Abstract

Di Kelurahan Sendangmulyo Kecamatan Tembalang terdapat sentra industri pengolahan produk dari jahe atau rempah-rempah lainnya. Adapun pemasarannya dilakukan langsung ke sasaran atau konsumen. Produk berbahan dasar jahe atau rempah-rempah belum banyak dikenal oleh kalangan masyarakat luas. Hal ini disebabkan pelaku usaha melakukan pemasarannya masih by order saja.Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh UKM Kampung Jahe Merah adalah metode pemasaran masih konvensional dan omset masih rendah. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah pelatihan pemasaran online. Adapun target yang diharapkan mampu memanfaatkan media pemasaran online.Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan bahwa Mitra sudah memiliki Instagram dengan nama ksm_sekartaji yang dikelola oleh admin. Instagram digunakan sebagai media promosi dalam memasarkan produk-produknya. Kreatifitas admin diutamakan untuk mengembangkan kreasinya dalam mengunggah foto atau video produk olahan jahe, dibuat menarik agar meningkatkan daya beli.

Abstract

Kelurahan Mangunharjo terletak di Kecamatan Tembalang yang merupakan salah satu kecamatan di wilayah Kota Semarang, Propinsi Jawa Tengah. Permasalahan yang ada di kelurahan Mangunharjo adalah masih sedikitnya jumlah UMKM. Sehingga pengabdian masyarakat ini mengambil judul Peningkatan Semangat Berwirausaha Bagi Masyarakat di Kelurahan Mangunharjo Kecamatan Tembalang Kota Semarang.Tujuan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat adalah memberikan pengetahuan tentang kewirausahaan bagi masyarakat dan   memotivasi masyarakat agar mau berwirausaha. Target yang ingin dicapai adalah masyarakat menjadi paham tentang kewirausahaan, mempunyai semangat untuk berwirausaha, mempunyai kemauan untuk berwirausaha. Dengan demikian diharapkan akan berdampak pada pendapatan keluarga meningkat dan   menciptakan lapangan kerja bagi lingkungannya.Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat   adalah metode penyuluhan dan diskusi. Sedangkan pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat pada semester genap 2018/2019.Hasil yang diperoleh adalah terjadi peningkatan Pemahaman dan minat masyarakat dalam berwirausaha.Kata Kunci: Wirausaha, motivasi, penyuluhan, pendapatan keluarga

Abstract

At this time the whole world is being hit by the COVID-19 pandemic which has a very bad impact on all aspects of human life. As a result of the Covid-19 pandemic in the economic field, the economy is paralyzed, layoffs occur, companies enforce work from home (WFH) for their employees, small and micro businesses are out of business. The implementation of WFH and the number of stalled businesses have caused many residents to have free time at home. As a result, it can be ascertained that the income of many people is reduced. This condition is felt by the people in the Mangunharjo sub-district, Tembalang sub-district, Semarang City. With this background in mind, the community service team made efforts to increase family income. The purpose of Community Service is to provide knowledge about entrepreneurship and training to make products for housewives. The method of implementing community service activities is the lecture and discussion method as well as training. Evaluation is done by distributing questionnaires. The results achieved after community service are positive changes for mothers in terms of knowledge and understanding of entrepreneurship, an increase in enthusiasm for entrepreneurship and being able to create creative ideas to run entrepreneurship. The training provided can increase the skills of mothers in making laundry soap products that can be sold so that they are expected to increase family income.

Abstract

This study aims to construct word of mouth (WOM) marketing through service quality, institutional image, and customer satisfaction as variables influencing higher education institutions. The utility of the research is to help universities create word of mouth to support the sustainability and competitiveness of higher education. The population of this study are still active students at Semarang University. The number of samples is 100 and the selection of the sample ofis a conscious selection based on the criterion of respondents who are studying at least in the 4th semester. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression and trajectory analysis.The results of the study indicate that the quality of the service and the image of the facility have a partially positive effect on customer satisfaction. The journey analysis, on the other hand, shows that customer satisfaction can neither reflect the relationship between service quality and PTO nor the relationship between image and PTO

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and describe the effect of Psychological Capital, Person Organizational Fit (PO-Fit) and Employee Engagement on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in the MANAGE section of the Semarang Police Academy Police. Samples were taken as many as 100 employees, while the sampling technique used was the Saturated Sample method. The data analysis technique was carried out using Multiple Linear Regression. With descriptive analysis method, the data analysis technique in this study used the SPSS 21.00 program. Hypothesis testing shows that there is a significant effect of Psychological Capital, Person Organizational Fit (PO-Fit) and Employee Engagement on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).  Keywords: Psychological Capital, Person Organizational Fit (PO-Fit), Employee Engagement, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB),
