Abstract

Education is very important for the development of life, improving the quality of life, both in terms of science, behavior, and uses in society, generally in the life of the nation and state. Therefore education must always be developed in accordance with the development and demands of the era, including Leadership Education. This is based on reality globally, nowadays the leadership of Muslims in the world is chaotic facing various trials and threats, the Islamic world is rocking due to the lack of satisfaction of their leaders. It is also intended that fitrah as a caliph in every human being can be functioned as it has been outlined by Allah in Islam. One of the efforts to improve the quality of cadres of leaders according to Islamic teachings is by reviewing and applying concepts that have been formulated by Kyai and education experts, as well as leadership that has been implemented by KH Imam Zarkasyi in his hut, so that his alumni have been active as leaders in this country. Recognizing the importance of KH Imam Zarkasyi leadership education which addresses leadership education in accordance with Islamic teachings, where on the one hand leadership is based on the Qur'anic Islamic values ​​and the Sunnah. From the results of this study, it can be seen that leadership education according to KH Imam Zarkasyi is based on the argument that humans are leaders who will be held accountable for their leadership. Whereas the function of the leader is to organize the totality of life, it requires a cadre regeneration institution that is deliberately formed to become an ideal place of life so that cadres will be formed and fostered a mindset, attitude and behavior as a leader by applying high discipline.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, information and communication technology is developing very rapidly and brings great influence in various fields, one of them is education. Education is greatly helped by the presence of technology that supports learning activities that are more varied and creative. The existence of gadget learning media lately is very popular with children ranging from pre-school age to elementary school, even the intensity of time to use the gadget is more than the time socializing with family or the environment. The use of learning media must be accompanied by parental assistance and supervision, because in addition to having a positive impact, the negative impact of the gadget is also very large. Learning activities with gadget media have a significant influence on children's behavior, because at the age of development the child learns by seeing, listening, observing, recording and imitating, especially if there is no supervision and control so that the child will be active on gadgets and passive in social activities.

Abstract

This study aims to: find out the implementation of the Morning Activity program, the design of character formation through the Morning Activity program and the results of the design of character formation through the Morning Activity program at SDIT Al Ibrah Gresik. This research includes field research (field research) with qualitative descriptive method, case study approach, with observation, interview and documentation techniques. From the results of this study, it can be seen that the implementation of the morning activity program runs well, each morning activity contains elements of character formation in each student and the design of character formation through the morning activity program at Al Ibrah Gresik Islamic Primary School is a religious character, honest, tolerance, discipline, hard work, creative, independent, curiosity, and love to read.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Mendeskripsikan wujud kearifan lokal dalam acara sedekah bumi, (2) Mendeskripsikan bentuk simbol apa saja yang terdapat dalam acara sedekah bumi, (3) Mendeskripsikan makna simbol-simbol yang terdapat dalam acara sedekah bumi desa Turigede, Kepohbaru, Bojonegoro. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif dengan menggunakan objek sastra lisan. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah hasil observasi dan proses wawancara peneliti di lapangan yang berupa kutipan-kutipan dari narasumber yang berkaitan dengan wujud kearifan lokal, bentuk simbol, dan juga makna simbol. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik (1) teknik observasi (2) teknik wawancara, (3) teknik perekaman, (4) teknik pencatatan, (5) teknik transkripsi, dan (6) teknik translate (terjemah). Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini, yaitu (1) Wujud kearifan lokal yang meliputi nilai, norma, etika, kepercayaan, adat-istiadat, hukum adat dan aturan khusus. (2) Bentuk simbol terdiri dari adanya simbol punden, pohon trembesi, pertunjukkan langen tayub, udik duwik, penyembelihan kambing, tarup bambu dan atap terpal, sesaji, ayam panggang, tikar pandan dan bantal merah, juru masak laki-laki, dan juga do’a bersama. (3) makna simbol yang terdiri dari interpretasi tanda nonverbal dan interpretasi tanda verbal.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the real contribution of changes in the soft skill competence of students with special needs (deaf speech) at the Bina Harapan Special School as a result of basic leadership training. This research is included in qualitative descriptive research with a case study approach. The results of this study are 1) Students' communication competence is good, this is evidenced by the many conversations that occur in one day, both with fellow speech-impaired students and with other people who do not have special needs. 2) The competence of being able to cooperate with students is very good, as evidenced by their getting used to doing activities with other friends and supported by the habituation of group work by the school. 3) The adaptability of students is very good, as evidenced by the ratio of the number of close friends they mention is currently much higher than when they first entered school. 4) The leadership competence of students is very good, as evidenced by the way they lead themselves to be able to move others in addition to learning activities, homework and their circumstances. 5) Students' problem solving competence is well proven by the way they deal with problems that come from themselves and from others.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh suasana belajar yang cenderung pasif dan monoton sehingga kegiatan pembelajaran kurang efektif, tujuan pembelajaran belum tercapai. Dibantu oleh media audio visual berbasis teknologi Google meet dipadukan dengan teknik belajar storytelling sengaja dibentuk oleh guru mata pelajaran SKI untuk memberikan pengalaman baru bagi peserta didik, memberikan kesan positif, membangkitkan keaktifan dan meramaikan suasana belajar. Menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data wawancara tidak terstruktur untuk memperoleh informasi seluas-luasnya dari guru dan peserta didik terkait implementasi storytelling pada pembelajaran daring mata pelajaran SKI. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa teknik storytelling digunakan untuk mengatasi kebosanan dan kejenuhan yang dialami peserta didik dalam belajar mata pelajaran SKI dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi Google meet yang dapat memudahkan guru saat penyampaian materi pelajaran dengan efisiensi ruang dan waktu. Proses pembelajaran SKI menggunakan storytelling dimaksudkan untuk melatih, membina, mendidik, membimbing, mengarahkan dan memotivasi peserta didik agar mampu memahami materi serta mampu mempresentasikan di hadapan kelas. Melatih rasa percaya diri peserta didik dengan berani berbicara di depan teman dan guru.

