Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of work environment, communication, and organizational culture on job satisfaction PT Sukses Maju Seketika.The population and sample for this study was 42 respondents. Collecting data from this study using a questionnaire to be distributed to respondents and processing data using SPSS 25. From the multiple linear regression, it is obtained the equation. The results of the multiple regression equation Y= -5.057+0.467 +0.407+0.270, meaning that every increase or decrease in the work environment (X1), Communication (X2), and Organizational Culture (X3) is 1 point, then satisfaction work (Y) at PT. Success Forward will increase or decrease by 0.467, 0.407, and 0.207. Based on the hypothesis test, t value for the working environment (X1) is 4.629, communication (X2) is 3.258, and organizational culture (X3) is 2.443. The value of the t table is 1.68488. So it can be concluded that Ho is denied and Ha is accepted, because t count > t table. While the results of the F test obtained the calculated F value of 81.112 with a significant level of 0.000 where the calculated F is greater than the F table of 2.85. Thus Ho is denied and Ha is accepted, because F count > F table and is significantly smaller than 0.05.

Abstract

In this Reseach author want to know, do analyze, and determine the effect of Organization Culture, Work Discipline, and Communication on Employee Performance in PT Tjikko Sental Industrial. In this research, author uses quantitative description method which the data from questionnaire. the result from analyze in this research, the author use the validity test, reliability test, classic assuption test, statistical model testing,t test and F test. From the results of the research that has been done, it shows that the value of Adjusted R Square shows the value of the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.215 or 215%, that means the ability to provide information between the independent and dependent variables is small by 21.5%, the remaining by 78.5% is the other factors outside of this reserach. Based on the t test result, it showed variable X1 ( Organizational Culture) has a value 3,380 > 1,993 with a signifikan 0,0001 < 0,05 that means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, variable X2 ( Work Dicipline) has a value 3,279 > 1,993 with a signifikan 0,002 < 0,05 that means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, variable X3 ( Communication) has a value 3,620 > 1,993 with a signifikan 0,001 < 0,05 that means H0 is Rejeceted and Ha is accepted. Based on the t test result, between independent variabel has the independent variable has a partial impact on the dependent variable. Based on Ftest, the result has a value 7.682 > 2.73 with a signifikan value signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 that means H0 is Rejected and Ha is accepted, that means the independent variable has a simultaneous influence on the dependent variable .

Abstract

Investors will consider which companies to choose. The technology sector is one option for investors to invest their capital. Stock prices affect investors who will invest their capital. The supply and demand for the shares of the company in question affect the price of these shares, which varies. To determine whether the independent, namely the current ratio (X1), debt to equity ratio (X2), and earnings per share (X3), have an impact on stock prices as the dependent variable in Telecommunication Subsector Companies Registered in IDX Period 2014–2021, this research was carried out. In this study, there were 9 companies in the population, and 4 companies were chosen for the sample using a purposive sampling technique. According to the findings from the tests, there is an effect between the current ratio and stock prices, but there is no effect between the debt-to-equity ratio and stock prices and no effect between the earning per share and stock prices. Based on the test results simultaneously there is an influence between the Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Earning Per Share on Stock Prices

