author use the validity test, reliability test, classic assuption test, statistical model testing,t test and F test. From the results of the research that has been done, it shows that the value of Adjusted R Square shows the value of the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.215 or 215%, that means the ability to provide information between the independent and dependent variables is small by 21.5%, the remaining by 78.5% is the other factors outside of this reserach. Based on the t test result, it showed variable X1 ( Organizational Culture) has a value 3,380 > 1,993 with a signifikan 0,0001 < 0,05 that means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, variable X2 ( Work Dicipline) has a value 3,279 > 1,993 with a signifikan 0,002 < 0,05 that means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, variable X3 ( Communication) has a value 3,620 > 1,993 with a signifikan 0,001 < 0,05 that means H0 is Rejeceted and Ha is accepted. Based on the t test result, between independent variabel has the independent variable has a partial impact on the dependent variable. Based on Ftest, the result has a value 7.682 > 2.73 with a signifikan value signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 that means H0 is Rejected and Ha is accepted, that means the independent variable has a simultaneous influence on the dependent variable .

The method used is descriptive method, where this method describes systematically, factually, and accurately regarding the factors studied. A statistical model was used to analyze the data; this model included the Frequency Test, Descriptive Test, Validity Test, Reliability Test, Determination Test (R2), T Test, and F Test. According to some of the data collected, the work environment variable (X1) did not have a positive and significant influence (tcount ttable -0.141 1,677), the motivating variable (X2) did (tcount > ttable 2.433 > 1,677), and the communication variable (X3) does (tcount > ttable 3.587 > 1,677). Conclusively, the independent variables work environment, motivation, and communication impact employee performance because fcount > ftable 34.425 > 2,57
