Abstract

Elemen-elemen rancang kota merupakan bagian-bagian yang membentuk karakteristik kawasan. Elemenelemenrancangkotadapatdikategorokanberdasarkanjenis,bentuk,ukuran,sifat,hinggapadapenggunannya.Elemen rancang kota pada umumnya dibagi berdasarkan sifatnya yaitu elemen rancang kota bersifat fisik maupun elemenrancang kota bersifat aktivitas. Elemen fisik rancang kota cenderung bersifat ragawi (tangible) dan elemen aktivitascenderung bersiat non-ragawi (intangible) Kawasan Jalan Gajah Mada di Denpasar merupakan kawasan pusat kota yang padat dalam kapasitas penghunidan pengguna jalan. Sehingga menimbulkan berbagai masalah berupa kemacetan dan tingkat polusi yang tinggi.Ditambah dengan kurang tertatanya tata hijau dalam kawasan dan peraturan bangunan setempat yang dilanggar.Sehingga ruang jalan dalam kawasan perlu dihijaukan karena fungsi ruang jalan sangat vital dan tidak dapat berubahmaka penataan tata hijau perlu ditinjau kembali. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui dan menemukan pengaruh elemen fisik terhadap elemen aktivitaspada “kehidupan” fungsi kawasan Jalan Gajah Mada Denpasar serta memberikan arahan penataan pada elemen fisikdan aktivitas yang dapat menghidupkan kawasan Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan rasionalistik dengan data yang diolah secara kualitatif. Data berupaliteratur dan peta dikumpulkan untuk melihat tanda-tanda dan temuan di lapangan. Kemudian menyusun konsepsualisasiteoritik berdasarkan teori-¬teori yang ada dari variabel penelitian.Dalam penelitian ini juga dilakukan proses MetodeAnalisa deduksi yaitu usaha menjelaskan atau meramalkan tentang adanya fakta/ kejadian di lokasi penelitian menurutlandasan teori yang sudah diperoleh. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada penggal amatan pertama dan ketiga sudah memiliki tata vegetasiyang baik pada sisi sebelah timur, terlihat dari jenis, fungsi, tajuk dan ketinggian, serta ketersediaan lahan yang baikserta memenuhi peraturan bangunan setempat. Dan pada penggal amatan kedua memiliki tata vegetasi yang kurang,dikarenakan tidak adanya ketersediaan lahan yang baik pada kedua sisi, serta tata vegetasi kurang terlihat dari jenis,fungsi, tajuk dan ketinggiannya.

Abstract

The urban atmosphere provides a different atmosphere and taste in different places. There are several aspects that can affect the urban atmosphere. Where in each urban area has different characteristics. The urban area of ​​Klungkung is basically strongly influenced by the strong character of the past culture. Urban atmosphere has a very important role in shaping the identity of urban areas. Cities on the island of Bali have their own uniqueness that makes the city atmosphere different. Moreover, Bali in the national and international scope already has an attraction that cannot be separated from the atmosphere of the island of Bali. The atmosphere of the city space provides a different atmosphere both in the identity and character of the urban area of ​​Klungkung, Bali. This research uses qualitative methods by applying descriptive studies, and literature studies. This study aims to determine the atmosphere of urban space in the Klungkung area and the relationship between the urban atmosphere and the identity of the urban area of ​​the city of Klungkung Bali.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of health services, measure the quality of public services, in this case the quality of services for health insurance participants and know and analyze the extent of the satisfaction level of health insurance participants at the North Kuta Health Center according to the perspective of the customers served. The North Kuta Health Center is a health service in the North Kuta sub-district area by providing health services using health insurance. The implementation of the assessment is measured through various indicators such as service procedures, service requirements, clarity of service officers, discipline of service officers, ability of service officers, speed of service, politeness and friendliness of officers, certainty of service costs, certainty of service schedules, environmental comfort and safety. The research method used is a mixed method between qualitative and quantitative with data collection techniques through questionnaires accompanied by in-depth interviews from respondents/resource persons. The results of the study on  300 respondents to fill out a questionnaire were in accordance with the opinion of each respondent about the services they received from what they got complete with their reasons. As well as interdepth interviews from resource persons conducted for 3 months starting from May to July 2024.  The assessment was very good, but it was necessary to re-evaluate to get better research results, because this study was carried out in a short time and the coverage of the area was relatively small.

Abstract

This research analyzes public services related to receiving complaints at the Integrated Police Service Center (SPKT) in the Bali Region. SPKT serves as the frontline for the Indonesian National Police, which emphasizes the importance of effective complaint handling to gain the trust of the public. This study aims to evaluate service delivery through indicators such as response time, clarity of procedures, and officer professionalism. Using a qualitative approach, data was collected through interviews, observations, and document studies. The main findings show that although most respondents expressed satisfaction with the SPKT service, there are still some significant obstacles, including a lack of public understanding of the complaint procedure, limited facilities, and inadequate use of technology. These factors hinder effective service delivery and impact on public trust in the police. This study highlights the need for increased efforts, especially in socializing complaint procedures, optimizing the use of technology, and providing training for responsive and efficient services. Recommendations for Polri include improving communication strategies and infrastructure to better serve the community. Ultimately, this study contributes to the ongoing discourse to improve public services in law enforcement, aiming to foster greater community satisfaction and trust in the police institution.

Abstract

The construction industry significantly impacts environmental sustainability, prompting the need for innovative materials that minimize ecological footprints. Sustainable construction materials play a crucial role in the development of green infrastructure, aimed at enhancing urban resilience and promoting environmental conservation. This study aims to explore various innovative sustainable construction materials and their applications in green infrastructure projects. It seeks to identify the benefits and challenges associated with these materials in promoting eco-friendly building practices. A comprehensive literature review was conducted, analyzing recent advancements in sustainable construction materials, including recycled materials, bio-based composites, and smart materials. Case studies of successful green infrastructure projects utilizing these materials were examined to assess their effectiveness and sustainability. The findings reveal that innovative materials such as recycled concrete, bamboo, and mycelium composites significantly reduce carbon emissions and resource consumption. Case studies demonstrated improved energy efficiency and reduced waste in projects that employed these materials. Challenges related to cost, availability, and regulatory standards were also identified. The research concludes that the integration of innovative sustainable materials is vital for the advancement of green infrastructure. Emphasizing the benefits of these materials can lead to broader adoption in the construction industry. Future research should focus on overcoming the identified challenges and developing standardized guidelines to facilitate the use of sustainable materials in infrastructure projects
