Abstract

In this case, the company must be able to manage the existing human resources effectively and efficiently, so the company can achieve the goals that have been set-up. So, employee’s job performance has been a very important role to the success or failure of a company. Several factors that affect employee job performance are motivation and work discipline. Partial test results (T-test) about the influence of motivation on employee’ job performance has shown the value of T-count of 6.146 with significance of 0.000. It indicates that the variable of motivation has positive and significant effect on employee job performance. Because value T-count > T-table or 6.146 > 1.665 and level of significance < level significance or 0.000 < 0.050. and test result regarding the influence of work discipline on employee job performance shows the value of T-count of 3.019 with significance of 0.003. it indicates that the variable of work discipline have positive and significant effect on employee job performance. Because value T-count > T-table or 3.019 > 1,665 and level of significance < level of significance or 0.003 < 0,050.While testing simultaneously (F-test) about the influence of motivation and work discipline on employee job performance shows the value of Fcount of 47,215 with significant of 0,000. It indicates that the variable of motivation and work discipline have positive and significant effect on employee job performance. Because value F-count > F-table or 47,215 > 3,111 and level of significance < level of significance or 0,000 < 0,050.Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Leadership Behavior, Motivation, Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work morale, work discipline, and work environment on employee performance. This research method is quantitative. The source of data in this study is primary data. The primary data used is by distributing questionnaires to the respondents consisting of questions for which answer choices have been provided using a Likert scale. Likert scale with a scale range of 1-5. The population used in this study were employees of PT SAI, the sampling technique used in this study was a saturated sampling technique with a population of 44 respondents. The analytical technique used in this research is multiple regression test with the help of SPSS 25.0 program. The results showed that work morale, discipline and work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an effect of compensation on job satisfaction mediated by job satisfaction. The object of research at PT ISS Cikarang. The research was conducted using quantitative methods with SEM Smart PLS software as an analysis tool. The number of samples obtained by using a random sampling technique using the Slovin formula totaled 97 respondents. Data collection was carried out using google form in filling out online surveys. The data analysis method used is the R-square test, Bootstrapping, Path Coefficient, and Specific indirect effects. The results of this study indicate that compensation has an effect on employee performance, compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction affects employee performance, job satisfaction is able to provide a positive influence in mediating the relationship between compensation and employee performance in PT ISS Cikarang.

Abstract

Human resources in an organization will play an effective role when driven and controlled by a workforce who has achievements. The most important factor in supporting the success of an organization or company is employee performance. High productivity will be very beneficial for both employers and employees, especially for their welfare. Various efforts that can be taken by a company to develop its human resources to encourage progress for the company are using conducting training, increasing discipline, and giving rewards to employees. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training, discipline, and rewards on employee performance. The sample in this study were all Sinarmas Banks in the Bekasi district, amounting to 65 people. Statistical analysis includes validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression with SPSS software. The results in this study explain that there is an effect of training on employee performance, the influence of discipline on employee performance, and the influence of reward on employee performance.

Abstract

Health plays an important role in improving people's living standards. To provide the best health services in hospitals, quality resources are needed especially in the current covid-19 which continues to increase. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work placement, job satisfaction, and work ability on the performance of As-Shofwan. This research is included in quantitative research because the approach used for research proposals, processes, hypotheses, going to the field, data analysis, data conclusions to writing uses aspects of measurement, calculation, formula, and certainty of numerical data. The research subjects were employees of the As-Shofwan hospital. In this study the population and the sample amounted to 60 people. The data were analyzed using path coefficients with the help of the PLS program. The results showed that work placement and work ability influenced employee performance, while the work ability variable had no effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training, knowledge management, and kaizen culture on the performance of employees of PT Ferron Par Pharmaceuticals. With the training variable is X1, the knowledge management variable is X2, the kaizen culture variable is X3, and the performance variable is Y. This research method is quantitative. The source of data in this study is primary data by distributing questionnaires to respondents consisting of statements that have been provided with answer choices using a Likert scale. The population used in this study were 396 employees of PT Ferron Par Pharmaceuticals, the sampling technique used in this study was simple random sampling with a total sample of 80 respondents using the slovin formula. Data collection is done through using google forms in filling out online surveys. The data analysis method used is the R-square test, Bootstrapping, Path Coefficient. The results of the study partially show that training has a positive and significant effect on performance, knowledge management has a positive and significant effect on performance, kaizen culture has a positive and significant effect on performance

