Abstract

On a trade business there are three methods of purchasing and selling; cash purchasing or selling method, credit and trade cooperation. The book sale system commonly still uses cash purchasing or selling system and credit. Automatically, this thing will become the business obstacle for the suppliers whenever they want to put their books on the book shops for sale. The trade method of putting books and selling is called as trade cooperation. It become one of the trendy purchasing or selling methods. This thing also needs a solution to prevent the appearance of repetitive misunderstanding.The method used in this research is modified waterfall method. The method was developed by Winston Royce. On this method, the research did library study, analyzing the system demand, designing the system and face to face method, creating system and testing it.The result of the research is an information system of book sale based on client or server. This sale information system also uses cash sale model, credit and cooperation. The sale using this trade cooperation is implemented to ease the bookshop owner in monitoring the books sold in the cooperation system.Keyword : Information System, Client/server and trade cooperation

Abstract

Persebaran wabah covid 19 perlu dipetakan guna pengendalian terhadap sebaran virus tersebut di masyarakat. Cara yang paling efektif dalam pencegahan virus tersebut adalah mengajak masyarakat secara bersama-sama melaksanakan protokol kesehatan yang telah ditetapkan oleh pemerintah. Gotong royong dalam melaporkan kondisi kesehatan dan lingkungan ke sebuah sistem adalah alternatif yang efektif dalam melihat kondisi kesehatan masyarakat.Tujuandari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan sebuah sistem yang dapat menyajikan sebaran covid-19 di Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu. pengumpulan data dilakukan secara daring dengan cara mengisi formulir yang telah disediakan. Tahap-tahap yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah melakukan perancangan atau menentukan indikator kuesioner tentang sebaran covid, membuat formulir di google form, menyebarkan kuesioner, olah data hasil kuesioner dan menyajikan data dalam bentuk dashbord. Alat yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah google formulir dan google data studio. Google formulir digunakan untuk membuat formulir kuisioner sedangkan google data studio digunakan untuk menyajikan data secara visual pada sistem. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah sistem yang dapat menyajikan sebaran covid 19 di Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu.

Abstract

There is a diversity of academic abilities of students in each Indonesian educational institution, each student has different learning abilities according to the level of learning. Educators in providing learning level predictions are done manually, so it takes a long time in predicting student learning levels. In this study, it was able to predict students' academic abilities in an easy and fast way. The method used in predicting learning levels is Case Based Reasoning. This method is able to predict the student's learning level to be (1) Very Bad, (2) Bad, (3) Medium, (4) Good, and (5) Very Good. This level of learning will be used as a benchmark for educators to provide appropriate values to students. The results of this study for the academic performance of the very poor category are 0 students, the bad category is 3 students, the medium category is 79 students, the good category is 16 students and the excellent category is 12 students. The accuracy of academic performance recommendations using confusion matrix is 91.82%.

Abstract

Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, sudah banyak sistem perpustakaan bermigrasi dari sistem manual menjadi sistem berteknologi yang sering disebut juga dengan sistem terkomputerisasi. Pembangunan dari sistem informasi perpustakaan sangat dimungkinkan untuk mempermudah pustakawan dalam pengelolaan bahan pustaka serta mempermudah dalam melayani anggotanya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis dan merancangan sistem informasi perpustakaan berbasis web di SMP N 4 Unggulan Way Tuba. Dengan adanya perubahan sistem pelayanan informasi secara manual menjadi sistem informasi berbasis web ini diharapkan segala aktivitas sistem tersebut memberikan kemudahan bagi perpustakaan untuk melakukan kegiatan melayani pengguna dan memenuhi tuntutan pengguna akan perubahan layanan diperpustakaan.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan salah satu penggerak roda perekonomian di Indonesia. UMKM menjadi fokus pemerintah Indonesia karena UMKM memiliki kontribusi sebesar 60,3% dari total produk domestik bruto (PDB) Indonesia. Selain itu, UMKM menyerap 97% dari total tenaga kerja dan 99% dari total lapangan kerja. Untuk meningkatkan daya saing bagi UMKM diperlukan digitalisasi penjulan dalam melakukan proses bisnisnya. Rumusan dalam peneliian ini adalah bagaimana membuat aplikasi pemesanan makanan berbasis Android bagi UMKM. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuat aplikasi pemesanan makanan bagi UMKM berbasis Android. Metode penelitia ini menggunakan metode research and development, sedangkan pengembangan sistem menggunakan waterfall model.  Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah aplikasi pemesanan makanan yang dapat digunakan oleh pengguna dalam memesan makanan yang diinginkan sesuai dengan menu yang ditampilkan. Proses pemesanan makanan sangat simpel dan sistem akan melakukan validasi sebelum makanan dipesan ke pelaku UMKM. Sebelum sistem digunakan dilakukan pengujian terhadap aplikasi terkait fitur-fitur yang ada pada aplikasi. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan penjualan bagi UMKM yang telah bergabung sehingga dapat meningkatkan perekonomian.

