Abstract

In today’s business world, human resources are considered as an important resource for the organization’s success. To make better use of human resources, organizations must empower their employees This study aims to determine the impact of leading organization and leading people on trust and the organizational performance in the service sectors during Covid-19 pandemic. The research is quantitative, and the sampling technique is purposive sampling, with 103 respondents. Data collected were analyzed using Partial Least Squares path modeling to test the hypotheses. The study’s findings proved positive and significant linear relationship between leading people on trust and organizational performance. Managerial implication that the success leader in service sectors able to elevate trust among people, motivate the employees and to enhance organizational performance. As result, leadership training and elevate the trust amongst employees are the most essential strategies in service sectors during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini  adalah untuk mengetahui  pengaruh dari stress kerja dan keseimbangan kehidupan kerja terhadap turnover intention yang di mediasi employee engagement. Penelitian ini dilakukan di salah satu perusahaan spare part otomotif daerah Cikarang. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dan sample yang digunakan adalah seluruh staff dengan jumlah 55 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui google form dalam mengisi survei online. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini sepenuhnya menggunakan bantuan program software smart PLS versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa stress kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention, keseimbangan kehidupan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, stress kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap employee engagement, keseimbangan kehidupan kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap employee engagement, employee engagement berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention, stres kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention yang di mediasi employee engagement, employee engagement mampu memediasi pengaruh keseimbangan kehidupan kerja terhadap turnover intention.

Abstract

This study aims to empirically examine the effect of work balance, organizational support, job burnout and career women's performance. Analysis of the variables used in this study there are five variables, namely work-life balance, organizational support, family support, work fatigue and performance. In this study, non-probability sampling was used, namely the sample taken was not given the same opportunity or opportunity for each member of the population to be selected as a sample. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Of the 98 respondents who filled out the questionnaire, only 64 respondents met the criteria for this research sample. The sample used in this study are career women who occupy managerial positions. The data collected is using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. From this study, only two significant hypotheses were produced, namely the existence of a significant direct effect of work-life balance on the performance of career women, and organizational support moderating the effect of work-life balance on job burnout.

Abstract

The study aims at investigating of this study is to examine how the effect of transformational leadership on job performance by mediating employee work engagement on employees of the Human Capital and Facility Management division of PT. XL Axiata, Tbk. Jakarta. The data were collected from 58 employees Facility division of Human Capital Management PT. XL Axiata Tbk. Jakarta. For the serial analysis, SPSS macro process was utilized to test the proposed hypothesis model. Results provide evidence that follower employee work engagement mediates the relationship between perceived transformational leadership and job performance. By better understanding how leaders build engagement and drive performance in regard to a specific task, organizations can take advantage of the influence that leaders have on everyday interactions in workplace. Therefore, in this study more developed the psychological profile of effective leaders, especially the communications industry, management researchers must explore work involvement and people's orientation.

Abstract

Purpose - The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of leadership (leading organizational and leading people) on terust trust and its impact on organizational performance Design/Methodology/Approach –The research design used is correlational research which aims to test and analyze the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The variables used consist of leadership which consists of leading organizational and leading people, trust and organizational performance. The data used are primary data through a questionnaire distributed via google form. The number of respondents used was 195 respondents where the sampling method used purposive sampling. The analysis tool used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) using AMOS 23 software.Finding – The results showed that leadership consisting of leading organizations and leading people had a positive effect on trust, while trsut million was proven to have a significant positive effect on organizational performance.Value / Implication - The results of the study have managerial implications for decision makers in companies that leadership, especially the leader's ability to leading employees, must receive a larger portion compared to the ability to leading the organization as an effort to improve organizational l performance.

