Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini  adalah untuk mengetahui  pengaruh dari stress kerja dan keseimbangan kehidupan kerja terhadap turnover intention yang di mediasi employee engagement. Penelitian ini dilakukan di salah satu perusahaan spare part otomotif daerah Cikarang. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dan sample yang digunakan adalah seluruh staff dengan jumlah 55 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui google form dalam mengisi survei online. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini sepenuhnya menggunakan bantuan program software smart PLS versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa stress kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention, keseimbangan kehidupan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, stress kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap employee engagement, keseimbangan kehidupan kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap employee engagement, employee engagement berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention, stres kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention yang di mediasi employee engagement, employee engagement mampu memediasi pengaruh keseimbangan kehidupan kerja terhadap turnover intention.

Abstract

This service activity aims to initiate a preparation program for the world of work for generation Z which is specifically held at the Bina Industri Vocational School in Cikarang, where the location of this Vocational School is right behind the capital-intensive industrial area in Bekasi. The purpose of this debriefing for Industrial Bina Vocational High School students is an empowerment effort in forming individual and community characters that are more independent and competitive. This student independence is defined as a condition experienced by students consciously building self-competence, deciding and doing the right thing in competing in the world of work that will be faced by preparing adequate skills. This debriefing provides some important understanding of the preparation for the world of work, awareness of building competence and knowledge of culture, especially in large companies located in the MM2100 area, Vocational School students on duty get several other benefits from increasing competence.

Abstract

Era global dan pertumbuhan ekonomi dan teknologi yang sangat cepat berkembang membuat organisasi harus mampu beradaptasi dengan lingkungan yang selalu mengalami perubahan dan peningkatan persaingan agar tidak akan kalah dan telat berkembang dalam persaingan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran kepuasan kerja sebagai mediasi pada pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja pada industri elektronik di Kawasan industry Cikarang. Sampel berjumlah 74 responden. Metode pengambilan data menggunakan kuisioner yang disebar melalui googleform. Analisa pengolahan data menggunakan smart PLS. Hasil dalam penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa komitmen organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, kepuasan kerja mampu memediasi pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

In the field of education, the influence of educational technology and information literacy on faculty competence is a topic of critical importance. As the use of technology and access to information increases, it is essential that faculty possess the necessary skills and competencies to effectively incorporate these tools into their teaching practices. The use of educational technology and information literacy has been shown to increase faculty competence by enhancing their knowledge and abilities in areas such as pedagogy, curriculum development, and assessment. In addition, the faculty's ability to effectively use and access information can assist them in keeping abreast of the latest research and best practices in their respective fields, thereby enhancing the quality of their instruction and their overall effectiveness as educators. The use of educational technology and information literacy can have a positive impact on faculty competency and contribute to the success of the institution as a whole.

Abstract

This research examines the effect of employee engagement, individual characteristics, and communication on the performance of village office employees in Cikarang Utara District. Using a quantitative approach with explanatory research, data were collected through observation, literature study, and questionnaires distributed to all employees of three village offices. The analysis was carried out using descriptive analysis and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results indicate that employee engagement, individual characteristics, and communication have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Among these three factors, communication has the strongest influence on employee performance. Effective communication within the organization facilitates information delivery, aligns goals, and enables smooth coordination, ultimately enhancing employee productivity and performance. This study highlights the importance of fostering employee engagement, considering individual characteristics, and establishing effective communication channels to improve the performance of village office employees and optimize public services.