Abstract

AbstractThe role of MSMEs is very large in the Indonesian economy, the contribution of MSMEs is 97% of the workforce and 61.9% of the contribution to the Gross Domestic Product (GDP). However, MSMEs in Indonesia still faces several challenges to developing and improving their business. The Indonesian government implemented stimulus in dealing with and controlling the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic and was effective when compared to other countries. In 2021, Indonesia's real GDP index has reached pre-pandemic conditions at the level of 101.5, while neighboring countries namely Malaysia are at the level of 96.4, the Philippines are at the level of 95.5 and Thailand is still at the level of 94.4. The purpose of this research is to design a Business Incubator Platform in an effort to increase the competency of MSME players through a business incubator. If the competence of MSME players matches current needs, it is hoped that Indonesian MSMEs will be able to compete and improve the Indonesian economy. The method used in this study is the Waterfall Model. While the stages carried out in this method are the stages of system requirements analysis, design, implementation, and system maintenance. While system testing uses the Black Box testing model which focuses on system functionality. The result of this research is an Incubator Platform that can be used by MSME players to improve their business competence. To join this platform, UMKM players register through the platform, after being verified by the admin team, MSME players can use the features that have been provided.

Abstract

Alumni are assets for an educational institution, can illustrate how the vision and mission of the alumni home institution are achieved. Educational institutions need to track their graduates, this is done as a source of information and to find out the absorption, process, and position of graduates in the world of work and assist government programs in mapping the needs of the world of work with competencies obtained from universities. In addition, to increase the accreditation of a university, college or department. So important is alumni data in the world of work, there is a need for a system to predict the waiting points for alumni to work. The purpose of this study is  to apply the Case Based Reasoning in predicting the waiting period of prospective alumni at Baturaja University using the K-Neareast Neigbor algorithm. Reasoning is based on 14 attributes with 10 rule bases. Based on the representation of the new case, the similarity value of the old case with the new case is 0.64

Abstract

The Personnel Information System is an integrated system, which includes employee data collection, data processing, procedures, rank, employment status, and computer technology to produce fast, complete and accurate information in order to support personnel administration activities. Personnel storage is the main thing in staffing issues, especially in finding or changing staffing data to then change it according to needs. This Personnel Information System Application was made using descriptive research methods with the type of case study research at the Office of Manpower and Transmigration, Ogan Komering Ulu Setalan Regency , where the data collection techniques used include observation, interviews, and literature studies. For the analysis and design methods used in making the system using the ERD method as a data model and DFD as a process model. Using codeigniter 3 programming and action scripts in making visual code programs. Based on the test results, it was concluded that it allows delays in the data manipulation process and delays in each data display that appears. Meanwhile, based on observations concluded that the system was considered good enough, learnable, easy to use. The system created is in accordance with the needs of the Ogan Komering Ulu Setalan Manpower and Transmigration Office, and this system has been tested using the Black Box testing technique.

Abstract

Lokakarya ini dilaksanakan 10-13 Mei 2023 yang melibatkan fasilitator berasal dari akademisi, guru komite pembelajaran, kepala sekolah dan pengawas. Tujuan lokakarya ini menguatkan pemahaman peserta dalam menyusun modul (P5) sesuai dengan kultur budaya sekolah dan kebutuhan peserta didik. Metode pendampingan dilaksanakan secara daring menggunakan alur “MERDEKA” yakni akronim dari elaborasi materi, ruang kolaborasi, refleksi, demonstrasi kontekstual dan aksi nyata. Capaian pengetahuan peserta diukur dengan instrumen pretest dan postest. Hasil menunjukkan (1) Peserta memetakan elemen dimensi dan capaian dimensi masing-masing fase menunjukkan 82% peserta berkembang sesuai harapan, 8% berkembang, 5% mulai berkembang dan 5% peserta belum berkembang. (2) Peserta mampu menyusun aktivitas dalam modul P5 dengan metode simulasi perancangan ide projek secara kolaboratif, 70% peserta berkembang sesuai harapan, 10% berkembang, 10%  mulai berkembang dan 10 % peserta belum berkembang. (3) Peserta mampu membuat rubrik penilaian P5, yakni 50% peserta berkembang sesuai harapan, 10% berkembang, 30%  mulai berkembang dan 20 % peserta belum berkembang. Selanjutnya (4) Peserta mampu membedakan pemahaman konsep P5 yang benar, yakni 60% peserta berkembang sesuai harapan, 20% berkembang, 10%  mulai berkembang dan 10 % peserta belum berkembang. Berdasarkan hasil tes, rata-rata ketercapaian pengetahuan peserta adalah 78% paham konsep, 22% belum paham konsep.
