Abstract

The rapid development of the Haji and Umrah Travel Bureau industry at this time requires that a Haji and Umrah travel agency company must have the ability to compete. To address this, every Haji and Umrah travel agency company is required to improve its strategy in marketing its products. Because the implementation of an effective marketing strategy is one of the ways in which companies can distribute Haji/Umroh package products that suit the needs and demands of pilgrims. The purpose of this research is to analyze the marketing strategy for Haji and Umrah package products at Rizkia Tour & Travel Bukittinggi Branch. This study uses qualitative methods and belongs to field research with semi-structured interviews and documentation as data collection techniques. The findings from this study are that prospective pilgrims and Umrah pilgrims make choices about Umrah and Haji packages with considerations such as the type of Haji/Umrah packages, affordable Umrah and Haji package prices, comfort while traveling Umrah/Haji and so on.

Abstract

Increasingly fierce competition cannot be avoided by every company that wants to develop its business. The increasing intensity of competition and the number of competitors requires companies to always pay attention to customer needs and desires and try to meet customer expectations by providing more satisfying services than competitors do. Thus, only quality companies can compete and dominate the market. The aim of the research is to see what strategies analysis are carried out by the Dadok Tunggul Hitam Padang Laundry to improve the quality and productivity of its services. This research uses qualitative methods and is classified as field research with semi-structured interviews and documentation as data collection techniques. The findings from this research are that the Dadok Tunggul Hitam laundry has several strategies to improve its quality and productivity in serving its customers

Abstract

The role of the Umrah and Hajj Travel Bureau is very important for those carrying out the Hajj and Umrah pilgrimages, considering the very high value of the pilgrimage, and its implementation outside Indonesia. Demands for comfort in carrying out the Hajj and Umrah pilgrimages are left entirely to the Special Umrah and Hajj Travel Bureau. Regarding the high cost of the Hajj and Umrah pilgrimages, of course users of Umrah and Hajj Travel Bureau services will be very disappointed if the services provided do not meet the congregation's expectations, thereby reducing the congregation's comfort in worship. The aim of the research is to analyze the behavior of pilgrims in deciding whether to register for Umrah or Hajj at a Hajj and Umrah travel agency. This research uses qualitative methods and is classified as field research with semi-structured interviews and documentation as data collection techniques. The findings from this research are that there are several things that influence pilgrims to make their choice to register for Umrah or Hajj with a Hajj and Umrah travel agency, such as certainty of departure, comfort in service, adequate accommodation and so on.

Abstract

Oppa Box, yang bergerak di bidang makanan dan minuman khas Korea, menghadapi tantangan persaingan ketat di sektor kuliner serta ekspektasi konsumen yang dinamis, terutama dari generasi muda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi strategi peningkatan daya saing, meningkatkan kapasitas manajerial dan operasional karyawan, menerapkan teknologi digital untuk efisiensi, serta mengembangkan strategi pemasaran yang tepat sasaran bagi Oppa Box. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus pada Oppa Box salah satu UMKM di Lubuk Begalung, Padang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan manajemen dan karyawan, observasi langsung terhadap proses kerja, serta dokumentasi. Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam optimalisasi proses operasional, peningkatan kualitas layanan dan kepuasan pelanggan, pengembangan keterampilan sumber daya manusia, serta membuka peluang ekspansi bisnis bagi Oppa Box. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan fondasi yang kokoh untuk pertumbuhan jangka panjang dan memperkuat posisi Oppa Box di industri kuliner UMKM berbasis budaya Korea.

Abstract

Currently, competition in the world of work is getting tougher and unemployment is increasing. Forcing the government to immediately overcome unemployment by expanding job opportunities is impossible. Unemployment does not only come from people who do not have expertise in certain fields but also from employees who are retired early by companies, both large and small companies. Thus, you can imagine how many Indonesians do not have jobs. In this case there must be awareness from the whole community to play an active role in overcoming unemployment because the government only helps with government programs such as UKM (Small and Medium Enterprises). When running a small and medium business, you need a business analysis so that the business can run well, one of these businesses is a Padang restaurant. The aim of the research is to analyze small and medium Padang restaurant businesses. This research uses qualitative methods and is classified as field research with semi-structured interviews and documentation as data collection techniques. The findings from this research are that there are several things that need to be improved in managing a Padang restaurant business, including: the quality of the food must remain stable, the taste of the employees is friendly, the business premises are clean, prayer places must be provided and so on.

Abstract

The Center for Community Learning Activities (PKBM) is an institution established by the community for people engaged in education. PKBM has now become a forum or facilitator for meetings between learning needs and resources, a meeting facilitator between people with learning needs and learning resources so that learning events occur. The implementation of this service is to provide an introduction to the science of entrepreneurship to PKBM students so that later after completing their education at PKBM the students already have what business provisions are suitable to start when completing education at this PKBM. The methods used in this activity are lectures, questions and answers and simulations. Based on this, the solution given to students at PKBM is to provide material and an introduction to the tricks of starting and developing a business so that they are able to take advantage of existing business opportunities

Abstract

Perkembangan dunia industri yang sangat pesat pada sekarang ini menuntut suatu perusahaan memiliki kemampuan bersaing. Untuk menyikapi hal tersebut, maka setiap perusahaan dituntut untuk memperbaiki strategi didalam memasarkan produknya. Karena penerapan strategi pemasaran yang efektif adalah salah satu cara yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan agar dapat mendistribusikan produk yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan permintaan konsumen. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk menganalisa strategi pemasaran produk Pina Furniture Bypass Lubeg Padang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan tergolong kepada field research dengan wawancara semi terstruktur dan dokumentasi sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Temuan dari penelitian ini bahwa calon konsumen furniture dalam membeli furniture dengan pertimbangan seperti produk unik, harga yang terjangkau, nyaman dipakai dan lain sebagainya.

Abstract

Starlight Green Farm is a free-range chicken farming business located on Jalan Air Cold Balai Gadang Koto Tangah Padang, where the service is being carried out to provide an introduction to digital marketing in these difficult times as a result of the Covid-19 Pandemic in February 2020 which is still impacting the Starlight business. Green Farm. There is still a lack of knowledge from business owners, which encourages this community service team to provide information about digital marketing regarding the use of information technology in marketing. With this activity, it is hoped that business owners will be motivated to use digital marketing in order to get opportunities and use it as a means of communication in increasing their business income. The methods used in this activity are lectures, questions and answers and simulations. Based on this, the solution provided to the Starlight Green Farm business is to provide material and an introduction to digital marketing to increase business income so that it is able to take advantage of marketing opportunities through online and offline media.
