Abstract

Pendekatan saintifik adalah pembelajaran yang mendorong anak untuk melakukan keterampilan-keterampilan ilmiah seperti mengamati, menanya, mengumpulkan informasi, mengasosiasi dan mengkomunikasikan. Pendekatan ini menuntut siswa yang aktif dalam melakukan keterampilan ilmiah di atas (bukan gurunya). Jenis penelitian ini penelitian kuantitatif, untuk mengumpulkan data yang digunakan beberapa metode di antaranya interview, angket, dan observasi. Dalam menganalisa data menggunakan analisis data regresi linier ganda dua prediktor. Dari hasil perhitungan diketahui hasil belajar PPKn diperoleh F reg = 7,599 ? Ftabel 5%= 4,14. Dari hasil perhitungan diketahui perkembangan sosial PPKn diperoleh F reg = 6,359 ? Ftabel 5% = 4,14. Dari hasil perhitungan pendekatan saintifik dalam kurikulum 2013 terhadap hasil belajar dan perkembangan sosial PPKn siswa diperoleh F reg = 8,914 ? Ftabel 5% = 3,29. Dari hasil perhitungan analisia data, diketahui Pendekatan Saintifik terhadap Hasil Belajar PPKn (X1) mempunyai sumbangan efektif sebesar 0,108% dan Perkembangan Sosial PPKn (X2) mempunyai simbangan efektif sebesar 0,093%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how people's perceptions fishermen about the importance of 12 years formal education and how the implications of the fishing community's perception of the importance of 12 years formal education. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling and snowball sampling and the data collection techniques used are documentation, semi-structured interviews and observation. Field data findings show that the fishing community in Kedungrejo Village is a heterogeneous, consumptive community and based on interviews found that community perceptions about the importance of 12 years of formal education are as a provision for diplomas to look for work as land laborers. The meaning of 12 years of formal education in the form of maturity has not yet been felt by the community from the number due to environmental and social factors which are seen from the number of 2292 elementary school students who continue to the first level only 30% ie 308 who reached the top education level. so the 12-year formal education function that has a role to develop the community's potential is indisputable because of the social stratum between the skipper fisherman and the fisherman laborers. It is here that the important function of 12 years formal education is completely collided with the perception of the fishing community in Kedungrejo Village, Muncar District.

Abstract

ABSTRACTIdentification of the emergence of a nationality village in Patoman village needs tobe done, this is done because Patoman village has the potential of various types ofheterogeneous communities in terms of religion, culture or ethnicity. So it needs tobe traced and further studies need to be done on the identification of villages that areincluded in the elements of nationalism village. This becomes important and servesas a basis for reference to the grouping of villages that have an element of pluralismand will later be designated as a nationality village. On the other hand can be usedas a reference and input by local governments in providing policies regarding theexistence of a nationality village. Besides that, support from the local governmentrelated to the promotion of the potential / superiority of culture, ethnicity, villagesand regions in Banyuwangi is very intensively carried out, as evidenced by the manyfestivals that are held and scheduled every one year. This research is to identifyvillages that have the potential to become nationality villages in which there arevarious criteria or elements that have been fulfilled, one of which is the compositionof religion, culture, ethnicity and the form of tolerance that is maintained andsustainability, from the results of its study can be used as foothold for policy makers,especially the Banyuwangi local government and related ministries. This researchuses a qualitative approach with a case study design and uses a phenomenologicalperspective. The selection of respondents using snowball sampling, namely thevillage and district government in Blimbingsari, community leaders, religiousleaders, Banyuwangi National Mixing Forum and cultural figures. From the resultsof the research it can be seen that the tolerance value of patoman society and itsdiversity is very close and very good in community relations can be seen from theimplementation of mutual values and religious tolerance.Keywords: Identification, village, patoman nationality

Abstract

Simpanglima function as a public space in accordance with Regulation No. 14 Year 2012Article 4 Paragraph 4 ( a) that menyebutan " means the environment " is a support facility, whichserves to maintain and develop the economic, social and cultural. Billboard itself is the object,instrument, deed and or media that shape and style manifold for introducing commercialpurposes, advocate, promote, or to draw public attention to goods, services can be seen, read orenjoyed by the public. Billboards are also a source of revenue. Simpanglima violates the rules,based on the Regulation No. 8 of 2006 on the implementation of the Mayor 's Decree No.billboards and on the determination of the layout 510.1/145 billboards in the city of Semarang.This study aims to provide Simpanglima the assumption that public space should be able torealize the convenience and aesthetic installation of billboards based on existing regulations.Government through the Department of Street Lighting and Advertising Management ( PJPR )should be able to reduce the number of billboards in the area of Simpanglima, both the CityGovernment land or private land . The government should be able to push boundaries by creatinga billboard point of reference standard and are looking for other ideas for local revenues byraising taxes Simpanglima billboards in the area .And the need for supervision reklmae ketegasain Supervision by field supervision over the administration of the Department PJPR warningletter. Abstract

