Abstract

Pola pergerakan dalam sistem transportasi sering dijelaskan dalam bentuk arus pergerakan (kendaraan, penumpang, dan barang) yang bergerak dari zona asal ke zona tujuan di dalam daerah tertentu dan selama periode waktu tertentu. Permintaan akan kebutuhan perjalanan ini sangat penting untuk keperluan perencanaan baik sarana dan prasarana khususnya transportasi. Angkutan umum menjadi salah satu moda transportasi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan perjalanan penumpang. Sebaran pergerakan perjalanan angkutan umum menjadi sangat penting untuk melihat distribusi pembebanan angkutan umum pada seluruh trayek yang ada. Distribusi pergerakan ini dapat dibuat dalam simulasi program Visumm yang memuat informasi bangkitan dan tarikan dari penumpang. Sosialisasi bagi pemangku kepentingan terkait dapat menjadi sangat bermanfaat dalam merancang dan merencanakan tatanan transportasi lokal. Kegiatan sosialisasi dengan pelatihan secara langsung ini diharapkan dapat memberikan gambaran secara visual dan menghasilkan proyeksi pola perjalanan penumpang dan kendaraan berdasarkan matriks asal dan tujuan dengan waktu yang lebih efisien. Sosialisasi aplikasi program visum ini juga diharapkan dapat memberikan pendekatan alternatif terkait model makroskopik dalam mengembangkan rencana jaringan jalan transportasi khususnya bagi pemangku kepentingan perencana transportasi di Kota Makassar.

Abstract

Transportation problems have an important role due to population and economic growth. The population of that simultaneity with the vehicle growth factor without the inadequate facilities is one of the factors that contribute to the traffic problems. The mitigation is needed to prevent other transportation problems. Makassar is one of the Metropolitan City has a vehicle’s growth factor 13-14 percent every year for motorcycle and 8 – 10 percent for every year; due to this condition, the critical networks frequently saw in the road would be disrupted. The level of service (LOS) of road decreased. The information about the LOS basically formulated by the Indonesia Highway Capacity Manual (IHCM) as guidance needs basic survey data such as vehicle volume, speed gun test result, geometric condition, and others as supporting data. Basically, the manual calculation using ICHM can be formulated with effective and efficient using application ZIN. The application of ZIN as one of the planning management to find the more efficient for more road network, especially for Makassar.

Abstract

The technology of transportation is able to support the performance and optimization in unraveling congestion problems. Transportation problems with complexity due to economic growth will require supporting facilities with transportation access. The road network is needed to be able to connect the location from origin to destination arising from generation and attraction. The movement of the trip is affecting the traffic arround. One of anticipation process is developing areas with a study on traffic impact analysis (andallin). Andalallin which is specific study assessing the impact caused by the generation or attraction of an area, potential hazards and accidents, and recommendations related to efforts to deal with impacts on development plans. Every plan for the development of activity centers, settlements, and infrastructure that will cause disturbances in security, safety, order, and smooth traffic and road transportation must be carried out with a Andalallin. Andalalin is able to calculate the trip generation that requires traffic engineering and traffic management to overcome the impact. The existence of a certain area/activity development is part of the transportation system that will create travel potential on building construction. This provides the influence or impact on the surrounding traffic conditions. Visualization for the condition of the road network in 3D through the Vissim program is usually used, the level of road service also shown on the program by entering the parameters from the road geometric condition survey. This traffic simulation is then very important to the stakeholder of transportation caused showing the condition that similar to the real situation with simulation. One of the implementation of Andalallin is traffic management for the construction plan of Bone Tower building in Bone Regency, South Sulawesi.
