Abstract

This study were aimed to analyze: (1) the difference influence of interval and fartlek training method toward the result ability of Kayak paddle at the distance of 1000 meter, (2) interaction between training and concentration method toward the ability of paddle at the distance of 1000 meter, and (3) difference influence of high concentration trained by interval and fartlek training method toward the result ability of kayak paddle at the distance of 1000 meter, (4) difference influence of low concentration trained by interval and fartlek training method toward the result ability of kayak paddle at the distance of 1000 meter. This experiment research used 2 x 2 treatment design . The subjects in this study were Kayak paddle athletes of Maluku Province which concsist of 42 people. The techniques of data analysis used was ANAVA.The results of this study are: (1) overall there are significant differences between the interval training method and the fartlek training method on the results of the ability to row 1000 meters in rowing athletes like Maluku. , (2) there is an interaction between the training methods used with concentration on the results of the ability to row 1000 meters in rowing athletes like Maluku. Conclusions: (1) interval training method is better than fartlek training method on the ability to row 1000 meters distance, (2) athletes with high concentration and trained with interval and fartlek training methods are better compared with low concentration athletes who are trained with interval training methods and fartlek.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the needs for table tennis multi-ball training for table tennis practice participants at the Table Tennis Association (Persatuan Tenis Meja; abbr.: PTM) in Medan. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method. Subjects were 20 beginner athletes aged 16-21 years. The research was conducted at PTM Garuda Medan. The results show that 85% of table tennis exercises are in demand. 75% of exercises are done three times a week, 90% stated the duration of training is 90-120 minutes, and 80% deem the exercise sufficient. 86% agreed to be given multi-ball training, 91% agreed to be given specialized training distributed multi-ball practice, 89% agreed the role of the trainer in training activities, 71% answered the trainer provided variations in backhand drive training, 89% agreed the trainer gave the method of multi-ball distributed practice. 87% believe that multi-ball training can improve backhand drive skills, 91% agree that exercise-based variations are given drill-based, and 65% agree given ball feeling games for exercise variations. 89% agree that drills use targets, 60% agree with media, 75% agree agreed given the variation of multi-ball training, and 83% agreed given the drill for backhand drive skills with the multi-ball training method.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop a forward roll learning media through modification of the front roll game, so that students can learn the material and technique of the front roll without feeling difficult and bored with the modification of the front roll game. The subjects of this study were seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 3 Palembang. This research method is the development and design of this research refers to the development model (research and development). Development research has ten steps, but in this study eight of the ten steps proposed by Bord and Gall were used. The research and development as well as the procedures carried out, resulted in a product in the form of learning media for the basic techniques of front scissor on floor gymnastics through game modifications, namely; (1) introduction, explaining what modification of the front roll game is and how to help the front and back roll., (2) the core, Showing the game modification video and how to help the front roll, (3) closing; displays the evaluation of objective questions regarding the forward roll. The results of this study are the development of learning media for front roll material in lantau gymnastics through game modifications for class VII SMP Negeri 3 Palembang.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Competitive performance sports require achieving maximum performance for those who pursue it either individually, in groups or as teams. This means that achievement in sports is the final goal that must be achieved in a sports activity. To achieve this, one way that can be done is through coaching efforts through the implementation of programmed training in a systematic, directed and continuous manner. DKI Jakarta Province implements the Sustainable Achievement Sports Development Program which adapts the long-term development model from Balyi. This research aims to evaluate the DKI Jakarta Province Sustainable Sports Achievement Development Program, especially in swimming in 2023. This research uses the CIPP evaluation model from Stufflebeam including Context, Input, Process and Product. This research was carried out from February to August 2024 at the Sustainable Sports Achievement Development Program at the DKI Jakarta Provincial Youth and Sports Service. Abstract

The village government plays an important role in formulating and implementing policies that are in line with the potential and needs of the local community. The purpose of this study is to determineimplementation of Village Autonomy in the field of infrastructure development in Muara Pagatan Village, Kusan Hilir District and to find out the implementation of Village Autonomy in the field of Health in Muara Pagatan Village, Kusan Hilir District and to find out the Supporting and Inhibiting Factors of the implementation of village autonomy in the field of Infrastructure and Health development. The results of this study are that the implementation of village autonomy in the field of infrastructure development in Muara Pagatan Village shows the effectiveness of decentralization and community empowerment in improving local welfare
