Abstract

Abstract Purposive sampling of 2019 batch students of economics and business at Islamic University of Malang served as the case study for this study, which sought to determine and analyze the effect of price, online customer rating, and the cash on delivery payment system on customer purchasing decisions in the e-commerce TikTok shop. The maholtra formula was also used to count the samples. 75 respondents were used as samples in this study. The information examination strategies utilized in this exploration are legitimacy and unwavering quality tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests and heteroscedasticity tests, different straight relapse examination, speculation testing, and coefficient of assurance test (Changed r2). Using SPSS to analyze the process. According to the study's findings, customer purchasing decisions are influenced by price, online customer rating, and cash on delivery payment systems simultaneously. Abstract

Abstract  Indonesia is a country with a Muslim majority population which tends to assume that all products in circulation are halal products. One of the difficulties faced by Muslim consumers in Indonesia is finding herbal and halal medicinal products. In addition, this is supported by Muslim consumers who are currently increasingly looking for herbal and halal medicines. This study aims to determine the effect of Islamic branding, product ingredients and promotion on the intention to buy HNI-HPAI products in Malang City, the population that is the object of this research is Consumers of HNI-HPAI Products at Business Center I HPAI Malang City. The sample used was 89 people. Sampling in this study used the saturated sample method. The analytical method used in this study is a multiple regression analysis method with the SPSS19 application. The results of the research based on partial hypothesis testing (t test) show that Islamic branding, product ingredients and promotions partially have a significant effect on purchase intention. The results of the F test of Islamic branding, product ingredients and promotion together have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. This can be seen in the Fcount value of 52.146 > Ftable 2.71 and a significant value of 0.001 <0.05. The test results for the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained an Rsquare of 0.636. This shows that the dependent variable buying interest can be explained by the independent variables Islamic branding, product ingredients and promotions 63.6% while 36.4% is explained by other factors outside the variables studied.  Keywords:Islamic Branding, Product Ingredients, Promotion, Buying Interest, HNI HPAI.

Abstract

Purpose - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Tabungan Wadiah perbankan syariah di Indonesia. Objek penelitian adalah industri perbankan syariah di Indonesia selama kuartal pertama tahun 2013 sampai dengan kuartal kedua tahun 2021. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah Tabungan Wadiah, Pendapatan (Produk Domestik Bruto/PDB) dan Tingkat Bonus Tabungan Wadiah. Design/methodology/approach - Metode statistik yang digunakan adalah Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) untuk mengetahui pengaruh jangka pendek dan jangka panjang dari variabel Pendapatan (Produk Domestik Bruto/PDB) dan Tingkat Bonus Tabungan Wadiah terhadap Tabungan Wadiah Perbankan Syariah di Indonesia. Findings - Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada jangka pendek variabel Pendapatan (Produk Domestik Bruto/PDB) dan Tingkat Bonus Tabungan Wadiah perpengaruh positif terhadap Tabungan Wadiah, namun pada jangka panjang Pendapatan (Produk Domestik Bruto/PDB) dan Tingkat Bonus Tabungan Wadiah berpengaruh negatif terhadap Tabungan Wadiah Perbankan Syariah di Indonesia. Research limitation/implication - Originalitiy/value - Penelitian ini menggunakan model Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) sehingga dapat mengetahui tingkah laku jangka pendek dari suatu variabel terhadap jangka panjanganya. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the influence of word of mouth, product quality and confidence on iPhone brand smartphone purchase decisions. This type of research is quantitative research. The sampling technique was obtained using the purposive sampling method with the number of samples obtained as many as 90 respondents who were students of the faculty of economics and business, Islamic University of Malang who used iPhone brand smartphones. The data analysis used in this study used validity and reliability tests, normality tests, multiple linear regression analysis, multicollinearity tests, heterokedasticity tests, t tests and R2 coefficients of determination. The results of this study show that word of mouth has a positive and significant effect on the purchase decision of the iPhone brand smartphone, product quality has a positive and significant effect on the purchase decision of the iPhone brand smartphone and confidence has a positive and significant influence on the purchase decision of iPhone brand smartphones. Keywords: Word of mouth, Product quality, Confidence, Purchasing decision.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the influence of Transformational Leadership Style, Work Motivation, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance in a study on CV employees. Pasuruan Clean Industry Unit. This type of research used is quantitative research with the method of distributing questionnaires. The sample in this study were 47 respondents and data processing used the SPSS processing program. This research has met the requirements of validity and reliability. Data analysis used in this study is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and adjusted R square test. The variables used in this study are Transformational Leadership Style, Work Motivation, and Work Discipline. The results of this study concluded that the variables of Transformational Leadership Style, Work Motivation, and Work Discipline have both a simultaneous and partial effect on employee performance. Keywords: Transformational Leadership Style, Work Motivation, and Work Discipline.

