Abstract

Latar Belakang : Posyandu merupakan salah satu pelayanan kesehatan untuk memudahkanmasyarakat untuk mengetahui atau memeriksakan kesehatan terutama ibu dan anak balita).Kurangnya pengetahuan orang tua balita mengenai posyandu mengakibatkan balita tidak naik beratbadan, mengalami kekurangan gizi dan mengalami penyakit berbahaya karena tidak di imunisasi.Tujuan : Untuk mengidentifikasi pengetahuan orang tua balita sebelum diberikan promosi kesehatantentang posyandu, mengindentifikasi pengetahuan orang tua balita sesudah diberikan promosikesehatan tentang posyandu serta menganalisa pengaruh promosi kesehatan tentang posyanduterhadap peningkatan pengetahuan orang tua balita.Metode : penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif analitik yang berupaya mencari pengaruh antara variabel.Menggunakan desain penelitian One-Group Pretest-Postest dengan jumlah populasi 361 orang dansampel 78 responden. Analisa data menggunakan uji Paired Samples T Test.Hasil penelitian : Menunjukkan tingkat pengetahuan sebelum diberikan promosi kesehatan palingbesar pada kategori kurang sebesar 62,1% dan setelah diberikan promosi kesehatan tingkatpengetahuan responden paling besar ada pada kategori baik sebesar 97,4%. Analisa data menunjukkansignifikansi lebih kecil dari 5% (p=0,000<0,05).Simpulan : Ada pengaruh promosi kesehatan tentang posyandu terhadap peningkatan pengetahuanorang tua balita

Abstract

Background: One of the biggest causes of maternal mortality is bleeding due to anemia. Pregnancy makes big changes to the body of a pregnant woman, one of the changes that occurs is the hematological system. Purpose : this study was to determine the effect of intake of boiled chicken eggs on increasing hemoglobin levels in pregnant women at the Melonguane Health Center, Talaud Islands District. Method : This type of research is quasi experiment using pre test-post test with one group design which was carried out on 19 samples determined by purposive sampling. Collecting data using a pre-test post-test checklist observation sheet and an observation checklist sheet for giving boiled chicken eggs. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon with a significance p value <0.05. Results: test Wilcoxon showed the effect of consuming boiled chicken eggs on a significant increase in hemoglobin levels of pregnant women with a ρ value of 0.001 <0.05. The average difference in hemoglobin levels before and after the intervention was 1.13. It is recommended that pregnant women consume boiled chicken eggs to help improve nutritional status in preventing anemia in pregnant women.

Abstract

Terapi komplementer kebidanan merupakan upaya-upaya pemulihan kesehatan yang meliputi perawatan (treatment) dan pengobatan penyakit baik untuk bu hamil, bersaln, nifas bayi dan anak. Situasi krisis dan bencana merupakan suatu hal yang tidak bisa predksi di wilayah yang rentan bencana sehingga dapat memberikan antisipasi dapat diberikan pada pertolongan pertama bencana. Tujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan Kesehatan ibu dan anak dengan interprofessional collaboration kebidanan komplementer dan trauma healing kepada masyarakat yang terdampak abrasi pantai di kabupaten Minahasa Selatan. Metode yang dberikan adalah penerapan asuhan komplementer pada ibu hamil dan trauma heailng pada anak-anak dan pelatihan Bantuan Hidup Dasar (BHD). Kegiatan yang sudah dilakukan adalah pelayanan pijat punggung pada ibu hamil sebanyak 10 ibu hamil, anak-anak diberikan trauma healing sebayak 38 anak serta masyarakat umumnya diberikan Bantuan Hidup Dasar sebanyak 50 KK

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the negative impacts of instant food consumption on children's health. Instant food is often consumed because of its ease of preparation, but its nutritional content is not balanced. The method used is a review of literature studies from various health journals, nutrition articles, and reports from international health organizations such as WHO. The literature reviewed focuses on the impact of instant food consumption on children's physical and mental health. The results of the study show that instant foods that are high in salt, sugar, fat, and preservatives can cause various health problems, such as obesity, diabetes, hypertension, and cognitive development disorders. In addition, high levels of sodium and trans fat in instant foods can affect the body's metabolic function, increasing the risk of chronic diseases later in life. Lack of fiber intake in instant foods also contributes to digestive problems and lack of essential nutrients for children. Therefore, it is important for parents to be more selective in choosing the food consumed by children. Reducing the consumption of instant foods and replacing them with more nutritious foods is very necessary to support optimal child growth and development
