Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang tanah telantar (al-mawat) dan pemberdayaannya (ihya’ al-mawat) dalam hukum Islam. Di Indonesia, persoalan ini menjadi penting karena hukum yang dianut juga mengakui hukum Islam. Dalam Undang-Undang Pokok Agraria 1960, misalnya, terkait tanah, eksplisit dikatakan bahwa tanah adalah karunia Tuhan. Masalah pertanahan juga masuk ke dalam UU No. 38 Tahun 1999 dan Kompilasi Hukum Islam. Tak semata melihat persoalan tanah dari sudut pandang Islam, artikel ini juga mendiskusikannya dalam bingkai sistem hukum yang berlaku di Indonesia.

Abstract

This articles aims to be a semiotics analysis towardsHanung Bramantyo’s movie Ayat-Ayat Cinta (AAC) and PerempuanBerkalung Sorban (PBS). This article starts from the fact that sincethis movie launched in 22 February 2008, AAC gained hugeattentions for audiences. Meanwhile, PBS gained negativeresponses by many criticisms toward this movie. Based on theanalysis, both movies have religious topics so that they consideredas religious movies, as the audiences identified them. Thus, onething that made these movies different was the portraying ofpolygamy in the movie. AAC focused on man as a polygamy actorwhich brought no issues arise. While PBS focused on woman as apolygamy victim that led to her suffer. However, AAC used manperspective that is called anti-feminist while PBS used womanperspective that is called as feminist movie.

Abstract

This article explains the reason of inflation based from al-Maqrizi’s thought. One of the reasons of inflation according to al Maqrizi is the span of time and space from the source of inflation, concepts of reason which able to grow and protect society, is a necessity to deflect inflation. The most important reason of al-Maqrizi on inflation allows different conventional inflation could happen simultaneously. Islam as a guidance in order to achieve the objective of it categories of the cause inflation according to al-Maqrizi divided into several types based on certain features as the implications of an essential economic-socio phenomenon. Abstract

This thesis aims to find out how marketing is to increase coffee sales at Ghona Coffee Jambi City. This study uses a qualitative approach by using the results of interviews and accurate data sources. From the results of research that has been carried out by researchers, in this case the following conclusions can be drawn: (1) The marketing strategy to increase sales at Ghona Coffee is dominantly using the 4 p marketing mix which includes product, price, promotion, and location or place . The products used at Ghona Coffee always prioritize the quality of goods and services.The price set at GhonaCoffe is fairly economical, friendly in the pocket, right for students and can be reached by all people. Promotions are carried out at GhonaCoffe by disseminating information about GhonaCoffe because more customers will affect sales levels and increase sales at GhonaCoffe. And as for the implementation of the location strategy carried out at Ghona Coffee, it can be said that it meets the criteria.(2) There are two obstacles in increasing the sales of GhonaCoffe regarding the product and also the location. Where the food products offered at Ghona Coffee can be said to be minimal in food products, while the location of Ghona Coffee is very narrow for parking vehicles.(3) GhonaCoffe's efforts in increasing sales are twofold, namely products and locations where GhonaCoffe's products will provide the best and also meet consumer demand, and GhonnaCoffe will provide a good parking space for vehicles.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu: (1) Strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan penjual jamu gendong untuk memasarkan produknya yaitu dengan menggunakan strategi pemasaran marketing mix. (2) Adapun kendala yang dihadapi penjual jamu di masa pendemi covid-19 yaitu adanya tempat berjualan yang terkena penutupan dikarenakan kebijakan pemerintah yang melarang adanya kerumunan. Sifat jamu yang cair dan ketahanan jamu yang tidak dapat bertahan lama untuk disimpan. Kemasan yang digunakan tidak cukup menarik untuk dipasarkan secara online. Serta adanya perubahan sistem pemasaran secara digital guna menghindari kontak langsung

Abstract

Zakat is an Islamic philanthropy and can be said to be one of the instruments that has a strategic role and contribution to the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals or sustainable development. The intersection between Sustainable Development Goals and zakat is united with the goal of poverty alleviation, including hunger in this world in various forms. Many ideas and concepts have emerged trying to connect one point of the Sustainable Development Goals with the definition of zakat, especially from the perspective of beneficiaries and the scope of zakat. Therefore, this study discusses how the implementation and role of zakat in supporting the Sustainable Development Goals program. The research method used is a qualitative research method. The results of the study show that the implementation of zakat carried out by BAZNAS Jambi City has been fully distributed to the mustahik through the implementation of the BAZNAS Jambi City work program. This indicates that zakat managed by BAZNAS Jambi City fully supports the Sustainable Development Goals program, as evidenced by the existence of superior programs from BAZNAS Jambi City. The programs distributed by BAZNAS Jambi City are Jambi Peduli, Jambi healthy city, Jambi clean city, Jambi pious city and independent Jambi. From the flagship programs of BAZNAS Jambi City, in the calculation of the overall SDGs index, it has a very good contribution value. In other words, the zakat distributed by BAZNAS Jambi City provides support for the Sustainable Development program in Jambi City, although the support is not yet significant.