Abstract This study points to look at the impact of human assets, working environment conditions and authority fashion on the work execution of officers in Ajendam V Brawijaya. The inquire about strategy utilized is quantitative through the utilize of information collection methods within the form of surveys within the shape of Google Frame. Abstract

Abstract Islamic boarding schools have business units that are managed independently, one of which is Entrepreneurship at the Ainul Yaqin Campus Islamic Boarding School which is based at the Ainul Yaqin Campus Islamic Boarding School. This research is based on the phenomenon of transactions that occur in Islamic Boarding School Entrepreneurship, Ainul Yaqin Campus. In fact, in carrying out its operations the Entrepreneurship of the Ainul Yaqin Campus Islamic Boarding School still ignores important variables or aspects of the economy. Because of this, the variables in this study are Service Quality, Product Variants and Prices with consideration of their influence on the Purchasing Decisions of the students at the Entrepreneurship Islamic Boarding School, Ainul Yaqin Campus. The samples taken in this study were 85 people using the malhotra formula, in the form of Islamic boarding school students, Ainul Yaqin Campus. In the implementation of this research using multiple linear regression analysis method with stone tools, namely SPSS. In the end, simultaneously, all independent variables affect the dependent variable. Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of digital marketing, self service technology, and service quality on customer satisfaction of Bank Mega Syariah Malang City. In this study there are 3 independent variables to measure customer satisfaction, namely digital marketing, self service technology, and service quality. The population in this study is all customers of Bank Mega Syariah Malang City, and the sample in this study uses the slovin formula, so that a sample of 100 respondents was obtained. The data used in this study is primary data, the data collection method is carried out by distributing questionnaires that have been made using google forms. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis, validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple regression. The results of this study show that digital marketing has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, self service technology has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction Bank Mega Syariah Malang City. Keywords: Digital Marketing, Self Service Technology, Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepuasan Nasabah

Abstract

Abstract This research is conducted with the aim of examining the impact of payment methods, discounts, and the presence of brand ambassadors on purchasing decisions related to Scarlett products from the TikTok Shop. The study employs a quantitative research approach and focuses on students from the 2019 class at the Islamic University of Malang who have made at least one purchase of Scarlett products through the TikTok Shop. To ensure the quality of the research, validity and reliability tests have been conducted. The analysis of this study includes classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, statistical tests, and the calculation of the coefficient of determination. In this research, the independent variables consist of payment methods, discounts, and the presence of brand ambassadors, while the dependent variable is the purchasing decisions made regarding Scarlett products on the TikTok Shop. Keywords: Metode Pembayaran, Discount,  Brand Ambassador

Abstract

Digital marketing adalah kegiatan promosi dan pencarian pasar melalui media digital secara online dengan memanfaatkan berbagai sarana misalnya jejaring sosial. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan tentang pemasaran digital, terutama media sosial, bagi para pelaku bisnis Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) untuk meningkatkan penjualan dan laba mereka. Dihadiri oleh peserta UMKM Desa sumberpetung, metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah; pertama, penjelasan menggunakan sosial media; kedua, berbagi pengalaman dan diskusi; dan terakhir, praktik langsung membuat akun media sosial (Facebook dan Instagram) dan cara membuatnya menarik bagi pembeli (gambar, kata-kata, cerita). Hasilnya menunjukkan bebarapa pelaku usaha secara aktif menggunakan media sosial sebagai alat promosi mereka dan mereka belum memisahkan akun toko online mereka dengan akun pribadi mereka, beberapa orang lain menggunakannya sesekali, dan sisanya peserta tidak pernah menggunakan pemasaran media sosial karena kurangnya teknologi ketrampilan. Semua peserta menunjukkan minat besar untuk menggunakan pemasaran media sosial secara terus menerus.
