Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe the moral values contained in the Nusa and Rara animations as well as the Upin and Ipin cartoons. This research is a qualitative descriptive research using a sample entitled from the animation film Nussa and Rara and the cartoon Upin Ipin with content analysis techniques. The data in this study contain religious and moral values contained in the animation of Nusa and Rara and Upin and Ipin cartoon. From this research, the results are religious and moral values in form of “adab” before going to bed, eating manners, saying “basmallah”, alms, keeping doing, doing good deeds, tolerance and help, not being arrogant, keeping words, praying on time, brotherhood, honesty, loving animals, respect, responsibility, justice, tolerance, self-discipline, caring for others, courage and democratization. The animation of Nussa Rara as well as the cartoon of Upin and Ipin are highly requested to be watched by children because it contains many religious and moral values in accordance with the national culture and Islam

Abstract

The goals is to describe strategies that class teacher use for increase school 6 S movement in class IV C Elementary School Number 64/I Muara Bulian. Qualitative descriptive that used. For collecting the data were used to observation and interview. Interview with class IV C teacher in Elementary School Number 64/I Muara Bulian, analysis data used interactive model (Miles and Huberman) and for tested the validity of data that use triangulation data. From this research there are five strategies that class IV C Teacher use in Elementary School Number 64/I Muara Bulian, such as wall poster for meaningful learning and practice things in the wall poster sentences.

Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan pengembangan pendidikan tinggi yang berorientasi kewirausahaan dalam perspektif global. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif-kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pendidikan tinggi di era globalisasi mengharuskan mampu melahirkan alumni yang memiliki daya saing, salah satu indikatornya adalah memiliki jiwa kewirausahaan. Untuk itu perguruan tinggi kurikulum pendidikan berbasis kewirausahaan (Curriculum–Based Entrepreneurship) hal ini akan menjadi media menyiapkan lulusan yang memiliki jiwa wirausaha dan siap bersaing di masyarakat dengan berbagai keterampilan. Adapun strategi pendidikan kewirausahaan sebaga berikut: 1). menyusun kurikulum; 2). peningkatan sdm dosen; 3). membentuk entrepreneurship centre; 4). membentuk unit usaha; 5). kerjasama dengan institusi keuangan (perbankan/non perbankan); dan 6). entrepreneurship award. Salain strategi pengembangan kurikulum pendidikan kewirausahaan, perguruan tinggi juga dapat menerapkan tata kelola pendidikan tingg dengan sistem ala bisnis (business like) sehingga pemberian layanan publik menjadi lebih efisien dan efektif.

Abstract

Social skills are crucial aspects in elementary school students' development that influence their ability to interact, collaborate, and build positive relationships. This research aimed to describe the teacher's role in forming social skills of fifth-grade students at SDN 65/IV Jambi City, identify obstacles faced, find solutions, and identify social skills being developed. The research employed a qualitative approach with a case study design. Qualitative research methods emphasize meaning rather than generalization. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation with one fifth-grade homeroom teacher and six students as research subjects. Triangulation techniques were used for data validity, while data analysis used the Miles and Huberman model including data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that teachers have essential roles through three main functions: (1) as educators who become role models and teach moral values, (2) as communicators who communicate effectively and involve parents, (3) as mediators who facilitate discussions and resolve conflicts. Obstacles encountered included external school environmental influences and students' individualistic attitudes. Solutions were implemented through social habituation, reward provision, and conflict resolution through dialogue. Teacher skills utilized included effective communication, empathy, collaborative guidance, role modeling, and positive reinforcement. This research aligns with Carl Rogers' Humanistic Theory and Albert Bandura's Social Cognitive Theory regarding the importance of role modeling in social learning.

Abstract

This research is a class action research (PTK) using the team games tournamen learning model aims to describe the process of increasing student learning motivation in class IV Pancasila education subjects at SDN 111/1 Muara Bulian. This research process begins with observation and documentation. Data was analysed quantitatively and qualitatively. This research was conducted in two cycles, with four stages: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Based on the results of the study, applying the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) learning model to Pancasila education learning was able to increase student learning motivation. This is because students experience increased motivation by paying attention to each indicator of motivation in learning can be seen in each meeting cycle. The results of this study were cycle I meeting I was 49.72% in the ‘Low’ category, cycle I meeting II was 58.8% in the ‘Fair’ category with an increase of 8.4%. In cycle II, the first meeting was 70% with the ‘Good’ category with an increase of 12% and cycle II meeting II 74% increased by 4%. From the results of this study it can be concluded that the team games tournamen learning model can increase the learning motivation of fourth grade students of SDN 111/1 Muara Bulian. This is evidenced by the increase in each indicator of student motivation in each meeting cycle.

