Abstract

This research is useful for: a. State School 1 Karawang in knowing how much influence English Education in shaping the morals of students in SMK Negeri 1 Karawang. b. The results of this study can be used as information for educators in applying and knowing what factors are the biggest influence on the moral behavior of students in SMK Negeri 1 Karawang. c. Abstract

The effect of the ability in mastering dialogue, to know and explain the effect of the ability in mastering dialogue on English learning achievement, to know and explain the effect of ability on English learning achievement and to know and explain the effect of the ability in mastering dialogue on learning achievement English through motivation. The research method used is survey method. Population in this research is all students of class X of first semester of SMK Negeri 1 Rawamerta, Karawang. The sampling technique used is cluster random sampling, the sample is taken randomly according to the class that has been formed. So, the sample in this study as many as 18 people from the total population of 192 people. The research instrument consists of three types of tests, namely the questionnaire of the ability in mastering dialogue , English achievement test with the subject of the circle. Analysis of statistical data to test the hypothesis in this study using Path Analysis (Path Analysis). Statistic test is used t test. The results showed: (1) direct effect of the ability in mastering dialogue (2) direct effect of the ability in mastering dialogue on English learning achievement, (3) direct effect of the ability in mastering dialogue to English learning achievement and (4) indirect effect of lateral thinking ability toward English learning achievement through creative thinking ability. Abstract

ABSTRACT The aim of this research is to know if there are effects of teaching technique and vocabulary mastery towards student’s writing skill at State Vocational High Schools in Karawang West Java. The population of this research is all the state vocational high school students in Karawang. Meanwhile, the sample of this research is 60 students from two schools taken randomly. This research is experimental research with two factors; teaching technique using guessing song and conventional technique and vocabulary mastery. The data about vocabulary mastery and writing skill are taken through tests. It has tested the validity and reliability test. The data analysis, the researcher used SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) Program version 17,00. The result of data 1) There is a significant effect of teaching technique towards student’s writing skill. It is proved by Fo = 46.796 and sig = 0.000

Abstract

Internship is a compulsory subject in the form of student internship placement activities, to provide insight into the application of knowledge in the business/work world. Students practice their abilities and knowledge in analyzing problems related to the field of study program that occur in the business/work world. The implementation of internship began on January 20, 2020 until February 20, 2020 at a subsidiary of PT. Pupuk Indonesia Holding Company, namely PT. Pupuk Kujang Cikampek. PT. Pupuk Kujang Cikampek is a company that manages products such as urea fertilizer, NPK fertilizer, nitrea fertilizer, and ammonia. The problem that arises in the company is that there is an employee acceptance that is not appropriate or not based on where the employee lives. Which is where the recruitment process procedure through the website of PT. Pupuk Indonesia Holding Company.

Abstract

Segala upaya sudah dilakukan untuk mengurangi risiko penyebaran virus COVID-19. Salah satunya adalah Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB) yang dilakukan di beberapa kota besar di Indonesia, mensosialisasikan gerakan Social Distancing minimal 2 meter, dengan tidak melakukan kontak langsung dengan orang lain, serta menghindari pertemuan massal. Hal ini yang mendasari pentingnya meningkatkan kerja nyata bagi Perguruan Tinggi untuk turut serta dalam mencegah penularaan Covid 19 dengan memutus mata ratai dalam mengantisipasi penyebaran covid-19 kerja nyata Universitas Buana Perjuangan Karawang dalam menangkal penyebaran Covid 19. Dengan menggunakan metode yang di gunakan dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat Kerja Nyata Univeristas Buana Perjuangan Karawang anatara lain memperispkan bahan-bahan yang diperlukan untuk menangkal penyebaran Covid 19 membuat hand sanitaizer, membuat masker, membuat fasilitas pencegahan virus corona tempat cuci tangan, membuat pengumuman-pengumuman tentang pencegahan penyebaran covid 19 dan pengadaan masker untuk dibagiakan kepada dilingkungan kampus UBP Karawang dan masyarakat sekitar kampus dan di luar kampus. Abstract

This study aims to determine work competence, work discipline, and quality of employee services at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Karawang Regency, and to determine the effect of competence and work discipline on the quality of employee services at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Karawang Regency. The method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The population of this study was 76 people and the samples in this study were 76 respondents. The data produced is through a questionnaire as many as 32 statements from all variables. From the research results, the work competency varies influence direct to the quality of employee services, which is 7.9%, while the work discipline variables have a direct influence on the service quality employee by 24.5%. Competency and work discipline simultaneously influence toward direct employee service quality of 21.4%, and indirect 22.9%. Keywords: work competence, work discipline, service quality of employees Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kompetensi kerja, disiplin kerja, dan kualitas pelayanan pegawai di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil (Disdukcapil) Kabupaten Karawang, serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kualitas pelayanan pegawai di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil (Disdukcapil) Kabupaten Karawang. Metode yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 76 orang dan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 76 orang responden. Data yang dihasilkan adalah mealui kuesioner sebanyak 32 pernyataan dari keseluruhan variabel. Dari hasil penelitian varibel kompetensi kerja berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap kualitas pelayanan pegawai yaitu sebesar 7,9%, sedangkan variabel disiplin kerja mempunyai pengaruh langsung terhadap kualitas pelayanan pegawai sebesar 24,5%. Kompetensi dan disiplin kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kualitas pelayanan pegawai secara langsung sebesar 21,4%, dan secara tidak langsung 22,9%. Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini untuk (1) mengetahui perbedaan antara dua kategori konsumen dalam melakukan pembelian impulsif di Tokopedia; (2) mencari faktor - faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi dua kategori tersebut; (3) memperoleh model diskriminan dua faktor yang terbentuk; (4) mengetahui ketepatan hasil mengklasifikasi kasus dari model diskriminan tersebut. Manfaat penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar untuk penelitian berikutnya, serta menambah wawasan baru bagi program studi manajemen pemasaran. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif asosiatif hubungan kausal dengan metode analisis diskriminan, serta mempelajari literatur yang berkaitan dengan topik penelitian, dan penyebaran angket sebagai data primer. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, maka diperoleh dua variabel yang layak dianalisis, yaitu jenis kelamin dan pendapatan konsumen. Model diskriminan dua faktor yang terbentuk adalah Zscore = -13,737 + 1,911 (jenis_kelamin) + 0,875 (pendapatan). Pengujian validasi diperoleh angka ketepatan yaitu 59%, maka fungsi diskriminan tersebut dapat digunakan untuk memprediksi kasus kategori konsumen Tokopedia. Kata Kunci : Perilaku Konsumen, Faktor Pengaruh, Pembelian Impulsif. Absract The purpose of this study was to (1) find out the differences between the two categories of consumers making impulsive purchases on Tokopedia; (2) looking for the factors that affect the two categories; (3) obtain a two-factor discriminant model that is formed; (4) knowing the accuracy of the results of classifying cases from the discriminant model. The benefits of this research are expected to be the basis for further research, as well as add new insights to the marketing management study program. The research was conducted using the descriptive associative causal relationship with the discriminant analysis method, as well as studying the literature related to the research topic, and distributing questionnaires as primary data. Based on the results of the analysis, there are two variables that are worth analyzing, namely gender and consumer income. The two-factor discriminant model that is formed is Z score = -13,737 + 1,911 (gender) + 0.875 (income). In the validation test obtained the accuracy number is 59%, then the discriminant function can be used to predict cases of the Tokopedia consumer category.
