Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of variables in store stimuli and sales person on impulsive buying consumers on Alfamart area district of Ngaliyan Semarang. In 2003 and 2011, Nielsen conducted a survey of Indonesian modern retail buyers tend to buy something that was not planned. Average monthly sales from January to April 2017, Alfamart retail in the Ngaliyan area of Semarang largely has not met the targets set by the company. Technique of collecting data was done through distributing questionnaires in Alfamart area of Ngaliyan Sub-district and interviewed to company management regarding stimulus that has been created and literature studyies as well. Data analysis techniques used were the validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression test with the help of SPSS software version22. The result of regression positive influence on consumer impulsive buying, and the influence of sales person was greater that in store stimuli. The result of analysis showed that all variable of this research were positive influence on  consumer impulsive buying. Coefficient determination is 0,288, it means that 28,8% of impulsive buying consumer could be explained by in store stimuli and sales person

Abstract

PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) Branch of Central Java is a company engaged in the field of social insurance business owned by the Republic of Indonesia in the Central Java region. This research aims to determine the effect of work discipline and quality of work life on the employee performance of PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) Branch of Central Java. The data collection methods used in this research are observation and questionnaires which were distributed to 39 employees of PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) Branch of Central Java using saturation sampling.  The methods of data analysis used are validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination,.  The results of this research shows that work discipline and quality of work life have positive and significant effect both partially and simultaneously on the employee performance.  The result of the analysis obtained Adjusted R2 value is 0,423, it means that the contribution of independent variables in influencing the dependent variable is 42,3% while the remaining 0,577 or 57,7% is influenced by other factors which are not examined in this research.

Abstract

E-Commerce has experienced very rapid development in Indonesia in recent years. Its practical, making shopping easier and even cheaper, makes people interested in connecting with the world of e-commerce. Given the importance of students' alacrity in dealing with the world of e-commerce, important material related to e-commerce is taught to students. Seeing from these problems, it is appropriate to build a learning media that can help students in their efforts to understand the e-commerce business. The learning media used are based on blended learning, where the learning process is carried out through two main elements, namely classroom learning (classroom lessons ) and learning with online learning. In this study, the first thing to do is to describe in full and detail any material that will be delivered to students in E-Commerce courses, referring to SAP and Silabi. The next step is to make observations in class and distribute questionnaires to students to map in detail which materials are easy, medium and which are difficult. From these results, an E-Commerce course learning flow was made which represents the learning model of blended learning which will then be implemented as a learning media

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze several antecedent variables that affect the performance of the work group in star hotels in Central Java. The sample of this research is the functional team from each work division consisting of managers as group leaders, supervisors and functional staff as group members. Methods of data collection by distributing questionnaires, interviews, observation and literature study. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling techniques. Based on statistical results, the six hypotheses that have been proposed show a significant positive effect on all relationships between variables and the two hypotheses have no effect. The indirect effect of the independent variable on group achievement produces one strategy, which is to link group cohesiveness to group achievement through Valuntary adhocratic capability. The dominant influence between variables is shown from the relationship between group cohesiveness and group achievement.

Abstract

PT Jasco Logistic Semarang is one of the companies engaged in the field of freight forwarding. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of employee engagement, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), and work ethics on employee performance at PT Jasco Logistic Semarang. Data collection methods used were interviews, literature study, and questionnaires distributed to 31 respondents with a sampling method that is saturated sample. Data analysis methods include validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, T test, F test, and coefficient of determination. The results showed that employee engagement, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), and work ethics have a joint influence on employee performance. Based on the coefficient of determination test, the value on the Adjusted R Square is 0.802, which means the contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable is 80.2% while the remaining 0.198 or 19.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