The transfer of property to certain heirs for the joint ownership of the object of inheritance must be transferred by way of the distribution of joint rights, which is based on the APHB. Article 4 paragraph (3) letter b of the Income Tax Law explains that the transfer due to inheritance is exempt from collecting PPh, but in its implementation it must be accompanied by a PPh SKB issued by KPP Pratama. So that in order to get the income tax exemption on the transition, the heirs must apply for the issuance of the SKB PPh to the KPP Pratama. However, the KPP Pratama often refuses the issuance of the SKB PPh, this results in the heirs having to pay PPh on the transition. This study uses a normative juridical method with a statutory approach and a conceptual approach, and legal materials are analyzed using a deductive method. The results of this study indicate that the transfer of land rights by the distribution of joint rights of inheritance should be exempted from income tax, because the distribution of joint rights is still included in the series of inheritance processes, so the transfer of income tax collection must be exempted. Abstract

Fund transfers are a solution to the problem of sending money that requires people to carry money from one area to another and reduce the various risks that can occur when transferring money in cash. However, nowadays there are often cases of erroneous transfers of funds in the form of foreign incoming funds where the recipient feels he does not know the information about the sender of the funds, the funds come in suddenly where the recipient customer does not feel he is in or has made a transaction with another party which results in transfer of funds to the account. Cases of errors in customer fund transfers that occur can result in losses experienced and suffered by the customer concerned. This study uses a juridical-normative method, by collecting descriptions and information that can be used in resolving this problem using a statutory approach and a conceptual approach, as well as using sources of primary legal materials and secondary legal materials, as well as methods of collecting legal materials with literature studies. . The status of ownership of funds in a fund transfer is the right of the recipient of the funds as long as it can be proven that the funds are his right and are not an error in the transfer of funds. Meanwhile, this form of legal protection for errors in fund transfers can also be seen in the bank's responsibility to cancel or issue a new fund transfer order addressed to a recipient who is entitled to and desired by the sender. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the neutrality regulation of State Civil Servant (ASN) neutrality in the current regional elections is in effect and how the ideal form of ASN neutrality regulation in the regional elections is viewed from the study of the regional elections Law and other derivative rules as well as the theory of legal objectives. Several regulations, ranging from laws and government law to joint decrees involving several ministries and institutions, were issued in order to limit the space for movement and ensure the neutrality of ASN is maintained in the implementation of regional elections. This research is expected to be able to find the ideal setting regarding ASN Neutrality in regional elections by analyzing several applicable regulations. This study uses a normative juridical approach by using secondary data through the study of legislation and literature searches. This research has a novel perspective, namely trying to find the ideal form of regulation of ASN neutrality in the regional elections in terms of several applicable laws and theories of legal objectives. The results of this study conclude that the neutrality of ASN in the regional elections is regulated by the ASN Law, Regional Elections Law, Government Law Discipline of Civil Servants, Government Law for the Development of Corps Spirit, and Code of Ethics for Civil Servants, Circular Letter of KASN, Circular Letter of Menpan-RB, and Joint Decrees of 5 Ministers/Heads of Institutions. In addition, it is necessary to reposition the ASN neutrality rules under one legal umbrella, namely the KASN Regulations.  Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengkaji pengaturan netralitas ASN dalam Pilkada yang berlaku saat ini dan bagaimana bentuk ideal pengaturan netralitas ASN dalam Pilkada ditinjau dari kajian pada UU Pilkada dan aturan turunan lainnya serta teori tujuan hukum. Beberapa regulasi mulai dari UU, PP, sampai dengan Keputusan Bersama yang melibatkan beberapa Kementerian/Lembaga diterbitkan dalam rangka membatasi ruang gerak dan menjamin netralitas ASN tetap terjaga dalam penyelenggaraan Pilkada. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menemukan pengaturan ideal terkait Netralitas ASN dalam Pilkada dengan menganalisa beberapa regulasi yang berlaku. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan yuridis normatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder melalui studi perundang-undangan dan penelusuran literatur. Penelitian ini memiliki kebaruan perspektif yaitu berusaha menemukan bentuk ideal pengaturan netralitas ASN dalam Pilkada ditinjau dari beberapa perundang-undangan yang berlaku dan teori tujuan hukum. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa, netralitas ASN dalam Pilkada diatur dalam UU ASN, UU Pilkada,   PP Disiplin PNS, PP Pembinaan Jiwa Korps dan Kode Etik PNS , SE KASN, SE Menpan-RB, dan Keputusan Bersama 5 Menteri/Kepala Lembaga. Selain itu perlu mendudukan ulang aturan Netralitas ASN dalam satu payung hukum yaitu dalam Peraturan KASN.
