Abstract

Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis tingkat kesadaran terhadap literasi keuangan di antara masyarakat Melayu di daerah tepi sungai melalui studi kasus di Desa Tanjung Putri, Kalimantan Tengah. Data primer yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dari kuesioner dan wawancara. Penelitian ini menggunakan regresi logistik biner menggunakan aplikasi SPSS, sedangkan set data wawancara menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jenis kelamin, pendapatan per bulan dan latar belakang pendidikan tidak berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap tingkat kesadaran literasi keuangan di masyarakat Desa Tanjung Putri. Ini terjadi karena pengalaman masa lalu tentang literasi keuangan. The main objective of this study is to identify and analyze the awareness level to financial literacy among Malay society in the riverside area with a case study in Tanjung Putri Village, Central Kalimantan. Primary data used in this study are collected from questionnaire and interview. The study uses binary logistic regression using SPSS application, whereas the interview datas use descriptive analysis. The result shows that gender, income per month and education background has no positive significant effect on the awareness level of financial literacy in Tanjung Putri Village society. These are happening because of past experience of financial literacy.

Abstract

Nowadays, there are enormous challenges toward this era, especially the young generation between 20 and first 30 years old who will face quarterlife crisis phase in which one of the causes is literate or not literate to finance. The grand objective of this research is to analyze gender, income per month, and marital status toward the awareness level to sharia financial literacy in the quarterlife crisis phase for IAIN Palangka Raya Alumni in 2010-2015. Primary data applied in this study are compiled from questionnaires and interviews with mixed methods. This research uses multiple regression with SPSS application, while the interview data uses descriptive analysis. The result reveals that gender and income per month have no significant influence on the awareness level of sharia financial literacy, but marital status has a significant influence on the awareness level of sharia financial literacy for IAIN Palangka Raya Alumni on 2010-2015.

Abstract

Turnover intention is the permanent resignation of employees voluntarily (voluntary) or not (involuntary) from an organization. In fact, human resources are an investment for the organization. This study will attempt to review the symptoms that occur during a pandemic through a review of Turnover Intentions obtained by job satisfaction and job imperfections. This study aims to see the effect of job satisfaction and job insecurity on turnover intentions in the case study of the Presidium business unit. The object of this research is the Marketing Executive with a saturated sample technique method and a questionnaire to 158 respondents. Data were analyzed using the SPSS 22 application, traffic conclusions with multiple data analysis techniques. The results of this study can ignore that the variables of job satisfaction and job insecurity have a positive influence on turnover intention. This explains that Turnover Intentions are a symptom that occurs during a pandemic. The implications for the findings of the review results can be used as insights for organizations in facing a pandemic period and can become a future research agenda for a more comprehensive organizational review.

Abstract

Gamification is a game design in a non-game context that can be applied to the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) business. This study aims to see how the role of gamification can be a model in MSMEs business activities and performance. The sample is 13 of 34 MSMEs business managed by students at the Provincial level in Indonesia who are student representatives at the Branch Leaders, Branch Managers, and Regional Leaders in a hierarchical structure. First, the root of the problem is viewed from secondary data through theoretical studies (literature reviews, reports, and reputable media data) and observations of empirical aspects (observation and interviews). In the next stage, the data is processed using the Nvivo 12 application with coding similarity analysis. Then the results of the study are used as a reference and conclusions through the data obtained. Based on the analysis results, the study agenda was prepared to answer the challenge of demographic bonuses and the middle-income trap on the contribution of MSMEs in facing changes in the economic order in the new normal era. The implication is to become a business model for MSMEs in overcoming human capital problems by encouraging creative and innovative attitudes and traits. Furthermore, the application of gamification as a business strategy shows an interconnected and supportive soul as a solution with an impact on behavior change, motivation, and psychological effects of entrepreneurship. Thus, users, such as managers, employees, dan customers, to be involved in the selling process through gamification.

Abstract

Gamification is a game design in a non-game context that can be applied to the UMKM business. This study investigates how gamification strategies can play a role in entrepreneurial behavior on attitudes, subjective norms and behavior control, and entrepreneurship education through self-efficacy, experience, and program involvement. The method in this study used a qualitative research strategy with a sample of 442 respondents. First, the root of the problem is reviewed from the literature review and strengthened by collecting data from the in-depth interview process. Furthermore, the data is processed using the Nvivo 12 application with word similarity analysis then the results of the study are used as a reference and conclusion through the data obtained. Finally, based on these results, research contributions are used to answer problems in the Organization's role to solve the relationship between gamification strategies for employee performance in improving entrepreneurial behavior and strengthening entrepreneurial education activities. The findings in this study indicate that the application of gamification with a total percentage of 100% can be used as a strategy for UMKM business recovery in the new normal era as a whole on each element that supports each other to have an impact on motivation, behavior change and psychological effects.

Abstract

This study seeks to expand the horizon of existing literatures on the Max Weber thought and its influence towards the Islamic economics view. This study uses library research method and web research method. It answers question about the theory of Max Weber and how its influence towards Islamic economics development, particularly in work purposes and ethics. This study compares Max Weber thought and Islamic view about economic in which the economic activity that is criticized by the work and ethic in Islam. In the end of this study shows that rationality theory from Max Weber is not in line with the Islamic economics view completely.

Abstract

This research aims to measure the level of Islamic financial literacy among students by reviewing 2 dimensions, 8 variables, and 33 indicators obtained from literature studies and experts. This study applied  mix method to qualitative and quantitative data with a total sample of 273 respondents. The data were obtained from interview and online FGD and then processed by word similarity analysis as well as validity  and reliability tests, the results of which are used as reference and conclusion. The analysis shows that the level of understanding of financial literacy among students remains significantly low, proven by the value of the interpretation of respondents reaching below 40% despite valid and reliable variables and indicators. Meanwhile, the analysis of the relationship between each variable that consists of supporting indicators shows that each variable affects one another. This study generates a financial literacy index serving as a measuring tool in bridging the SDGs of Islamic Finance. It implies the necessity of increasing the understanding of Islamic finance with the concept of literacy for students as an agenda to achieve a demographic bonus.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic brought about employees to be less enthusiastic due to the declining competitiveness and switching systems from offline to online. This study closely scrutinized how gamification strategies assume a part in entrepreneurial behavior on attitudes, subjective norms and behavioral control, and entrepreneurial education through self-efficacy, experience, and program involvement. Purposive sampling was utilized to choose a sample of 442 informants for this qualitative study. The review was carried out through a literature study and reinforced by in-depth interviews. The data was coded using the Nvivo 12 application with word similarity analysis at a maximum percentage of 100%. Based on the results of word similarity, there was a similarity in the relationship related to cluster analysis which classified the mutually supportive roles among variables as a business strategy during the pandemic. Overall, the application of gamification displays an impact on motivation, behavior change, and psychological effects on entrepreneurial behavior and education. The research contribution is utilized to address issues in the role of the organization as a solution to the relationship between gamification strategies and employee performance. The application of gamification strategies plays a role in opening fascinating exploration in the future. Further studies are expected to discuss pertaining business strategies in dealing with unexpected moments such as the COVID-19 pandemic.
