Abstract

Penelitia ini bertujuan untuk menelaah seberapa besar efektifitas peranan manajamen pendidikan dipondok pesantren Al Hikamussalafiyyah wanayasa cipulus dalam upaya untuk menangkal paham radikal negatif terhadap santri – santri. Dalam penelitian ini manajemen pondok pesantren wanayasa telah menerapkan kurikulum yang jauh dari paham radikalisme dan dari hasil kuesioner dan wawancara yang di bagikan kepada para santri menhghasilkan 99% persen bahwa santri tidak ada yang memeiliki paham radikal negatif tersebut. Objek penelitian santri – santri di pondok pesantren Al Fatih Wanayasa, Ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode yang digunakan yaitu studi kasus, dengan pengumpulan datanya melalui observasi, catatan lapangan, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian ini peneliti berharap agar dapat memberikan kontribusi dan manfaat bagi semua pihak-pihak yang terkait, terutama pihak pemerintah daerah dan pondok pesantren dalam rangka menangkal paham radikalisme terhadap diri santri. Kata Kunci : Manajemen Pesantren, Paham Radikal Negatif This research aims to examine the effectiveness of the role of education management in the boarding school Al Hikamussalafiyyah wanayasa cipulus in an effort to ward off negative radical understanding of the students. In this research, the management of Islamic boarding schools in Wanaayasa has implemented a curriculum that is far from radicalism and from the results of questionnaires and interviews distributed to the students resulted in 99% percent that no one has the negative radical understanding. The object of research of students in Al Fatih Wanayasa boarding school, this is a qualitative descriptive study with the method used is a case study, by collecting data through observation, field notes, interviews and documentation. From the results of this study the researchers hope to be able to contribute and benefit to all parties concerned, especially the local government and Islamic boarding schools in order to counteract the radicalism against students. Abstract

The effect of the ability in mastering dialogue, to know and explain the effect of the ability in mastering dialogue on English learning achievement, to know and explain the effect of ability on English learning achievement and to know and explain the effect of the ability in mastering dialogue on learning achievement English through motivation. The research method used is survey method. Population in this research is all students of class X of first semester of SMK Negeri 1 Rawamerta, Karawang. The sampling technique used is cluster random sampling, the sample is taken randomly according to the class that has been formed. So, the sample in this study as many as 18 people from the total population of 192 people. The research instrument consists of three types of tests, namely the questionnaire of the ability in mastering dialogue , English achievement test with the subject of the circle. Analysis of statistical data to test the hypothesis in this study using Path Analysis (Path Analysis). Statistic test is used t test. The results showed: (1) direct effect of the ability in mastering dialogue (2) direct effect of the ability in mastering dialogue on English learning achievement, (3) direct effect of the ability in mastering dialogue to English learning achievement and (4) indirect effect of lateral thinking ability toward English learning achievement through creative thinking ability. Abstract

Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui kompensasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu penelitian kuantitatif. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini sebesar 53 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu sampel jenuh. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara simultan variabel kompensasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan secara parsial variabel kompensasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Persamaan regresi linier berganda yaitu Y = 20,789 + 0,299X1 + 0,271X2 + ε. Sementara itu, hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukan bahwa variabel kompensasi, disiplin kerja, dan kinerja pegawai berada pada kriteria baik. Kata kunci: Kompensasi, Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai This study aims to determine compensation and work discipline on employee performance. The type of research conducted is quantitative research. The total population in this study was 53 people. The sampling technique used is the saturated sample. The data analysis used is descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that simultaneously the variables of compensation and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and partially compensation and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The multiple linear regression equation is Y = 20.789 + 0.299X1 + 0.271X2 + ε. Meanwhile, the results of the descriptive analysis show that the variables of compensation, work discipline, and employee performance are in good criteria.
