Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect simultaneously and partially between Compensation and Work Discipline on the Performance of the Ciamis Shopee Express Courier. The research method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used the saturated sample method with a total sample of 35 peoples. Data collection techniques using online questionnaires. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS 26. The results show that compensation and work discipline have a significant effect on performance simultaneously. Partially, compensation has a significant effect on performance. Partially, work discipline has a significant effect on performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and product quality on consumer satisfaction using Astrajingga outdoor equipment rental services (Survey of Astrajingga Store Consumers). The method used in this study is causality through a survey approach. With a research sample of 100 Astrajingga Store Consumers. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS 26.0. The results showed that service quality has a very good rating classification, product quality has a very good rating classification, while consumer satisfaction has a good rating classification for Astrajingga Store Consumers in Tasikmalaya City. Simultaneously service quality and product quality have a significant influence on customer satisfaction. Partially, service quality has a significant influence on consumer satisfaction and product quality has a significant influence on consumer satisfaction using Astrajingga Outdoor Equipment Rental Services.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and service quality on consumer satisfaction Coffee Shop Fullhoper in Tasikmalaya simultaneously and partially. By using survey research method, the sample technique used is accidental sampling and taken as many as 100 people. The analytical tools used in this research are classical assumption test andregression multiple. The results showed that the effect of product quality and service quality simultaneously had a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Product quality and service quality partially significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This purpose of this study to determine the effect of work environment and occupational health safety on employee performance CV. Meera Jaya Sentosa Kota Tasikmalaya. The method used is a quantitative method with a research sample of 50 respondents who are an employee at CV. Meera Jaya Sentosa at Kota Tasikmalaya. The data is used primary data and secondary data. The analitytical tool in this research is multiple regression using by SPSS version 25. The result showed that simultaneously work environment and occupational health safety has a significant influence on employee performance. Partially work environment has a significant influence on employee performance. Partially occupational health safety has a significant on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and work motivation on employee performance at PT. BPR Siliwangi Tasikmalaya. The research method used is descriptive and associative method. The research population is the employees of PT. BPR Siliwangi Tasikmalaya with 51 employees. The sample in this study amounted to 51 employees and used a saturated sample. Data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that simultaneously and partially, leadership and motivation each have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Overall, leadership and motivation have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Abstract

The stock price is the main consideration for every investor or trader when they want to buy assets or shares in a company. This study aims to determine the effect simultaneously or partially of the rupiah exchange rate variable, interest rate variable and inflation variable. The population used in this study is the annual financial statements of PT. Gudang Garam Tbk in 2015-2022. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative research. The sample selection uses a saturated sample. The sample used is the annual financial report of PT. Gudang Garam Tbk in 2015-2022. Source of data in this research is secondary data in the form of financial reports. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 25. Based on the results of the study it was concluded that exchange rates, interest rates and inflation simultaneously have a significant effect on stock prices. The rupiah exchange rate partially has a significant effect on stock prices. Interest rates partially have a significant effect on stock prices. Inflation partially has a significant effect on stock prices

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of compensation and work discipline both simultaneously and partially on the work productivity of production employees at PT. Daiwani Putra Utama. The method used in this study is a survey. With a research sample of 70 production employees as respondents. The data used is using primary and secondary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSS version 25 support application. The test results show that simultaneously the variables used in the study, namely compensation and work discipline, have a significant effect on the work productivity of employees in the production department at PT. Daiwani Putra Utama. Likewise, partially, there is a significant effect of compensation on the work productivity of employees in the production section, and partially, there is a significant effect between work discipline on the work productivity of employees in the PT. Daiwani Putra Utama.
