The purpose of this study is to find out the form of political behavior of Muhammadiyah structural elites in the selection of DPD RI members. This research method is a qualitative method that provides an objective picture of the actual state of the object being studied and the type of research used is the phenomenological type. The data used is the primary data source and secondary data source with the number of informants as many as 7 people. And documentation. Data analysis techniques used in this study are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion withdrawal. The data usage used is source triangulation, triangulation technique and time triangulation. This research aims to find out position analysis, reputation analysis and analysis of decisions of Muhammadiyah structural elite Pangkep’s regency. The results showed that the pattern of political behavior of Muhammadiyah structural elites in Pangkep Regency tends to be moderate-accommodating by being characterized by the participation of Muhammadiyah structural elites of Pangkep Regency in elections by choosing certain DPD RI Member Candidates without excessive fanaticism, then there is a willingness to cooperate and establish adaptive and rational relationships with prospective DPD RI Members without having to fuse themselves

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan Inovasi Pemerintah Gerakan Serentak Pemanfaatan Pekarangan Organik Dalam Meningkatan Ketahanan Pangan Di Kelurahan Lapajung Kabupaten Soppeng. Menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan tipe fenomenologi. Sumber data, yaitu primer dan sekunder, jumlah informan 5 (Lima) orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara serta dokumentasi. Analisis data meliputi Reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inovasi gerakan serentak pemanfaatan pekarangan organik (gertak petani) pada 1) Keuntungan relatif yang dimaksud disini adalah manfaat yang dirasakan oleh anggota kelompok/masyarakat dengan Adanya Inovasi Gerakan Serentak Pemanfaatan Pekarangan Organik (Gertak Petani) ini. 2) Kesesuaian adalah adanya pemahaman dan pembinaan langsung kepada masyarakat dalam pelaksanaan inovasi Gerakan Serentak Pemanfaatan Pekarangan Organik (Gertak Petani). 3) Kerumitan disini adalah Inovasi Gerakan Serentak Pemanfaatan Pekarangan Organik (Gertak Petani) yang masih lumayan baru dan berjalan kurang lebih 3 tahun sehingga memiliki tingkat kerumitan tersendiri. 4) Kemungkinan dicoba adalah dalam hal ini Inovasi Gerakan Serentak Pemanfaatan Pekarangan Organik (Gertak Petani) telah terlaksana sampai sekarang. 5) Kemudahan diamati adalah dalam pelaksanaan Inovasi Gerakan Serentak Pemanfaatan Pekarangan Organik (Gertak Petani) ini berharap kedepannya dan seterusnya dapat memberikan manfaat dan dampak yang baik kepada masayarakat.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of e-Government through Taspen Smart Card Program in pension fund services of State Civil Service. This study used a combination method of concurrent triangulation design (a balanced mix of quantitative and qualitative). The major instrument used was questionnaire and interview. There were participants of the Taspen Smart Card Program that involved as samples and informants in this study. The number of samples was 40 and 2 people as informants. The samples taken using probability sampling techniques. The data were analyzed using regression analysis technique. The results of this study indicated that the implementation of e- Government through Taspen Smart Card Program in pension fund services of State Civil Service in Pinrang and Makassar Regency is running very well. This is based on the average score obtained was 139.6 or 87.25% which indicates that the implementation of Taspen Smart Card fall into very good category. Furthermore, the study also shows that the implementation of Taspen Smart Card Program has a positive and significant effect in pension fund services of State Civil Service in Pinrang and Makassar Regency by 33.3% and the remaining 66.7% due to the existence of other programs issued by the government.

Si Jagai (Siap, Jemput, Antar, Jaga, dan Peduli) is an innovative program designed to enhance health services in Pangkajene and Islands Regency. The aim of this study is to investigate the program's effectiveness and its impact on the community's health outcomes. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed, with primary and secondary data collected from five informants through observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The findings revealed that the Si Jagai program offers significant benefits to patients, the Si Jagai team, and the Pangkajene district government, demonstrating high compatibility with the community's needs. The program's trialability has shown advantages in raising public awareness of health issues, contributing to improvements in lifestyles, mindsets, and patterns of action, and ultimately leading to better health outcomes. However, some levels of complexity were identified, with certain individuals remaining apathetic towards disease management. In conclusion, the Si Jagai program serves as an effective model for enhancing health services in Pangkajene and Islands Regency, with its innovative approach and alignment with the community's needs leading to positive impacts on public health. Future efforts should focus on addressing the identified complexities and expanding the program to further improve health services in the region. This study offers valuable insights for policymakers and stakeholders in the health sector, emphasizing the potential of innovative, community-driven solutions to address health challenges and improve overall well-being.