Abstract

Embung Air Batu Beureum merupakan sistem irigasi seluas 7.200 M yang dibangun pada 21 Oktober 2019 untuk mengairi lahan persawahan yang ada di Desa Karang Mukti. Dan pada tanggal 12 Agustus 2020 dimulai progres pembangunan Destinasi Wisata Embung Air Batu Beureum. Desa Karang Mukti, Kecamatan Karang Bahagia, Kabupaten Bekasi terletak di antara Kawasan Industri terbesar di Indonesia. Potensi desa dengan air resapan belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal oleh masyarakat karena kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat tentang cara budidaya ikan yang baik. Beberapa keluarga sudah memanfaatkan air yang melimpah ini dengan memancing kolam hanya sekedar untuk kesenangan atau hobi dan belum dikomersilkan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan pemuda agar dapat memanfaatkan potensi desa dalam meningkatkan perekonomian, Karang Taruna yang terlibat yaitu dari desa Karang Mukti. Metode yang dilakukan dengan melalui pelatihan dan praktek langsung. Pelatihan yang dilakukan meliputi penyuluhan  cara budidaya ikan yang baik. Metode pendekatan yang dilakukan adalah melalui tatap muka, sosialisasi program, pembimbingan dan pendampingan. Hasil kegiatan pemberdayaan ini adalah peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kelompok pembudidaya ikan dalam melakukan cara budidaya ikan yang baik. Luaran program ini adalah ikan Nila konsumsi (150-200 gram/ekor) yang siap dipasarkan

Abstract

Study this objective to determine the effect of work-life balance on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction. The population of this study consists of manufacturing employees in the Cikarang region, with a sample  of 65 respondents. Purposive sampling is the retrieval method used to determine a sample's characteristics. Taking this sample has restrictions on certain types of individuals who provide required information. This is the primary data used in the study, collected from respondents who are manufacturing employees in the Cikarang region. Explain that there is a list of written questions that have been formulated, which was the previous respondent's record for answering them, and that this deep Thing is typically described with clarity via googleforms. Methods for analyzing data with the smart PLS program. The results of this study demonstrate that work-life balance has an effect on employee performance and that job satisfaction moderates the effect of work-life balance on employee performance. Unsatisfactory work will result in low morale and productivity, so the company must play an important role in procuring the facilities necessary to achieve work-life balance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari data serta menganalisis mengenai Pengaruh Self-Efficacy, Persepsi Organisasi dan Prilaku kerja Inovatif terhadap Kinerja Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kabupaten Bekasi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Jumlah pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu 80 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data, pengolahan data dan analisis menggunakan alat bantu SmartPLS versi 3.0. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu Uji Validitas dengan hasil Outer Model, Average Variance Extracted (AVE) dan Cross Loading. Uji Reliabilitas dengan hasil Cronbach’s Alpha dan Composite Reliability. Uji Inner Model dengan hasil R-square. Uji Hipotesis dengan hasil Path Coefficient Bootstrapping. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian Self-Efficacy terhadap Kinerja menunjukan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,250 dengan nilai P-Values sebesar 0,047 lebih kecil dari pada 0,050 memiliki pengaruh positif. Persepsi Organisasi terhadap Kinerja menunjukan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,496 dengan nilai P-Values sebesar 0,002 lebih kecil dari pada 0,05 memiliki pengaruh positif. Prilaku kerja Inovatif Terhadap Kinerja menunjukan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,218 dengan nilai P-Values sebesar 0,360 lebih besar dari pada 0,05 tidak memiliki pengaruh postif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh penempatan kerja, latar belakang pendidikan, dan pengalaman kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Tri Saudara Sentosa Industri Bagian Tooling. Variabel dependen pada penelitian ini yaitu penempatan kerja (X1), latar belakang pendidikan (X2) dan pengalaman kerja (X3) untuk variabel independennya adalah kinerja karyawan (Y). Sampel yang digunakan pada penenlitian ini sebanyak 74 responden dan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis outer dan inner model struktural dengan menggunakan SmartPLS versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel penempatan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Variabel latar belakang pendidikan tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Variabel pengalaman kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
