Abstract

Masalah pandemi Covid-19 telah memperburuk kemampuan keluarga untuk bertahan menyelamatkan keutuhan keluarga. Hal ini ditandai dengan terus meningkatnya angka perceraian. Di Sleman misalnya, tercatat ada 1.106 pasangan bercerai hingga Juli 2020 lalu. Setidaknya ada empat pilar ketahanan keluarga yang terdampak kelangsungan sebuah keluarga yang berujung meningkatnya angka perceraian di masa pandemi Covid-19 antara lain ketahanan fisik, ekonomi, sosial psikologi dan sosial budaya. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mewujudkan empat pilar keluarga tangguh melalui pendampingan gerakan ECCOHEALTH (Economis, Communication, and Healthy). Kajian ini menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan dan penelitian lapangan dengan mengajukan daftar pertanyaan dalam bentuk kuesioner kepada warga di Umbulharjo dan Ambarketawang. Metode yang digunakan yaitu FGD (Focus Group Discussion), wawancara, penyuluhan, dan pelatihan. Evaluasi diberikan dengan memberikan sejumlah pertanyaan-pernyataan untuk masing-masing materi melalui teknik pre-test dan post-test yakni pengisian sebelum dan setelah pemberian materi. Dengan teknik ini diketahui adanya peningkatan pengetahuan yang diterima oleh warga di Umbulharjo dan Ambarketawang. Hasil kajian menunjukkan setelah kegiatan penyuluhan dan dilakukan pre-test dan post-test, diketahui bahwa pemahaman peserta terhadap empat indikator ketahanan keluarga mengalami peningkatan secara cukup signifikan.

Abstract

This study aimed to highlight the view of educators on the teachers’ willingness to change in adapting to online learning due to the Coronavirus disease 19 (COVID -19) pandemic. The sudden shifting required readiness to facilitate both synchronous and asynchronous learning interactions. The results of previous studies on the dissatisfaction with the online learning quality during the pandemic triggered this study. Teachers preferred to use task-based learning and resisted incorporating technology in the learning process. The limited literature provided a study gap investigated in the present study. Therefore, the real-time virtual focus group discussions were carried out to obtain viewpoints about teachers’ willingness to change in which 31 participants, including teachers, principals, and supervisors, shared their viewpoints. Moreover, dynamic discussions were conducted through brainstorming using Mentimeter, collecting viewpoints via zoom poll, and discussion engagements in the primary and breakout rooms. Content analysis revealed three categories: willingness to learn, try, and be open. The result provided novelty essential as a new perspective and proposed possible solutions to address the problems shifting from regular to online learning in Indonesia. Finally, this study recommends future investigation of teachers’ willingness to change as a new concept of professional development in establishing quality learning.

Abstract

Islamic business ethics is the implementation of the basic principles of Islamic-based business, which the Al-Qur'an and As-Sunnah guide. This study will explain online business practices in Indonesia by observing an Islamic perspective. This study uses a qualitative strategy by investigating Islamic business ethics in online business practices in Indonesia through information and document data collection in the form of reputable online media news. Data were analyzed and managed using Nvivo plus 12; then, conclusions were drawn. The aim of this study is achieved by finding that there are still many ethical violations in online business practices from a religious perspective. The findings also reveal that Islamic values are rarely used in business implementation because some violations occur not based on the intention of worship and are not based on Islamic principles such as At-Tauhid, Al-Amanah, As-Sidq, Al-Adalah, At-Ta'awun, Al-Maslahah, At-Taradi, and Al-Akhlaq Al-Karimah. This also proves that online business practices are still oriented to worldly aspects. The implication of the results of this study explains that doing business activities from an Islamic perspective contains principles that comprehensively govern ethics. So that the purpose of doing business is not solely for the interests of worldly welfare but the welfare of the ukhrawi in the pleasure of Allah SWT, and the benchmarks are al-Qur'an and al-Hadith

Abstract

Mitra Pengabdian Masyarakat ini adalah Kelompok Kerja Lembaga Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Kelurahan (KKLPMK) yang berlokasi di Dusun Kuthan, Jatirejo, Lendah Kulonprogo. Adapun permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah kesiapan KKLPMK dalam merencanakan pengembangan potensi wilayah yaitu Bukit Pereng yang akan dijadikan sebagai Wisata Bumi Perkemahan sebagai strategi pemberdayaan UMKM dan perekonomian warga. Bukit pereng memiliki nilai estetika karena lokasi yang bersebelahan dengan sungai Progo, dengan lahan luas kepemilikan Tanah Sultan Ground. Solusi yang diberikan adalah memberikan program penyuluhan, pendampingan, dan motivasi. Metode pelaksanaan program yang dipilih adalah Focus Group Discussion (FGD), identifikasi pelaku usaha di wilayah setempat, penyuluhan kewirausahaan bagi UMKM, dan Pendampingan melalui Branding. Hasil pelaksanaan pengabdian antara lain adanya kesamaan persepsi tentang rencana program pengembangan Bumi Perkemahan, kesadaran anggota KKLPMK tentang Potensi Usaha, identifikasi pelaku usaha, dan Peningkatan pengetahuan akan Kewirausahaan UMKM bagi pelaku usaha pendukung. Program ini memberikan manfaat bagi warga dalam proses penyiapan Wisata Bumi Perkemahan sebagai embrio pemberdayaan ekonomi warga berbasis potensi lokal.

Abstract

This research identifies leadership styles at private universities in Central Java, analyzes organizational culture, and formulates strategies for the success/survival of private universities. Primary data was obtained through in-depth interviews with 9 university leaders as informants, with stratified sampling based on excellent, excellent, and good accreditation categories. Semi-structured interviews focused on leadership approaches, organizational culture, success strategies, and challenges. The data were analyzed using ATLAS.TI with thematic analysis. The results show that private universities have characteristics, such as leadership styles, that form different organizational cultures. There are differences in higher education management strategies between accreditation categories, especially in strategic priorities according to institutional goals. Superiorly accredited universities tend to prioritize research excellence, international collaboration, and innovative academic programs. The implication is that understanding the relationship between leadership, organizational culture, and strategic priorities can help universities align these elements for optimal effectiveness in achieving success in the competitive environment of higher education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji peran mediasi kepuasan kerja dalam menjelaskan pengaruh komitmen afektif, dukungan organisasi terhadap OCB di SMA Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. Metode penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif yang dilakukan pada 233 guru. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner survei dengan skala likert. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan model pengukuran dan model struktural dengan alat analisis Smart PLS. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komitmen afektif dan dukungan organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja. Namun demikian, kepuasan kerja tidak terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap OCB. Secara lebih lanjut hasil membuktikan bahwa komitmen afektif berpengaruh positif terhadap OCB, dukungan organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap OCB. Penelitian ini tidak dapat membuktikan peranan mediasi kepuasan kerja dalam menjelaskan pengaruh komitmen afektif terhadap OCB, demikian pula pengaruh mediasi kepuasan kerja dalam dukungan organisasi terhadap OCB. Kesimpulannya ialah kepuasan kerja tidak dapat memediasi komitmen afektif, dukungan organisasi,terhadap OCB.
