Abstract

Penentuan guru teladan pasti selalu dilakukan oleh sekolah untuk tetap meningkatkan kualitas guru dan sekolah itu sendiri. Masalah yang dihadapi dalam penilaian guru teladan ini adalah bagaimana menentukan keputusan guru teladan dengan kriteria – kriteria antara lain : profesionalisme, kinerja, kepribadian, sosial, dan kepatuhan yang masih memiliki sifat subjektif (tidak pasti) dapat dihitung dengan cepat dan akurat. Sistem ini merupakan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) yang dibangun menggunakan metode Fuzzy-AHP. Fuzzy-AHP lebih akurat dan bisa menutupi kekurangan AHP dalam menangani data subjektif. Selain itu SPK ini juga bersifat dinamis dimana system dapat menangani jika terjadi perubahan/penambahan kriteria.               Dari hasil pengujian sistem, penentuan guru teladan dengan metode Fuzzy-AHP menunjukkan bahwa kriteria yang tadinya subjektif dapat menjadi lebih objektif dengan adanya perhitungan normalisasi bobot atau bobot akhir global pada masing – masing kriteria dan alternatif sehingga lebih mudah menghasilkan perangkingan yang lebih dinamis, cepat, dan akurat.

Abstract

Tanjung Perak is the second largest and busiest port in Indonesia after the Tanjung Priok Port and also as a trade center to the eastern part of Indonesia. Tanjung Perak Port is included in the work unit at PT. (Persero) Pelabuhan Indonesia III. Along with the development of the port, passengers who pass the Tanjung Perak port are also increasing. There are frequent spikes during Eid and the end of the year. Porters have difficulty predicting the number of passengers on ships. Based on the pattern of data on the number of ship passengers in 2015-2017, the seasonal pattern of data tends to fluctuate. So in predicting it, amethod is used triple exponential smoothing. This study will produce a forecasting system for the number of ship passengers in the port of Tanjung Perak for several future periods based on Android. Android as one of the operating systems that works on smartphones is a widely used operating system. With the use of Android-based applications, it is expected that the results of forecasting the number of marine vessels can be accessed on a mobile basis so that it is not limited to time and place.

Abstract

Institut Asia Malang has several systems can support the operation of teaching and learning activities, including the infrastructure system. This system needs developed in addition to being an institutional requirement in organizing and administering infrastructure advice, but also a supporting assessment when BAN (National Accreditation Board) conducts an assessment. This assessment is very influential so it is hoped that with more points, the community's credibility to the Asia Institute of Malang will increase.. The method used to build an information system is the Waterfall method. It has 5 phases: Communication, Planning, Modeling, Construction and Deployment. This method is used in building the Information System for Facilities and Infrastructure of Asia Malang (SISAPRA) because it is, sequential in building software. This research also uses 7 stages. The SISAPRA can be accessed via the Web or mobile. The layout are responsive for both types of gadgets often used by userswe wish that this application can assist in managing administration and knowing the status and physical condition.

Abstract

This research was conducted at an educational institution, specifically at the Asia Institute of Technology and Business in Malang (Asia Institute Malang). The aim was to develop an employee information system that was previously manual (paper-based) and supported by a simple data processing application, transforming it into a web-based information system that can be accessed anytime, anywhere. This ensures that requests for approval (such as permission requests and schedule changes) do not have to wait for a long time. In the future, this system will evolve both in terms of platform and overall employee data management. The research employed the Agile Development method, customized to meet user demands for immediate application use. The Agile Development model used was the Scrum model, involving activities such as system requirements analysis, design, code generation, testing, and support.
