Abstract

The purpose of study was to develop drill based model of forehand drive practice in table tennis for beginner athlete. The forehand drive had important role in table tennis playing. Forehand is a way to do a punch when hitting the ball the position of the palm holding the bet is facing forward. This research is development research using Research and Development from Borg and Gall which consists of ten stages. The subject in this research was beginner athlete at PTM Gajah Mada Medan. Data were collected through documentation, observation, interview and test of forehand drive in table tennis. Data analysis used qualitative and quantitative. The results of finding show that there are 24 items of drill model in forehand drive practice. The variety of practice table tennis were shadow ball, rolling ball, multiball MP, and multiball DP. It gave the impact on beginner athlete skills. They can be played the table tennis using forehand drive practice.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui; (1) hasil belajar passing atas bolavoli pada siswa   yang diajar dengan gaya mengajar inklusi dengan gaya  mengajar komando; (2)  hasil belajar passing atas bolavoli pada siswa yang memiliki  motor educability tinggi dan motor educability rendah; (3) interaksi antara gaya mengajar dan motor educability dalam mempengaruhi hasil belajar passing atas bolavoli. Populasi dalam penelitian siswa kelas VIII SMP  Gajah Mada. Metode penelitian  yang digunakan adalah quasi eksperimen dengan rancangan faktorial 2 x 2. Teknik analisis data menggunakan ANAVA 2 x 2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) hasil belajar passing atas bolavoli siswa yang diajar dengan menggunakan gaya mengajar inklusi lebih  tinggi dari pada hasil belajar passing atas bolavoli siswa yang diajar dengan gaya mengajar komando. (2) Hasil belajar passing atas bolavoli siswa yang memiliki motor educability tinggi, lebih tinggi  hasilnya  daripada hasil belajar  passing atas bola voli yang memiliki motor educability rendah. (3) Terdapat  interaksi antara  gaya mengajar dengan  motor educabiliy dalam mempengaruhi hasil belajar passing atas bolavoli. Kata Kunci: gaya mengajar, motor educability terhadap passing Abstract: This study aims to determine; (1) The study results of passing on volleyball on students who are taught by the teaching style teaching style commando inclusion; (2) learning outcomes passing on volleyball on a motor educability students who have high and low educability motors; (3) The interaction between teaching style and the motor educability in affecting learning outcomes passing on volleyball. The population in the study class VIII SMP Gajah Mada. The method used is a quasi-experimental design with 2 x 2 factorial ANOVA Data were analyzed using 2 x 2. The results showed that (1) the learning outcomes of students passing on volleyball taught using teaching style inclusion higher than on learning outcomes passing on volleyball students who are taught by the teaching style of command. (2) Results of study on volleyball passing students who have a motor educability, higher result than passing on the learning outcomes of volleyball that has a motor educability low. (3) There is an interaction between teaching style with a motor educabiliy in affecting learning outcomes passing on volleyball. Keywords: teaching style, the motor educability against passing

