Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to determine the influence of product quality and work service on customer satisfaction, simultaneously and partially. The object of research is consumers of PT. Kelola Printing Jakarta Timur. The number of respondents was 83. The data collection technique uses random sampling. This study uses quantitative method by first establishing the concept in the variables based on the relevant theory. Furthermore, the data collection technique used a questionnaire. The survey method is used in the sampling process from a predetermined population. Based on the results of analysis, it is known that the variable of product quality and work service quality have an effect on customer satisfaction simultaneously. The F table value is 104, 237 with a significance of 0.00. The product quality and service quality variables influence the consumer satisfaction by 72.3%, while the rest is influenced by other variables not analyzed or not included in the model. The product quality variable significantly influences consumer satisfaction, based on the value of t-count of 12.719 and a significance value of 0.000. the product quality variable influences consumer satisfaction by 64.7%, the rest is influenced by other variables. The service quality variable significantly influences the satisfaction, because the value of t-count is 7.383 and the significance value is 0.000. The service quality variable influences the consumer satisfaction by 40.2%, while the rest is influenced by other variables

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of promotional strategies using social media and price strategies with the interest in buying airline services on the Jakarta-Singapore route of AirAsia. This study applies a survey by taking samples directly to the population. This research uses a causality design, to analyze the influence of the Instagram online promotion variable and the price strategy to increase buying interest, through hypothesis testing. Respondents were determined by non-probability technique with purposive judgment sampling method. The results showed that the promotion strategy through Instagram social media had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. A positive t value indicates that the promotion variable through Instagram social media has an effect that is directly proportional to purchase intention. pricing strategy has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. A positive t value indicates that the price variable has an effect that is directly proportional to purchase intention. Promotion through Instagram social media and price strategy simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. Abstract

This implementation of community devotion aims to : (1) Present the definition of entrepreneurship, (2) Promote motivation for being young entrepreneur, (3) Give insight about the advantage of being entrepreneur, and (4) Provide the opportunity for employment. By implementing this community devotion, hopefully, the UMKM will get to knowIBI Kosgoro 57 better and that they can recocnize the capability of getting knowledge theoretically, as well as consulting comprehensively that can be received in this university. Even as simple as sharing insightand experiences about entreprenership could be obtained as provision and mativation in developing business as well as being comparison to what they have accomplished. This community devotion also provides a good opportunity for IBI Kongoro 57 lecturers in trem of public services. As for the student and alumni, they are expected to have more open mind and a strong desire mind to try and dive into the entrepreneurhip world after this seminar.

Abstract

The shift of conventional learning systems to online systems is very, very sudden, there has been no thorough preparation. But everything must be carried out so that the learning process continues to run smoothly and all students actively participate in learning even in the Covid-19 pandemic situation. Microsoft Office PowerPoint or PowerPoint is a computer program that is used for presentations, this application was developed by Microsoft in a package of office applications, namely Microsoft Office, in addition to Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and several other programs. PowerPoint runs on Microsoft Windows and Apple Macintosh for Apple Mac OS users, although initially this application runs on the Xenix operating system. PowerPoint has been widely used, especially in offices and business people, teachers, students, and trainers. His version continues to grow from the 2003 version of the Microsoft Office System, Microsoft changed the name from Microsoft PowerPoint alone to Microsoft Office PowerPoint. Then, in Office 2013, the name is simply abbreviated as PowerPoint and it continues to develop PowerPoint is version 15 and so on until now

Abstract

Desa Cikarageman, Bekasi merupakan salah satu desa yang memanfaatkan pekarangan rumah untuk budidaya ikan lele. Desa Cikarageman Bekasi menjadi salah satu mitra IBI Kosgoro 1957 untuk mengembangkan kegiatan masyarakat untuk meningkatkan taraf hidup di masa pandemi. Usaha budidaya lele yang sudah berjalan ini harus dikelola dengan green marketing agar dapat berjalan dengan baik dan dapat diterima oleh semua kalangan. Upaya ini baik dilakukan pada setiap siklus panen, namun dalam beberapa bulan terakhir produksi belum sesuai dengan hasil yang diharapkan. Ketidaksesuaian tersebut disebabkan oleh rendahnya pemahaman masyarakat desa tentang budidaya ikan lele dengan tong di sekitar rumah, dan nilai jual yang masih rendah karena salah paham dalam meningkatkan nilai tambah ikan lele. Program kemitraan yang telah terbentuk diharapkan mampu menerapkan green marketing sehingga dapat berkelanjutan setiap tahunnya.
