Abstract

Kelompok Usaha Bersama Srikandi (Srikandi Join Venture Group) at Cepiring District, in Kendal Regency has been formed more than 5 years ago, consist of several businessman who have different skills in makingand selling their products. Most of the (Kelompok Usaha Bersama) KUB Srikandi members in running their business, apply minimum knowledge in developing their business to meet the needs and condition nowadaysin which similar products that same with KUB Srikandi products are increasing. This study apply thequalitative analysis techniques and SWOT analysis. The research apply qualitative approach and SWOTanalysis trying to know what strategies are used in the business development of KUB Srikandi members. Basedon the IFAS EFAS diagram, it can be concluded that the business carried out by KUB Srikandi members is inthe first quadrant (I), which means that in this position, KUB Srikandi has strong position and has the goodopportunity to develop. The implementation of strategies that can be done is using the Strengths factor thatexist in the business of KUB Srikandi members Where in fact the business that runs by KUB Srikandi membersfacing a great market opportunities, to develop their business in dealing with it, KUB Srikandi members mustoptimize their productivities.

Abstract

The purpose of the training is to increase understanding and knowledge of planning through business analysis, so that batik business is expected to increasingly be able to increase the profits of entrepreneurs in the batik cluster. Training implementation methods are: counseling methods (lectures, questions and answers) and discussions between participants. Evaluation of training activities is carried out with pre-test and post-test. The results of the training are that participants are able to know and understand business development techniques; able to know and understand about how to make a business feasibility study and measure strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and business threats (SWOT Analysis). This can be seen from the pre-test results distributed by the training team. The conclusions of this training include the members of the batik cluster who have been able to increase knowledge about business development techniques and can conduct business feasibility studies, measure strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and business threats (SWOT Analysis) as well as increasing motivation to run their businesses.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang terjadi pada usahan mikro kecil menengah aneka snack adalah mengenai rendahnya kualitas sumber daya manusia, serta minimnya pengetahuan, serta ketidak tahuan mereka dalam menentukan harga jual produk. Tujuan dari pengabdian pelaku usahan mikro kecil menengah dapat menganalisa biaya yang digunakan dalam produksi dan mampu menentukan harga jual produk dengan baik dan bisa membuat laporan keuangan secara sederhana. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian yang diberikan dengan kita memberikan ceramah dengan berdiskusi secara langsung dan sharing knowledge dalam menganalisa biaya dalam proses produksi dan perhitungan harga jual. Mengenai hasil dan luaran yang didapatkan oleh tim pengabdi yaitu pelaku usaha bisa membuat analisa biaya yang digunakan dalam proses produksi dan mampu menentukan harga jual produk dengan baik sehingga pelaku usaha mengetahui besaran profit yang didapatkan dan usaha tersebut bisa lebih berkembang.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of budget planning, human resource competence and budget evaluation on budget absorption through organizational commitment as a moderating variable. The population in this study were 35 district / city offices of the Ministry of Religion in Central Java and 1 Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion, Central Java Province. The sample was 106 respondents. The respondents are financial management employees, namely planners, commitment makers, expenditure treasurers and financial management staff in 36 work units within the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion, Central Java Province. Data collection was carried out through a survey using a questionnaire distributed to respondents. Data were analyzed using partial least square (PLS) with SmartPLS tools. The results showed that budget planning, human resource competence and budget evaluation had a positive and significant effect on the level of budget absorption. The organizational commitment variable does not strengthen the influence of budget planning, human resource competence and budget evaluation on budget absorption in the work unit within the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of Central Java Province.Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh perencanaan anggaran, kompetensi sumber daya manusia dan evaluasi anggaran terhadap penyerapan anggaran melalui komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel moderasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 35 Kantor Kementerian Agama kabupaten/kota di Jawa Tengah dan 1 Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Agama Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Sampel sebanyak 106 responden. Responden penelitian adalah pegawai pengelola keuangan, yaitu Perencana, Pejabat Pembuat Komitmen, Bendahara Pengeluaran dan Staf Pengelola Keuangan pada 36 satuan kerja pada lingkup Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Agama Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survei dengan  menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada responden. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan partial least square (PLS). Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan anggaran, kompetensi sumber daya manusia dan evaluasi anggaran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat penyerapan anggaran. Variabel komitmen organisasi tidak memperkuat pengaruh perencanaan anggaran, kompetensi sumber daya manusia dan evaluasi anggaran terhadap penyerapan anggaran pada satuan kerja lingkup Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Agama Provinsi Jawa Tengah.

Abstract

The member of Family Empowerment for Welfare (PKK) at RT 05 RW 03 Cepiring Village, Cepiring Sub-District, Kendal Regency currently (October 2018) is 20 people. They are conducting productive economic activities on batik, snacks (cookie and pastry), ginger drink, catering, tailoring, grocery and accessories. 60% of the total members are engaging in food field. Semarang University Community service team has conducted PKM (Community Partnership Program) avtivities using funds from the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education, specifically for the food business. The problems faced by the group members such as: production and packaging, finance and marketing. The offered solution is to increase production and good product packaging, to provide assistance tools, to provide understanding on finance field and good marketing. The service methods performed including Evaluating Business Activities, Training and Counselling, Monitoring. Activities evaluation was performed both before implementation fo service to the community, The service result indicated that both quantity and quality of production have increased. As an illustration of this service result, a new oven can increase total production in one process up to 4 (four) times higher than used old oven. Bisides, new tools namely vacuum, sealer and spiners can improve the production quality. Furthermore, the understanding of financial and marketing fields still needs further assistance.

