Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar tanggapan responden mengenai bauran pemasaran 7P yaitu Place, Price, Promotion, Product, People, Process, Physical Evidence. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan objek penelitian masyarakat yang menjadi konsumen dan target dari hotel Merpati Pontianak. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa obesrvasi, wawancara dan kuisioner yang disebarkan terhadap seluruh tamu yang menginap di hotel Merpati Pontianak sebanyak 30 orang responden yang kemudian data dikelompokkan menurut kriteria yang ada dan hasil masing-masing jawaban pertanyaan dijumlahkan, dari hasil penjumlahan tersebut ditentukan persentasenya dan diambil suatu kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa persepsi pelanggan hotel terhadap kebijaksanaan pemasaran hotel merpati Pontianak seperti place, price, promotion, product, people, process, physical evidence dilihat dari secara keseluruhan baik. Berdasarkan proses perhitungan diperoleh total rata-rata skor sebesar 26,06 dengan nilai rata-rata secara keseluruhan 3,72. Jadi berdasarkan perhitungan tersebut dapat dikatakan bahwa penerapan bauran promosi yakni place, price, promotion, product, people, process, physical evidence yang dilakukan oleh hotel Merpati Pontianak dalam kategori baik, sebesar 3,72 berada pada rentang 3,40 – 4,19.

Abstract

This study was conducted to gain an in-depth understanding of what and how effective the use of digital applications to promote public health is due to the increasingly powerful impact of technology, including public health. This elephant utilizes the data we search electronically on compounds of health publications and technologies released between 2010 and 2022. We examine them under a biological approach that involves a series of techniques such as coding the data, evaluating the data thoroughly, and approaching conclusions so that we will get answers. Finally, digital applications to promote public health, especially in Indonesia, are a non-negotiable necessity, considering the effectiveness and innovation provided by technology that can complete health tasks that have been carried out manually. These findings will be helpful for further studies.

Abstract

In the modern workplace, high work pressure and demands are the main factors affecting employee well-being. Excessive workloads and unbalanced working conditions can cause prolonged work stress. One of the factors contributing to work stress is Work-life balance, which is a condition of physical, emotional, and mental fatigue caused by excessive workloads without adequate balance between work and personal life. This study aims to examine the effect of work-life balance and workload on work stress among employees of PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Pontianak Branch Office. The method used in this study is quantitative with a survey approach, using primary data obtained through questionnaires distributed to 84 respondents who are permanent employees of Bank BNI, Pontianak City Branch. The analytical tool used to process the data is SPSS, which is an analytical method for testing the relationship between variables. The results of the study indicate that Work-Life Balance does not have a positive and significant effect on Work Stress and Workload has a significant effect on work stress. These findings indicate the importance of work-life balance and Workload in influencing work stress in employees.

Abstract

In the digital era, electronic word of mouth (eWOM) has become a key factor in shaping consumer behavior on e-commerce platforms, especially in Indonesia, where marketplaces like Tokopedia dominate online transactions with a user base reaching hundreds of millions. However, the influence of electronic word of mouth is often mediated by consumers' level of trust in the platform and its recommendations. This study aims to analyze the role of trust as a mediating variable in the relationship between electronic word of mouth and purchasing decisions among Tokopedia users in Pontianak City. This study aims to analyze the role of trust in mediating the influence of electronic word of mouth on purchasing decisions, using a case study on the Tokopedia marketplace platform in Pontianak City. This study used a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were obtained through questionnaires distributed to 137 respondents who had made purchases on the Tokopedia marketplace platform in Pontianak City. Data analysis was performed using the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling method using SmartPLS 4.1 software. The results of this study indicate that electronic word of mouth has no effect, while trust has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Furthermore, trust was shown to significantly mediate the relationship between electronic word of mouth and purchasing decisions. These findings confirm that consumer trust plays a significant role in enhancing purchasing decisions through positive reviews, ratings, and customer comments on the Tokopedia marketplace platform.
