Abstract

Universitas Andalas innovative products enter the next stage in the series of product development processes leading to commercialization. As a product in the period of development, market research needs to be done to determine consumer preferences and perceptions, to be the basis of business analysis and improvement. For this reason, community service activities are needed to help inventors, developers and partners in researching the market and knowing the preferences of prospective customers as one of the Innovation and Business-based Science and Technology (IbIIDU) incubation programs. This activity is carried out through deep interviews with inventors, product / sample tests and simulations, surveys and observations on the market and its segmentation. Market research techniques are used by searching, gathering, and analysing information about consumers or markets that are appropriate for the business they run. In addition to product quality through understanding the needs and tastes of consumers, another thing that also builds consumer ratings of products is perception. Positioning is the initial analysis to build perception in the minds of consumers. This activity aims to obtain market research documents to determine consumer perceptions about innovation products after consuming the product so that it can be used as a reference for product improvement before commercialization. This activity also aims to help to analyse positioning and design marketing strategies for the next stage. Understanding consumer needs and creating products that are able to meet the needs and solve consumer problems are the keys to successful product commercialization. This activity carried out market research on 7 Andalas University innovation products on food and beverage category with 100 respondents for each of their products spread across the West Sumatra region. This activity produces product market research documents that can be used by each inventor and developer of each product to develop and commercialize their products.

Abstract

Nagari-Owned Enterprises (BUMNag) must be managed professionally to generate profits and contribute to the welfare of the villagers. BUMNag Salayo was established in 2017 but had not run and functioned as it should. The problem faced by BUMNag Salayo is that it does not yet have a competent manager, so activities must be stopped for one year. This activity aims to assist in selecting the Salayo BUMNag operational management by Article 14 of the Permendesa No.14 of 2015. The Nagari government selects the BUMNag operational management, which is decided in the Nagari Deliberation (Musna). The Community Service Team came to Nagari Salayo, Kubung District, Solok Regency has assisted with discussion, counselling, and technical guidance. Assistance has been carried out since the revitalization plan, the election committee's preparation, the election mechanism document, the selection process, and the provision of entrepreneurial knowledge. The results obtained were the operational management of BUMNag, which were decided in the Nagari Deliberation. It is hoped that the elected management can run BUMNag well and complete the required registration documents with the Ministry of Law and Human Rights.

Abstract

This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, literature study method. The purpose of writing the article is to find out that traditional games can be a model for children's dance, especially for children in elementary school. The data source used is secondary data. Secondary data is obtained from library studies in various literature sources. This data collection method is known as library research. This research is based on the background that dance learning in elementary schools often faces challenges in creating learning models that are interesting and appropriate to the needs and characteristics of children, especially children in elementary schools. Dance learning is learning that teaches students to play while learning and dance also functions to help the growth of children's cognitive, affective and psychomotor development. By integrating the movements in the distance-arak antum game into dance movements, it is hoped that it can provide a learning model that can improve motor skills, creativity, interests, talents and cultural understanding in children in elementary schools. The results of the research show that the traditional long-distance game can be adapted into an innovative children's dance model. By combining game elements such as circle formation, spinning movements and a spirit of togetherness. This dance not only has a positive impact on a fun learning experience for children but also to preserve the cultural values ​​contained in traditional games.

Abstract

This research is a classroom action research (CAR) using the Role Playing learning model aimed at seeing the process of increasing self-confidence of fourth grade students at SDN 198/I Pasar Baru. The research process began with observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the study, Role Playing was able to increase students' self-confidence in learning the IPS material of Indonesiaku is rich in culture. This is because students experienced an increase in self-confidence by looking at the self-confidence indicators that can be seen from each cycle. The results obtained by students' self-confidence in cycle 1 meeting I were 43.63% with a sufficient category and meeting II was 53.89% with a fairly high category. In cycle II, meeting I increased to 68.31% with a high category and meeting II increased by 83.05% with a very high category.
