Abstract

One of the service businesses that are currently developing is the two-wheeled transportation service business or often referred to as a motorcycle taxi. One of these motorcycle taxi companies is Grab Bike; Grab Bike is a provider of online motorcycle taxi service that always provides what we need, especially people who are tired of traffic jams. Does the price partially affect customer satisfaction online motorcycle taxi services (study of Grab Bike consumers in South Cikarang region)? Does service quality partially affect customer satisfaction with online motorcycle taxi services (a study of Grab Bike consumers in South Cikarang region)? Does service quality and price simultaneously influence customer satisfaction with online motorcycle taxi services (a study of Grab Bike consumers in South Cikarang region)? This type of research is quantitative research. The sample collection technique uses nonprobability sampling technique with accidental sampling approach. Data was collected using a survey method through a questionnaire filled out by respondents and interviews in person. The research sample used was 50 respondents. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis methods. Hypothesis testing using the F test and T-test. The results of research using the T-test note that price significantly influences customer satisfaction, while service quality significantly influences customer satisfaction; this shows the most dominant variable in influencing customer satisfaction is the price variable. While the results of the study using the F test the price and service quality variables have a simultaneous influence on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Work environment and motivation are two of the factors that are thought to be relatively large in influencing employee performance at PT Hasta Multi Sejahtera. To prove the influence of both of them, this study was conducted to determine the effect of the work environment and motivation on performance at PT Hasta Multi Sejahtera. The study was conducted at PT Hasta Multi Sejahtera Cikarang by taking 60 respondents, as a sample in the study for 3 months. Data retrieval is done by using a Likert scale questionnaire, and by using a quantitative descriptive approach. Therefore, the analysis of the data used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression tests. The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously work environment and motivation variables influence the performance of employees at PT Hasta Multi Sejahtera Cikarang. This is evidenced by the results of the simultaneous test (F test) and the results of the partial test (t-test) also show the significant value of the two independent variables that support the hypothesis. Therefore the test results of this study state that there is a simultaneous influence between work environment variables and motivation on employee performance at PT Hasta Multi Sejahtera

Abstract

Human resources are one of the main assets in an organization, which can make an invaluable contribution to the organization's achievement strategy. The high level of turnover intention is a serious problem at PT Nippo Mechatronics Indonesia. This study aims to analyze how much influence job satisfaction and organizational commitment on turnover intention both partially and simultaneously. Determination of the sample is done by using probability sampling with a simple random sampling method. This research is quantitative research using double linear regression analysis as data processing. In this study, job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Organizational commitment negatively affects turnover intention. Job satisfaction and organizational commitment simultaneously have a significant effect on turnover intention.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin kerja   terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Syncrum Logistics. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 60 responden dan dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan variable motivasi dan disiplin  berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Syncrum Logistic. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji simultan (Uji F) dan hasil Uji Parsial (Uji t) juga menunjukkan nilai signifikan dari dua variabel bebas yang mendukung hipotesa. Oleh karena itu hasil uji dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara simultan antara variabel motivasi dan disiplin kerja  terhadap kkinerja PT Syncrum Logistics. Abstract

Improving employee performance is one of the main factors for companies to achieve goals. In addition to being a factor in achieving goals, employee performance is also a way to measure the quality of human resources in a company. Some factors that can influence the success of employee performance include the work environment and job satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is an influence of the work environment and job satisfaction variables on employee performance. This study is to examine the effect of work environment and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Nesinak Industries. The company is engaged in manufacturing automotive and electronic spare parts made from rubber. The sample in this study amounted to 88 respondents who worked in the production department. This research uses quantitative methods. Data for conducting this research was obtained through filling out questionnaires by predetermined respondents. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis method. Based on the results of the t test (partial) and f test (simultaneous) of this study, showed that the variable work environment and job satisfaction bring a positive and significant effect on employee performance partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

Tujuan utama dari public relation adalah mempengaruhi perilaku orang secara individu maupun kelompok saat saling berhubungan, melalui dialog dengan semua golongan, dimana persepsi, sikap dan opininya penting terhadap suatu kesuksesan sebuah perusahaan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian eksplanatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian jenis ini adalah untuk menggambarkan suatu generalisasi atau menjelaskan hubungan satu variable dengan variable lainnya. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan Program Customer Relationship Management Restaurant X memiliki kontribusi yang 'cukup kuat' dalam mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan dengan hubungan linear yang signifikan dan menunjukan hubungan dengan arah positif. Temuan sesuai dengan konsep bahwa Customer Relations Manager melalui program-program customer relationship management yang telah dilaksanakan dengan baik mampu mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan Restaurant X.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi , pelatihan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja frontliner pada PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia cabang Bekasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 73 responden dan dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan variabel kompensasi, pelatihan dan motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja frontliner pada PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Cabang Bekasi. Abstract

English is one of the most commonly used international languages in the world. Therefore, learning English in schools is still becoming a priority when it comes to improving its quality. In the employment world, having English skills is a plus that is not necessarily owned by everyone, not to mention the situation in the world nowadays which is affected by globalization. This makes us realized how important the roles of English language are for the future of our students. Since the coronavirus pandemic occurred, learning activities in schools were stopped in order to minimalize the spread of the virus. They were instead changed into online activities. In online learning, teachers and students will get used to using online media, such as Zoom or Google Meet for interaction. Various forms of efforts have been made in preparation to face global competition and to adapt to the conditions at this time of pandemic. Based on the analysis of current situation and under a request from submitted by SMPN 10 Tambun Selatan, we will conduct an English language training following the needs of the students, namely Basic English Language Training. The purpose of this activity is an effort to improve the quality of human resource with the output of improving students’ English language skills and scientific publication in national journals

Abstract

:  Sampah merupakan salah satu yang dihasilkan dari sisa kegiatan masyarakat dimana bagi sebagian orang sulit untuk dikelola dan menjadi masalah yang tidak bisa dihindari oleh warga. Pertambahan jumlah penduduk menyebabkan peningkatan aktivitas yang artinya juga dapat meningkatkan jumlah indeks sampah, penumpukan sampah di tempat pembuangan sampah akhir akan berhubungan dengan kualitas hidup masyarakat sekitarnya. Pengelolaan sistem keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja merupakan salah satu upaya preventif yang dilakukan dalam meminimalisasi dan menghilangkan penyakit akibat kerja ataupun kecelakaan akibat kerja. Ekonomi merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kesejahteraan dan kehidupan masyarakat. Tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa keberadaan tempat pembuangan sampah telah memberikan dampak terhadap perekonomian beberapa masyarakat sekitar. Pada kenyataannya banyak masyarakat yang mengeluhkan penyakit yang sering muncul setelah adanya tempat pembuangan sampah akhir. Pengelolaan sampah dan fasilitas kebersihan yang kurang baik menyebabkan kualitas lingkungan menjadi buruk demikian juga dengan Desa Burangkeng. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Desa Burangkeng merupakan desa tempat pembuangan akhir sampah yang memerlukan perhatian khusus dari pemerintah terutama dari segi kesehatan masyarakat dan kondisi lingkungan. Adanya organisasi Prabu sebagai pemersatu warga belum dapat berperan secara maksimal terutama jika berhubungan dengan kebijakan pemerintah meskipun mereka telah berupaya untuk menjadi jembatan aspirasi sekaligus sebagai referensi akan informasi dan pengetahuan warga mengenai kondisi lingkungan serta  dampak dari TPA.
