Abstract

Desa parean girang merupakan salah satu desa yang berada di Kabupaten Indramayu, yang sudah mengalami pencemaran berupa melimpahnya tanaman eceng gondok (Eicchornia cressipes). Melimpahnya tanaman eceng gondok kadangkala menimbulkan efek negatif berupa penyempitan luas permukaan sungai yang berdampak pada banjir. Tanaman eceng gondok sebenarnya memiliki banyak manfaat diantaranya adalah menjadi biogas. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan melalui penyuluhan dan pelatihan yang berlangsung selama 3 sesi, yaitu sesi pemaparan materi, sesi tanya jawab (Penyuluhan), dan sesi praktik pembuatan biogas eceng gondok (Pelatihan). Kegiatan penyuluhan pembuatan biogas eceng gondok telah terlaksana dengan baik, hal ini dapat dilihat dari tingginya hasil respon masyarakat terhadap penyuluhan, serta banyaknya masyarakat yang hadir pada kegiatan tersebut. Kegiatan pelatihan pembuatan biogas eceng gondok telah terlaksana dengan baik, hal ini dapat dilihat dari seluruh langkah-langkah kegiatan sudah terselenggara dengan baik, serta dihasilkannya gas setelah 20 hari proses fermentasi. Saran setelah dilaksanakan kegiatan ini adalah supaya dilakukan tindak lanjut terhadap program biogas eceng gondok yang telah dilaksanakan. Tindak lanjut berupa pengadaan set kompor dan saluran biogas, supaya biogas yang sudah terbentuk dapat dialirkan ke kompor warga sehingga terasa manfaatnya secara nyata oleh masyarakat.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan model pembelajaran blended learning bervisi SETS dalam melatih kecerdasan jasmaniah kinestetik, logis matematis, visual spasial dan naturalis mahasiswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu R&D (Research and Development) yang terdiri dari tujuh tahapan : 1)Research and Information Collecting, 2) Planning, 3) Develop preliminary form of product, 4) Preliminary field testing, 5) Main product revision, 6) Main Field Testing, 7)Final product revision. Hasil penelitian menunjukan model pembelajaran blended learning bervisi SETS diracang berdasarkan tahapan pembelajaran pengelolaan lingkungan hidup (PLH) secara daring dan luring. Pengembangan model blended learning bervisi SETS efektif dalam melatih kecerdasan majemuk mahasiswa yang terdiri dari kecerdasan jasmaniah kinestetik, logis matematis, visual spasial dan naturalis mahasiswa.

Abstract

Students really need a digital microscope because it can make it easier to observe cells, make it easier to visualize observational images easily and clearly, make it easier to identify observations, make it easier to measure and count the observed objects. students want a plant anatomy practicum to be able to display streaming video of the object being observed using a digital microscope, and students want a plant anatomy practicum report using a web/application that can be used face-to-face and online. The aim of this study was to develop a web-integrated digital microscope to train students' visual-spatial intelligence in plant anatomy practicum based on blended learning.The type of research used in this research is Research and Development. The test subjects in this study were prospective biology teacher students in the second semester of the Biology Education Study Program IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon, which consisted of 5 classes and a total of 1735 students. Sampling used the cluster random sample method, consisting of 2 classes, namely Bio A (experimental class) and Bio C (control class) provided that the population is homogeneous . The results of the development of a web-integrated digital microscope used in a blended learning-based plant anatomy practicum were stated to be very valid. The developed web-integrated digital microscope can train students' visual-spatial intelligence in blended learning-based plant anatomy practicum, in the high category. There is a significant difference in students' spatial visual intelligence between classes using a web-integrated digital microscope and classes using a binocular light microscope.

Abstract

Initial conditions of plant anatomy practical learning at Wiralodra University indicate a lack of training in students' kinesthetic bodily intelligence. This is evident as students do not feel proficient in operating microscopes and determining microscope magnification, indicating a lack of trained kinesthetic bodily intelligence. Based on this issue, a digital microscope is needed to train students' kinesthetic bodily intelligence in plant anatomy practicals. The innovation of digital microscope technology is necessary as a supporting tool for plant anatomy practicals. The objective of this study is to develop an Online Microscope Viewer to enhance students' multiple intelligences in plant anatomy practicals. Considering the nature of the study as the development of an Online Microscope Viewer, the research design used is Research and Development. The study subjects consist of 185 second-semester biology education students from the Biology Education program at Wiralodra University, divided into five classes. The sampling method used is cluster random sampling, with two classes, Bio B (experimental group) and Bio D (control group), selected under the condition that the populations are homogeneous. The results indicate that the developed Online Microscope Viewer used in plant anatomy practicals is highly valid. The developed Online Microscope Viewer can significantly enhance students' kinesthetic bodily intelligence in plant anatomy practicals, categorized as high. There is a significant difference in the improvement of students' kinesthetic bodily intelligence between the class using the Online Microscope Viewer and the class using binocular light microscopes.
