Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis tingkat pengaruh antara variabel kebijakan dividen dan kemampulabaan terhadap pertumbuhan serta nilai perusahaan. Untuk keperluan pengukuran tersebut, digunakan data keuangan dari lima perusahaan perkebunan di Indonesia yang telah go public, yaitu : PT Tunas Baru Lampung, Tbk., PT. Astra Agro Lestari, Tbk., PT. Bakrie Sumatera Plantations, TBK., PT. SMART, Tbk., dan PT. PP London Sumatera Plantations Tahun 2004 – 2014. Target penelitian ini diharapkan mampu mengidentifikasi dan menghasilkan keluaran dalam bentuk model nilai perusahaan perkebunan dengan mempertimbangkan kebijakan deviden, pertumbuhan perusahaan, dan profitabilitas perusahaan. Yang kedua adalah mementukan faktor dominan yang menentukan nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan perkebunan. Metode analisis yang digunakan untuk menganalisis kebijakan dividen dan kemampulabaan terhadap nilai perusahaan menggunakan metode analisis statistik yang umum digunakan yakni, analisis koefisien korelasi (r), analisis koefisien determinasi (r2) dan analisis koefisien regresi (β). Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi secara parsial dan simultan.

Abstract

The interest to continue study to higher education in high school students is formed by many factors. To name a few, first is the motivation to study, and the second is the parents’ social economy condition. The students with higher motivation are suspected to have bigger chance to continue study compared to students with lower motivation to study. This also works for the parents’ state of social economy. The research is conducted with 1.024 respondents of high school students in Bogor. To learn the influence of motivation and parents’ state of social economy in continuing study to higher education, logistic regression is used as research analysis method. The results show that motivation to study has significant influence on high school students’ interest to continue their study in Bogor. Formal education and parents’ average income do not influence the shaping of interest to continue study. The faculty of economy and management are discovered as most wanted program by high school students in Bogor.

Abstract

The contribution of the micro, small and medium enterprises sector to gross domestic product increased from 57.84 percent to 60.34 percent in the last five years. Uptake of labor in this sector also increased, from 96.99 percent to 97.22 percent in the same period. (http://www.kemenperin.go.id, 2018), Problems with MSMEs vary, especially for shoe MSMEs. The purpose of this study, 1) What is the performance of MSME shoes in Bogor; 2) What is the model of coaching that can be developed for MSME actors The results of the study show that 1) based on evaluation it is known that the attributes of the production process, production equipment, production control, buildings and facilities, markets, quality standardization, business management, capital, and promotion require improvement. Difficulties in terms of capital make the company still survive with conventional and manual technology, so that production capacity is also relatively limited. In addition, the company's bookkeeping system is still directly controlled by the owner of the company. 2) Shoe MSMEs need guidance in terms of production processes and production facilities. As well as assistance in terms of developing market share both domestically and abroad and developing promotions so that products are more widely known

Abstract

Each company established course aims to derive a profit or benefit that can be used for the welfare of the company owners or shareholders. In every company liquidity is an important part of measuring the extent to which companies are able to pay maturing obligations to its creditors. Liquidity is a measure of investor decision-making, in which investors learn the level of liquidity and profitability in order to take the right decision for the future. Through this research are expected to know how the liquidity of the company if it is in accordance with the standard value of liquidity compared with the same company with a view of the profit, if not then impact whether and how the best solution which can be given to the company. Regression coefficient PT. Medco Energi International Tbk shows that Return On Assets (ROA) has a positive effect on the current ratio. The result of F test for the company showed no significant effect between Return On Assets (ROA) of the current ratio, this is because there are other factors that affect the current ratio. PT. Medco Energi International has a significant effect between Return On Assets (ROA) on the current ratio. Keywords : Return, Liquidity, Profit.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of Return On Assets (ROA) and Operational Costs on Operational Income (BOPO) on Market Share in Islamic Banks in Indonesia as measured using Third Party Funds. This research was conducted using company publication reports from the first quarter or March 2014 to the fourth quarter or December 2018 for five years, namely the 2014-2018 period from Bank Syariah Mandiri, Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Bank BRI Syariah, Bank BNI Syariah, and Bank Mega. Sharia. The statistical method used is panel data regression, with t test and f test. The t test is used to test the effect of the independent variable partially on the dependent variable. The f test is used to test the effect of the independent variables together on the dependent variable using the EViews9 system. It can be seen from the results that have been partially tested that BOPO has a significant effect on Market Share because it has a significance value <0.05 (0.0005). Then for ROA does not have a significant effect on Market Share because it has a significance value> 0.05 (0.0546). Simultaneously, the BOPO and ROA variables both have a significant effect on Market Share with a significance value <0.05 (0.000000). The predictive ability of these two variables on Market Share is 72.75% as shown by the amount of adjusted R2, while the remaining 27.25% is influenced by other factors that are not included in the research model. Abstract

Covid-19 telah menjadi pandemi yang menyebabkan terjadinya perubahan di berbagai bidang seperti pendidikan, sosial budaya dan perdagangan. Banyak kebiasaan baru yang harus dilakukan setiap orang untuk menghindari penyebaran virus ini, salah satunya social distancing atau menjaga jarak dengan orang lain, sehingga lebih mengedepankan protokol Kesehatan bagi seluruh masyarakat. Begitupun Perusahaan wajib melakukan perubahan kebijakan lingkungan kerja untuk menjaga jarak sosial bagi setiap individu, sehingga akan menjadi budaya organisasi yang baru dalam tatanan organisasi saat ini. Abstract

This research aims to fill the existing gap, namely the right coaching model that can be developed for MSME practitioners so that they have competitive advantages. A sustainable coaching model application from the Ciomas footwear MSMEs can be carried out in an integrated, directed and targeted, market-based manner. By using qualitative methods, it is known that the atributes of production process, production equipment, production control, buildings and facilities, markets, quality standardization, business management, financing, and promotion have average performance. In this case based on the perception of the footwear MSMEs, the performance measure is on a medium scale, while the expectation measure is on a high scale.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the factors of brand awareness and brand imager which can affects customer’s buying decisions on AMDK Sumit. This research use independent variables (Brand Awareness and Brand Image) and dependent variable (Buying Decision). It was conducted in Bogor and spread quisioners to 120 citizen to collect the data. It was processed using SPSS program. The results shows that (1) Brand Awareness has no positive and insignificant effect on customer’s Buying Decision at AMDK Summit with a regression coefficent value of 0,039 and a significant value of 0,885. (2) Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on customer’s Buying Decisions at AMDK Summit with a regression coefficent value of 1,015 and a significant value of 0,000. (3) Brand Awareness and Brand Image have a positive and significant effect on customer’s Buying Decisions at AMDK Summit with an F value of 183,549 and greater than the F table of 3,07 with a significant value of 0,000.