Artikel ini membahas tentang penerapan e-government dalam mewujudkan pelayanan kesehatan publik di Kabupaten Bone.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif.Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi.Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Penerapan E-government dalam mewujudkan pelayanan kesehatan publik di kabupaten Bone yaitu, Capacity, adalah berupa kesiapan SDM, melalui pelatihan yang terstruktur, selanjutnya Support,yaitu berupa dana setiap tahunnya untuk mengfasilitasi setiap bidang yang ada di dinas kesehatan, kemudian Value,adalah berupa manfaat dari aplikasi tersebut yaitu perkembangan, data-data, dan perencanaan kerja, selanjutnya yaitu penyedia layanan, meliputi Dinkes kabupaten bone yang bekerjasama dengan BPJS dalam memberikan kemudahan kepada masyarakat dalam pengurusan kartu JKN dengan syarat kartu keluarga untuk pengurusan kartu kis atau askes, kemudian penerima layanan, yaitu meliputi pengguna aplikasi yang Sangat dimudahkan, karena masyarakat yang tidak memiliki kartu fisiknya, mereka masih tetap bisa berobat dengan menggunakan mobile JKN dengan aplikasi pintar tersebut, selanjutnya jenis layanan, yaitu berupa aplikasi yang digunakan seperti EPPBGM, AREVIEW GIS, dan SIPTM, ketiga aplikasi ini mampu mengetahui dan mengontrol perkembangan balita dan berbagai penyakit yang ada di kabupaten bone serta dapat meminimalisir angka penduduk yang menderita penyakit dengan memprioritaskan daerah yang sudah terdeteksi parah, dan kepuasan pelanggan, yaitu meliputi segi pelayanan yakni masyarakat merasakan dalam proses pelayanan yang baik,ramah, dan sopan

The study of this article aimed to determine how the financial governance of the Asset and Regional Finance Agency in strengthening community resilience after natural and non-natural disasters in Majene Regency. This study used a qualitative method with a descriptive type of research through instrument data in the form of observation, documentation and interviews. The Regional Finance and Assets Agency in accordance with its main duties and functions carries out the mission, namely ‘Improving public services through good governance based on the rule of law’. The result showed that the Regional Finance and Assets Agency has the authority to manage regional finances that have been explicitly determined in the legislation has complied with the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 113 of 2014 concerning Regional Financial Management which fulfills several important aspects, namely, planning, budgeting, administration, reporting and accountability. Based on the five stages, the Regional and Asset Finance Agency in Majene, Indonesia has complied with the five stages because it has gone through an integrated system.

E-government is considered a crucial instrument for service transformation as it is believed to assist in achieving the government’s objectives by functioning as a flexible digital service platform for development. Nevertheless, our understanding of its potential impact on governance remains limited, particularly regarding the advancements made in digital-based services for the public sector inside government and the resulting level of public satisfaction. This study examines the crucial significance of e-government in the restructuring of agile governance in Indonesia. Qualitative research methods are employed for this research. Data related to the E-Government Development Index (EGDI) are collected through the United Nations website. After successfully retrieving the data and presenting it in a suitable format, the authors analysed Indonesia’s overall EGDI score and examined individual EGDI indicator levels. The findings show that the Indonesian government has accelerated the implementation of e-government, catalysing the digitalisation of governance and improving efficiency, transparency and public engagement. The report asserts that e-government can revolutionise governance in Indonesia, rendering it more agile and responsive. Nevertheless, a requirement remains to enhance and augment the e-government infrastructure and implement policies that foster digital inclusivity to bolster Indonesia’s governance capabilities. By bolstering e-governance, the government will enhance its efficacy in addressing forthcoming crises and augment citizen participation in policy formulation.