Abstract

 SMEs in Tugu District with a total membership of 130 people. The business group is expected to grow business unit. One of the benchmarks for the development of business groups is the increasing number of products accompanied by increased operating revenues. In order for the number of products to increase, then increased production needs to be run. Increased production can be done through various ways, among others, through business empowerment. However, in the effort of SME business development still encountered many obstacles such as: not yet the formulation of business development strategy and data base profile of each business unit; increased production and business development has not been reached; lack of clarity on financing for business assistance; and the need for cooperation in the field coaching. In overcoming some of these obstacles required the existence of business empowerment that aims to develop SMEs in the District Tugu. Community service activity aims to improve the skill of human resources of entrepreneur (SME in Kecamatan Tugu) about the procedure of developing business and supply of raw materials and doing simple bookkeeping. This activity is carried out by providing knowledge on business management and business analysis. Besides, also introduced raw material sources and simple bookkeeping. Training and counseling is provided directly to business groups on business management, business analysis and simple bookkeeping. It is also given knowledge about determining the source of raw materials.

Abstract

In Kampung Tambak Lorok there is a group of PKK women who are a group of housewives in the village area. Problems faced by PKK women in Kampung Tambak Lorok are: (1) Do not have a strong entrepreneurial spirit; (2) A joint business unit for PKK mothers has not yet been formed; (3) Knowledge about cooperatives is still lacking. The purpose of this community service is to improve the skills of the human resources of PKK women to become entrepreneurs and the procedures for establishing joint business groups (KUB) and to increase their entrepreneurial spirit. The community service is carried out using lecture, tutorial and discussion methods. Training and counseling on entrepreneurship, cooperatives, the formation of joint business groups can provide new understanding to PKK mothers that it turns out that entrepreneurship, cooperatives and joint ventures are indispensable in doing business. In this service also practiced making fish pempek. The results show that participants feel interested and interested in practicing making pempek and want to sell it.

Abstract

The basic problems faced by UPPKS in Semarang are as follows (Jateng Pos, 2019): 1) Many group businesses do not develop and "die" in the middle of the process, 2) They do not have information on forms and access to capital, 3) They have not been able to manage the existing UPPKS capital, 4) Management has not been able to run the organization well, 5) The group has an organizational structure but does not have activities, 6) Business activities are still independent and not well organized. Thus, the existing UPPKS is not functioning properly. However, the UPPKS is expected to create jobs, especially in the era of the demographic bonus. The UPPKS problems can fail to capture the demographic bonus because it has not been able to develop its members' businesses. This can result in people not being attracted to become members of the UPPKS. Specifically, this study aims to describe: 1) the strategic factors that exist in UPPKS in facing the demographic bonus era 2) the potential for developing business performance in facing the demographic bonus 3) the strategies of business performance development for UPPKS in facing the demographic bonus. This study used the descriptive exploratory approach by analyzing the UPPKS performance strategy. This study is the survey at the UPPKS in Semarang. The population of this study is the management of the UPPKS group in Semarang. The UPPKS sample was determined by purposive sampling. The number of samples of UPPKS management is 16 people representing 16 sub-districts in Semarang. The steps taken in this study are as follows: 1) identifying the strategic factors related to the development of UPPKS performance, 2) factors will be analyzed by using SWOT analysis. The attributes used in the questionnaire were obtained from the perceptions of stakeholders and UPPKS, which in general included attributes of internal conditions consisting of strengths and weaknesses as well as external conditions of UPPKS, which consisted of opportunities and threats. This study produced output in the form of the performance development strategy at UPPKS, namely growth with concentration through horizontal integration.

Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini untuk memberikan pelatihan agar para peserta pelatihan mampu memahami proses pembuatan jurnal sebagai langkah awal dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan dengan sistem akuntansi. Pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat dilakukan dengan metode ceramah, tutorial, dan diskusi. Berdasarkan  hasil evaluasi, setelah peserta mengikuti pelatihan mereka mampu memahami pembuatan jurnal 95%. Dalam latihan yang di kerjakan secara langsung masih terdapat kesalahan membuat jurnal, hal ini disebabkan karena masih terdapat kekeliruan dalam membuat analisis transaksi. Akibat kesalahan membuat jurnal adalah kesalahan dalam posting ke buku besar. Kesalahan tersebut berakibat pembuatan laporan keuangan menjadi salah.

Abstract

This study aims to dig deeper into the Go-Food application-based online promotional tricks for the Bandeng Presto cluster in Semarang city. This is a case study with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques with interviews, observation, documentation and literature study. The number of informants was 57 informants. The results of this study indicate that online promotion tricks are based on the Go-Food application in the Bandeng Presto cluster in the city of Semarang. has benefits, namely: increasing the number of consumers, expanding the market, increasing income, as a promotional medium, time efficiency and increasing credibility, while the disadvantages can be overcome by technology development carried out on the Go-Food application. Thus the advantages gained by online promotion tricks based on the Go-Food application are more than the losses, so it can be concluded that the online promotional tricks based on the Go-Food application are suitable for use by the Bandeng Presto cluster in the city of Semarang