Abstract

Teacher professions have several advantages from other professions. The Javanese term says that the teacher is someone who is believed and imitated (exemplified), is a profession that deserves to be appreciated and upheld. Implementation of these things should be a teacher should be a model to make the educational world based on character, moral and not leave the local cultural wisdom. This study aims to see (1) how the role of teachers as a model in the formation of student character, (2) how the challenge faced by teachers as a model in the formation of student character. The method used in this research is qualitative description. The results of this study indicate that teachers have a complex task and responsibilities towards the achievement of educational goals, teachers are not only required to master the science to be taught, have knowledge and teaching skills, teachers are also required to have morals, characters and personality that can be made role model for learners.

Abstract

This research aims to describe teacher innovation in fourth grade learning in elementary schools. This research uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological type of research. This research was carried out at SD Negeri 198/I Pasar Baru in the odd semester of the 2024/2025 academic year. The subject of this research is a class IV teacher. This research data was obtained through observation, interviews and documentation studies (as supporting data). Data validation test using triangulation. The results of this research show that there is teacher innovation in class IV learning at SD Negeri 198/I Pasar Baru. The innovation implemented by the fourth grade teacher is novelty through learning strategies, models, methods and learning media. First, active, creative, effective and fun learning strategy innovation or what could be called the PAKEM learning strategy. This strategy is a method implemented by fourth grade teachers to produce changes in learning that is more active and motivates students. Second, innovation in differentiated learning models with the aim of meeting students' learning needs by adapting to differences in the abilities, interests and ways of learning of class IV students. Third, game method innovation or what is called (gamification method), namely learning that is carried out by accompanying quiz-based game elements for students using an online platform, namely wordwall media. The aim of the game method innovation for class IV teachers is to make learning activities feel more interesting and enjoyable and as a a form of teacher assessment of students to see the extent to which students have understood the lesson material. Fourth, learning media innovation, namely by using interactive media such as learning videos and worldwall applications on online platforms, quiz-based media with many display and image choices so that they can attract students' attention. The results of the research can be concluded that the application of teacher innovation in class IV learning at SD Negeri 198/I Pasar Baru has attempted to create forms of innovation to improve the quality of learning in a better direction.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile strengthening project in developing students' intrapersonal intelligence in elementary schools. The development process of intrapersonal intelligence is an important and fundamental capability as a reinforcement of students' character education. This research was conducted using a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach at SD Negeri 167/I Bulian Baru during the odd semester of the 2024/2025 academic year. The research subjects were the principal, teachers, and students. Research data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews (as primary data), observation, and documentation study (as supporting data). The collected data was then analyzed and validated using source triangulation and technique triangulation. The results showed that the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile strengthening project at SD Negeri 167/I Bulian Baru was able to develop students' intrapersonal intelligence comprehensively through four stages: introduction, contextualization, real action, and reflection and follow-up, impacting the development of students' intrapersonal intelligence including the ability to understand oneself, manage emotions, self-reflect, make decisions, and adapt during the P5 program. The development process of students' intrapersonal intelligence was evident through various achievement indicators including increased self-awareness in environmental care, ability to manage emotions when working in groups, ability to reflect on behavioral impacts on the environment, responsible decision-making in waste management, and ability to adapt to changing habits towards sustainable lifestyles. From the research results, it can be concluded that the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) contributes to the formation of environmental care character and significantly supports the development of intrapersonal intelligence aspects that are important for students' holistic development.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of teachers as facilitators in the transformation of the independent curriculum in elementary schools. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method. The subjects of this study were class IVA teachers at SD Negeri 34/I Teratai. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews and document studies. The results of the study indicate that class IVA teachers have carried out their roles as facilitators in the transformation of the independent curriculum in elementary schools well through the observed indicators, namely learning planning through the provision of learning tools, organizing learning by providing learning facilities, implementing learning by acting as partners, not superiors, assessing the learning process through the application of the principle of justice.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of administrative staff in enhancing the accessibility of curriculum transformation reinforcement at SDN 34/I Teratai during the odd semester of the 2024/2025 academic year. This research employs a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation involving administrative staff as the primary source, along with school principals and teachers as supporting informants. Data validity was tested through triangulation of techniques and sources. The findings indicate that administrative staff play a crucial role in seven key areas: (1) Personnel Administration, managing teacher data and supporting adaptation to curriculum policies; (2) Financial Administration, ensuring budget transparency and distributing BOS funds; (3) Facilities Administration, managing educational infrastructure to support curriculum implementation; (4) Public Relations Administration, facilitating communication between the school and external stakeholders; (5) Correspondence and Archival Administration, distributing curriculum documents and academic policies; (6) Student Administration, managing student data and development programs; and (7) Curriculum Administration, assisting in the preparation and distribution of curriculum documents. This study concludes that administrative staff play a vital role in facilitating curriculum transformation in elementary schools. Optimizing digital-based administration and enhancing the competence of administrative staff are strategic steps to improve educational accessibility, making it more inclusive and adaptable to modern developments.