Abstract

Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDES) merupakan Lembaga yang bergerak dalam bidang pengelolaan aset-aset dan Sumberdaya ekonomi desa yang bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan ekonomi Desa dengan menciptakan dan meningkatkan peluang usaha, lapangan kerja serta meningkatkan pendapatan desa sampai pada titik Kesejahteraan Masyarakat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak BUMDes terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa Pematang Rahim Kecamatan Mendahara Ulu. Pada penelitian ini metode yang digunakan kualitatif dengan pengecekan keabsahan data dengan teknik triangulasi dan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan wawancara. Adapun yang menjadi informan pada penelitian ini yaitu dua aparat desa, lima orang pengelolah Bumdes dan tiga orang masyarakat desa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tiga indikator yang dijalankan yakni Infrastruktur, pembangunan gedung serba guna dan dermaga/pelabuhan, Kondisi kesehatan masyarakat, pembangunan PAM air agar masyarakat dapat mendapat air yang layak untuk digunakan sehari-hari. Pembangunan pertanian, pembangunan dermaga/pelabuhan sebagai alat bongkar muat hasil perkebunan dan pertanian. Dan enam yang belum terpenuhi adalah : Pendidikan yang ada dipedesaan, tingkat industrialisasi, perkembangan usaha tingkat rawan bencana, aspek kelembagaan dan modal social, aspek sosial budaya. Dan beberapa kendala yang dapat diidentifikasi: Keterbatasan sumber daya, keterbatasan akses pasar, keterbatasan pengetahuan dan keterampilan. Ketergantungan pada Faktor Eksternal, Keterbatasan Infrastruktur, Keterbatasan Modal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh Bank Sampah Bangkitku Kota Jambi, mengetahui dampak ekonomi yang dari adanya Bank Sampah Bangkitku, serta mengetahui konsep pemberdayaan ekonomi melalui bank sampah dalam Islam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan lapangan. Data primer diperoleh melalui observasi dan wawancara dengan pengurus serta nasabah Bank Sampah Bangkitku, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari dokumentasi, buku, jurnal, dan artikel terkait. Analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Bank Sampah Bangkitku melaksanakan program pemberdayaan berupa edukasi pengelolaan sampah, layanan tabungan sampah, serta kegiatan daur ulang. Program ini memberikan dampak positif berupa tambahan pendapatan, peningkatan kesadaran, dan keterampilan masyarakat, meskipun masih terkendala rendahnya partisipasi akibat kesibukan masyarakat dan keberadaan pengepul keliling. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa Bank Sampah Bangkitku berperan dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat sekaligus mencerminkan prinsip kebersihan dan tanggung jawab sosial dalam Islam. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan peningkatan partisipasi masyarakat serta dukungan berkelanjutan dari berbagai pihak agar manfaat bank sampah dapat lebih optimal.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the application of khiyar in the return of goods in buying and selling clothes at the Jambi WTC complex market. This study uses qualitative analysis methods, where primary data is obtained from interviews and secondary data is obtained from documentation. The place in this study is the WTC Jambi shop-house complex market and the actors in this study are traders and buyers in the WTC Jambi shop-house complex market. The results of the study are as follows. (1) The application of khiyar on the return of goods at the Jambi WTC complex market has been carried out even though there is still need for improvement or it is not maximized besides that the majority do not recognize the term "Khiyar". But conceptually they have done it. (2) The implementation of the existing buying and selling contract process carried out by wholesale clothing sellers in the Jambi WTC complex market is still not in accordance with the concept of Islamic business ethics. Because there are still traders who cheat, as at the beginning of their agreement, and there are still traders who only care about their own profits without seeing that one party is being harmed. Of course this is very detrimental to the buyer and this also should not be applied and is not in accordance with Islamic business ethics. (3) The obstacle faced in carrying out khiyar on the return of goods at wholesale clothing at the Jambi WTC complex market is that the term khiyar practice according to Islam is not applied comprehensively. Although in fact they have implemented some provisions in Islam. So there is still a need for improvement by reviewing Islamic rules regarding buying and selling, including khiyar. Lack of socialization from the government in carrying out buying and selling contracts in Islam in discussing khiyar issues and ethics in trading in Islam. Abstract

This study determine and analyze the effect of relocation and venture capital on the income level of Angso Duo market traders in Jambi City. Quantitative approach research and multiple linear regression data analysis. The research sample is 87 Angso Duo market traders. The results of the t-test of relocation (X1) on income (Y) partially have a positive effect on the income level of market traders. evidenced by a significant 0.000 < 0.0005 tcount > t table, which is 3.800 > 1.667 that relocation has a positive effect because Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected which states that there is a significant positive effect between the relocation variable (X1) on income (Y). The results of the t-test Business Capital (X2) on income (Y) partially has no effect and is not significant on the income level of market traders. evidenced by the significant value of 0.692 > 0.005 and the value of t count > t table 0.397 < 1.667. concluded that Ha is rejected and H0 is accepted stating that there is no and no significant effect between the variables of venture capital (X2) on income (Y). The results of the F test are known that the significance value for the effect of relocation (X1) and working capital (X2) simultaneously on the income of traders (Y) is 0.001 < 0.005 and the value of Fcount > Ftable (8.049 > 3.105). Concluded that H0 is rejected, which means that there is a significant effect between relocation and working capital simultaneously on the income of the Angso Duo Jambi market traders. The value of Adjusted R Square is 0.141 or 14.1%, which means that income of market traders influenced relocation and business capital of 14.1% while the remaining 85.9% influenced by other variables not examined in this research model. Kata kunci : Market Relocation, Business Capital, Income.