Abstract

The research target is to analyze the impact on turnover intention of transformational leadership, work environment, career planning and job satisfaction. The research method is quantitative with data analysis using factor analysis and structural equation modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS. Respondents' data collection was selected using the purpose sampling method on employees of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) engaged in the construction sector as many as 154 respondents. And research findings are transformational leadership, work environment, career planning and job satisfaction affect turnover intention and transformational leadership, work environment and career planning affect job satisfaction.Keywords - Transformational leadership, work environment, career planning, job satisfaction, turnover intention

Abstract

Di era modern ini, kita hidup berdampingan dengan wabah penyakit Covid 19. Dalam situasi ini, inovasi diperlukan agar organisasi dapat terus berkembang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji sejauh mana pengaruh work form home work culture, competence, information technology support pada saat work form home terhadap kinerja karyawan di Politeknik Penerbangan Indonesia Curug. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantatif dengan variabel yang digunakan terdiri dari budaya kerja, kompetensi, dan teknologi informasi serta kinerja karyawan selama WFH. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel yang dikaji budaya kerja, kompetensi, dukungan teknologi informasi tersebut memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan selama WFH.

Abstract

Menjadi wirausahawan yang sukses adalah impian orang-orang yang ingin mencapai kesuksesan dalam hidupnya secara ekonomi. Keberhasilan wirausaha ini juga menjadi dambaan masyarakat Bina Amanah Cordova Entrepreneurship School. Keinginan untuk menjadi pengusaha sukses bukan hanya tentang bagaimana memulai bisnis tetapi juga tentang bagaimana sukses secara ekonomi dan kehidupan sosial yang lebih baik. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat di sekolah tersebut adalah adanya kekhawatiran dan kurangnya keberanian mereka untuk memulai bisnis, serta perlunya pengetahuan untuk pengembangan bisnis dan beberapa di antaranya masih belum mengetahui jenis bisnis apa yang ingin mereka miliki. Dengan adanya permasalahan tersebut maka tujuan dari kegiatan Pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) FEB Universitas Trisakti adalah membantu mereka yang membutuhkan dukungan dari universitas berupa pelatihan dan penyuluhan untuk memiliki kompetensi yang baik sebagai wirausahawan yang sukses. Metode pelatihan dan penyuluhan yang disampaikan adalah dengan metode daring, tentang peningkatan kapasitas dan karakteristik wirausahawan sukses. Hasil analisis data yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa para peserta pelatihan menilai materi pelatihan dapat diterapkan dalam usaha mereka, mereka merasa puas, termotivasi dan merasa lebih percaya diri untuk memulai usaha atau mengembangkan usaha yang sudah dijalankan. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah pemahaman yang baik bagi peserta pelatihan mengenai Aspek Peningkatan Kapasitas Organisasi Bisnis dan Karakteristik Pengusaha Sukses yang akan diterapkan dalam kegiatan wirausaha mereka.

Abstract

This study aims to find if employee creativity has a significant impact as a mediator to High-performance work practice, innovative behavior, and sustainable competitive advantage in the Hotel industry during the pandemic. This study was conducted by conducting observations and surveys to Four Stars Hotels around the Jakarta area. Population and samples were taken from employees who work in the Four stars Hotel since the hotel was started operating again around December 2020. This research was conducted in a quantitative approach. The data collection instrument using a questionnaire with a sampling technique is purposive sampling. The analysis technique, namely path analysis using SMART PLS, is carried out to show whether employee creativity has an impact as a mediator to high-performance work practice, innovative behavior, and sustainable competitive advantage. The result shows that Employee creativity has an impact as a mediator to high-performance work practice, innovative behavior, and sustainable competitive advantage. Innovative behavior has no direct impact on sustainable competitive behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the impact of the marketing mix (7 p's) on the repurchase intension of Alibaba Bandung's Pisang Goreng. The research method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive approach. The sampling technique used is the slovin formula, that obtained by giving out the questionnaire to 98 respondents. This study used qualitative data and multiple regression analysis as the analysis methods. All variable indicators are declared valid and reliable. The result of the F-test proves that the product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence, and proser variable simultaneously has an impact on the repurchase intension of Alibaba Bandung's Pisang Goreng. The result of the t-test proves that product and promotion have an impact on the repurchase intension of Alibaba Bandung's Pisang Goreng.