Abstract

AbstrakKesehatan dan olahraga merupakan dua hal yang saling berkaitan dalam kehidupan manusia. Untuk tetapmenjadi sehat, olahraga salah satu cara untuk mendapatkannya. Beberapa  manfaat berolahraga :meningkatkan daya tahan tubuh, meningkatkan fungsi otak, menghilangkan stress, menurunkan kolestrol.Olahraga sederhana yang dapat dijadikan pilihan dalam menjaga kesehatan adalah, jalan cepat,senam,renang,lari dan  bersepeda.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the needs for table tennis multi-ball training for table tennis practice participants at the Table Tennis Association (Persatuan Tenis Meja; abbr.: PTM) in Medan. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method. Subjects were 20 beginner athletes aged 16-21 years. The research was conducted at PTM Garuda Medan. The results show that 85% of table tennis exercises are in demand. 75% of exercises are done three times a week, 90% stated the duration of training is 90-120 minutes, and 80% deem the exercise sufficient. 86% agreed to be given multi-ball training, 91% agreed to be given specialized training distributed multi-ball practice, 89% agreed the role of the trainer in training activities, 71% answered the trainer provided variations in backhand drive training, 89% agreed the trainer gave the method of multi-ball distributed practice. 87% believe that multi-ball training can improve backhand drive skills, 91% agree that exercise-based variations are given drill-based, and 65% agree given ball feeling games for exercise variations. 89% agree that drills use targets, 60% agree with media, 75% agree agreed given the variation of multi-ball training, and 83% agreed given the drill for backhand drive skills with the multi-ball training method.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan  untuk memperbaki proses pembelajaran mata kuliah bola voli dalam materi passing bawah bolavoli di Jurusan PKO Fik Unimed. Perbaikan pembelajaran melalui pemberian gaya mengajar inklusi, dengan metode penelitian tindakan kelas.  Hal ini dilakukan karena metode mengajar yang diberikan dosen tidak bervariasi sehingga tidak dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar passing bawah bolavoli. Adapun yang menjadi subjek penelitian adalah mahamahasiswa  PKO regular B   Angkatan 2010 FIK UNIMED . Peneliti bekerja sama dengan dosen dan kolaborator untuk melihat  dampak gaya mengajar inklus . Penelitian ini direncanakan  menggunakan 2 siklus. Siklus pertama dimulai dengan obesevasi, pemberian tindakan dan refleksi. Kemudian dilanjutkan pada siklus kedua untuk memperbaiki kelemahan-kelemahan pada siklus ke dua. Populasi target dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa  PKO reguler B  Angkatan 2010 yang keseluruhan  terdiri dari  40  orang  mahasiswa. Teknik pemilihan sampel yang dilakukan peneliti adalah  cluster random sampling. Dimana kelompok yang akan dijadikan subjek penelitian   telah terbentuk  sebelumnya.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the feasibility of instructional video variations of attack training using punching pads for taekwondo novice athletes in 2020. The study was conducted on product trials at taekwondo clubs. TVRI Medan. Address on JL. Capt. Sihombing Stone. Comp. TVRI, Club Taekwondo Taruna Nusantara Medan which is located at Jl. Karya Jaya. Comp. Jaya Syafira. Medan Johor and at Taekwondo Club Gaperta Medan. A study subject is a whole object where several sources or informants can provide information about the video instructional attack training product using a punching pad in development research. The research method is the Research and Development (R&D) method. The results of the development of video instructional attack training using punching pad taekwondo novice athletes from the sports aspect have been categorized very well with a percentage of 87.5%, thus the development product can be categorized as viable and can be used. The development of video instructional attack training using punching pad taekwondo novice athletes from taekwondo coaches has been categorized very well with a percentage of 96.6%, thus the development product can be categorized as feasible and usable. The development of video instructional attack training using punching pad taekwondo novice athletes from media experts has been categorized very well with a percentage of 92%, Thus the development product can be categorized as viable and usable. Conclusion of the development of video instructional attack training using punching pad is an instructional video variation of attack training using punching pad in taekwondo novice athletes in 2021 has an excellent category and is worth using.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the validity results and the reliability and practicality of the basic movement skills assessment instrument for primary school PJOK. The research method in this study uses an R & D development model using an analysis modified by researchers into three stages, namely define, design and develop. The results of the validity were analyzed using the T Score from several aspects assessed by experts with an ideal percentage value of 90% with a very good category and suitable for use. The results of instrument reliability on a small scale use GENOVA analysis, for locomotor indicators (0.90), manipulative indicators (0.91). The practicality of the instrument which was analyzed using a T score obtained an average score of 52.33 and from the T score of each rater I (49), rater II (54), and from rater III obtained a T score (54) and based on the teacher's assessment of the instrument assessment of basic movement skills is quite practical. In conclusion, the instrument for assessing basic movement skills in PJOK learning that was developed has met the requirements of validity, reliability and practicality, as an evaluation tool that can be used further by primary school PJOK teachers.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of locomotor games on gross motor skills of elementary school students. The design of this study used a quantitative pre-experimental design type one-group pretest-posttest. The sample in this study amounted to 20 people with. purposive sampling technique The instrument used in this study used the TGMD-2 Test of Gross Motor Development-2. The research methodology used in this study was data analysis using paired t-test statistical techniques. In the paired t-test analysis, the pretest and posttest p value = 0.000 (p <0.05). From these results it can be concluded that there is a significant positive effect of locomotor games on the gross motor of elementary school students.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the application of the game methods and interest to Elementary School students’ learning outcomes of fundamental movement skills in running. The research samples consisted of 60 third-grade elementary school students. This research used treatment by level 2x2 research design with Tukey's test at the level of 16∝">  = 0.05. The results showed: 1) Qh=12.40 and Qt=3.83 in groups A1 and A2. Based on these results, it can be concluded that there were differences in learning outcomes of fundamental movement skills in running between-group game methods and individual game methods. 2) The Fh > Ft was 19.81 > 4.15. In conclusion, there was an interaction between the game methods and learning interest on fundamental movement skills in running. 3) The result of the Tukey’s test in groups A1B1 and A2B1 included Qh = 11.27 and Qt = 2.99. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the learning outcomes of fundamental movement skills in running with high interest taught using the group game method were better than the individual game method. 4) Furthermore, the Qh=1.32 and Qt=2.99. Based on these results, it could be concluded that the learning outcomes of low-interest fundamental movement skills in running taught using the group game method were not better than the individual game method.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a basketball game model for elementary schools. The model that was made beforehand was validated by 3 experts, 1 sports academic expert, 1 expert trainer and 1 referee expert. The small group test involved 6 elementary school children and the trial group involved 25 elementary school children. The basketball game model for elementary schools has been validated and results from expert validation that each model is valid and can be used as a basket play model for children, with a validity percentage of 76% -100%. The results of a small group test of 6 elementary school children showed that the basketball game model at the elementary school has met the reader properly or is valid. The percentage of validity of the questionnaire that was distributed to the sample showed that 91% -100% of them agreed with the ball game for schoolchildren. The percentage of validity from the questionnaire that was distributed to the sample shows that 87% - 97% of those who approve the game meet the criteria.