Abstract

Creative potential must be developed in an appropriate way to improve self-quality, self-confidence for students with special needs to eliminate unfavorable assumptions from the surrounding environment which will have an impact on their mental development. The purpose of this community service is to provide experience for them so they can experience firsthand the process of developing creativity activities, know the benefits and get encouragement to be able to hone and develop their potential. Therefore, it is important to carry out creativity development activities to provide skills in the hope of making a positive contribution to their future in society. The creativity potential developed by Bina Harapan SLB students includes batik, cooking and making handicrafts.

Abstract

The process of Islamization in Java is carried out in a peaceful and creative way so that it can touch all levels of society. The spread of Islam is done by inserting Islamic values into the traditions of society. People's habits seem to be a tradition that must be carried out in order to bring good things in the continuation of life. One of the traditions carried out by the Javanese people, contains Islamic values, namely the seven monthly ceremony or familiarly called tingkepan/tingkeban, in general, it means salvation which is held by a pregnant person to pray for the future child he is carrying so that the birth process is safe and becomes a pious child. and sholihah. In practice, pregnant women who hold tingkeban events have to perform several rituals and prepare many dishes in the form of food, all of which have symbolic meaning. The tingkeban ritual has educational values both from a historical and social point of view, one of which is character education. The values of character education in the Islamic-Javanese tingkeban tradition come from universal noble values, namely the character of love for God and all of His creation, independence and responsibility, mutual cooperation and generosity as well as the characters of tolerance, peace and unity.

Abstract

Curriculum development in all lines of education shows serious urgency in efforts to provide for the needs of society globally, one of which is multicultural Islamic education which is deliberately collaborated with curriculum design based on outcome based education (OBE) in order to realize multicultural Islamic education that accommodates the diversity of society. Based on the applicable curriculum, the Darul 'Ulum Islamic University PAI study program has three graduate profiles, namely PAI educators, managers and administrators of educational institutions and edupreneurs. The graduate profile becomes a curriculum reference by providing output-based multicultural Islamic education innovations to improve student learning outcomes and work readiness. This research uses a qualitative approach with focus group discussion techniques by policy stakeholders in study programs and curriculum experts. The results of the research show that the development of the OBE-based multicultural Islamic education curriculum in the Darul 'Ulum Islamic University pie study program was carried out by providing educational innovation, namely adding Multicultural Islamic Education courses, perfecting the PEO/TPP formulation in the draft curriculum point 3, perfecting the profile of graduates in the curriculum draft point 3, perfecting learning outcomes in the PLO 8 code with the affective domain and organizing the Multicultural Islamic Education course as a compulsory study program subject which is an integral part of the curriculum.

Abstract

Education began with the classical view of ancient Greek philosophy regarding logical truth, in the medieval period there was a restriction on freedom of thought by the church on the grounds that truth could not be produced by reason as happened in the ancient Greek period, after that came the modern period called the renaissance , namely the school of thought. rationalism which prioritizes reason as a source of knowledge. From knowledge that continues to develop, new ideas and knowledge emerge that make the world of education activities increasingly complex. This history-based educational theory research uses a qualitative approach with a type of bibliographic research so as to present accurate historical facts in accordance with theory from various historical experts' points of view. The science developed in western education is philosophy which is formed as a reference for their thinking, which will give rise to thoughts characterized by materialism, idealism, secularism and rationalism.