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test and find out how much influence training, career path, and compensation have on employee performance at PT Gosen Pacific Suksesmakmur. The sample determination in this research is an employee of PT Gosyen Pacific Suksesmakmur itself who is still actively working by using the Sampling technique saturated with a total of 50 respondents, the method in data collection is carried out using questionnaires and data processing using SPSS 25. The analysis used uses statistical models which include Frequency Test, Descriptive Test, Validity Test, Reability Test, Determination Test (R2), T Test, and F Test. The results obtained partially stated that the training variable (X1) had a significant effect with a calculated tcount> ttabel , the variable X2 career path had a significant effect with a calculated tcount> ttabel , the variable X3 compensation had no significant effect with a calculated tcount< ttabel . The results obtained simultaneously fcount> ftabel 104,824 > 2.57 training, career path, and compensation have a significant effect on employee performance, so it can be concluded that independent variables affect dependent variables.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of work environment, work motivation, and training have on employee performance at PT Sanden Intercool Indonesia. Quantitative research is the procedure used in this thesis and used questionnaires to 134 respondents. The output of data processing using SPSS 25 obtained the is 1.9781, the for the work environment is 4,392 > 1.9781, the for work motivation is 9,221 > 1.9781 and the for training is 13,026 > 1.9781. the output of the hypothesis testing found that (127.857) > (2.67) is obtained and a significance of 0.00 < 0.05 it means Work Environment, Work Motivation, and Training has an significant influence on the performance of employees of PT Sanden Intercool Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify the extent to which PT Hemada Wira Dharma's work environment, employee motivation, and interdepartmental communication all contribute to the productivity of the company's workforce. Fifty individuals made up the sample size for this investigation. Distributed questionnaires were used for data collection, while SPSS 23 was used for data administration. The method used is descriptive method, where this method describes systematically, factually, and accurately regarding the factors studied. A statistical model was used to analyze the data; this model included the Frequency Test, Descriptive Test, Validity Test, Reliability Test, Determination Test (R2), T Test, and F Test. According to some of the data collected, the work environment variable (X1) did not have a positive and significant influence (tcount ttable -0.141 1,677), the motivating variable (X2) did (tcount > ttable 2.433 > 1,677), and the communication variable (X3) does (tcount > ttable 3.587 > 1,677). Conclusively, the independent variables work environment, motivation, and communication impact employee performance because fcount > ftable 34.425 > 2,57

Abstract

Making a profit, boosting corporate value, and expanding their business are the same objectives shared by service businesses, trading firms, and manufacturing firms. Entrepreneurs must be able to win the competition by meeting business needs, enhancing management effectiveness, and developing strategies in the rapidly expanding digital era where business competition is becoming more intense. This is necessary for their own survival as well as the survival of the business. Purposive sampling, which uses a sampling procedure with specific considerations, was the strategy utilized to choose the sample for this research. The study's findings demonstrate that accounts receivable turnover has a yield of 5.097 > 2.052 and a significant level of 0.00 < 0.05, indicating that it has a partial positive and significant impact on return on assets; the current ratio has a result of -1.691 < 2.025 and a significant level of 0.0103 > 0.05, indicating that it has a partial negative and significant impact on return on assets; and the debt to asset ratio has a result of Receivable Turnover, Current Ratio, and Debt to Asset Ratio all exhibit results of 0.000 < 0.05, suggesting simultaneous significant effects on the dependent variable from all independent factors.

Abstract

In writing this research intends to determine the effect caused by the CR, NPM, and DER on Profit Growth in companies in the food and beverage subsector. In this thesis research, the writer uses purposive sampling method and software statistic SPSS 25 to process the data. This study uses a population, namely food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the IDX for the 2017-2021 period. The number of samples in this research were 6 companies over a 5 year so that a total of 30 samples were collected. In the research the results shown are that the variable CR (X1) obtains 0.515 which means it does not significantly affect profit growth, 0.045 for NPM (X2) which means it has a significant effect on profit growth, 0.640 for DER (X3) which means no significant effect on profit growth

Abstract

is study was conducted to analyze and determine the influence of work motivation, work environment, and communication on employee performance at Bonavita Tangerang Junior High School. This study aims to understand how work motivation, work environment, and communication, both individually and together, affect employee performance. This study uses a quantitative approach, data collection through questionnaires and then analyzed using the SPSS version 25 program. The results of regression analysis show that work motivation, work environment, and communication have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Work motivation affects performance by 58.7%, work environment by 80.9%, and communication by 67.8%. Overall, the influence of these three variables on employee performance is stronger than other factors. Based on the results of statistical analysis, the calculated f-value for the independent variables that were analyzed simultaneously was 51.100, which exceeded the table f-value of 8.594. These findings indicate that the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that work motivation, work environment, and communication have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Bonavita Tangerang Junior High School.
