Abstract

Indonesia memiliki keragaman hayati dalam jumlah yang cukup banyak.  Salah satu dari flora yang hidup dan banyak ditemui di Indonesia adalah Sengon (Paraserianthes falcataria L.). Kelebihan dari tanaman sengon adalah daun, buah, pohon dan akar sengon dapat dimanfaatkan secara ekonomis.Bagian yang memberikan manfaat paling besar adalah batang/katunya. Dengan harga yang cukup menggiurkan, sengon banyak diusahakan untuk berbagai keperluan dalam bentuk kayu olahan. Telah dilakukan penelitian dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui respon  pertumbuhan bibit  sengon pada perlakuan beberapa dosis .pupuk humanure dan sekam padi. Adapun Rancangan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 2 faktor  dan 3 ulangan. Faktor pertama adalah dosis pupuk humanure yang terdiri 4 taraf yaitu : P0 = 0 g/kg top soil; P1 = 100 g/kg top soil; P2 = 200 g/kg top soil; dan P3 = 300g/kg top soil. Faktor kedua adalah dosis sekam padi yang terdiri 4 taraf yaitu : S0 = 0 g/kg top soil; S1 = 100 g/kg top soil; S2 = 200 g/kg top soil dan S3 = 300 g/kg top soil. Sehimgga dari kedua perlakuan tersebut diperoleh 16 kombinasi perlakuan dengan 3 ulangan, terdapat 48 satuan percobaan.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan dosis 100 g/kg topsoil dengan tanpa sekam memberikan pertumbuhan bibit sengon terbaik yang dapat dilihat dari nilai Indek Mutu Bibit terbaik (0,22) diperoleh pada interaksi perlakuan pupuk humanure 100 g/kg (P1) tanpa Sekam (S0). Begitu pula pada peubah lainnya yang meliputi Tinggi Bibit, Diameter Bibit,   berat kering tajuk dan  berat kering akar terbaik ditunjukkan pd kombinasi dosis humanure 200 g/kg top soil dengan tanpa sekam (P2S0)

Abstract

Rice is one of strategic foods in Indonesia that can affect the inflation. Indonesian people and goverment have done many efforts to increase the national rice production, for example by extensification. However, it can not be said success because the rate of land transformation from rice field to other usages is much higher that the rate of extensification itself. Rice field transformation reaches 145.000 hectares each year. Due to that condition, growing rice in dry land (padi gogo) is a good alternative to improve national rice production. Longterm objective of this research is to create superior variety of dry land rice. The variety not only should be well adapted to Bengkulu Province climate and weather condition but also liked by local consumers. This research used split plot design as the use of ameliorant (farmyard manure and bokashi compost) as the main plot and 15 genotypes of dry land rice from cross breeding as the sub-plot. Result of research showed that there are 5 genotipe which tolelaran to poisoned of aluminium that is ( UNHZ 5, UNHZ 23, UNHZ 24, UNHZ 29 and UNHZ 31. The most highest production rice genotypes based on its lifespan are UNHZ 31

Abstract

Dry season which often come is quicker, becoming one of the constrictor factor produce of upland rice. Existence of lacking of water cause crop experience of stres so that unable to grow and productive maximally. One of the effort to overcome degradation result of effect of lacking of water is assemble pre-eminent upland rice varietas tolerance to lacking of water. This research is conducted to evaluated the tolerance of genotipes result crossing of Bengkulu local varieties upland rice to dryness grasp. Research conducted year dry season 2015, using split plot design. Result of research indicate that Genotipa result of crossing of local upland rice of Bengkulu have difference of its resilience to dryness grasp. Lenient Genotipa of dryness at attempt of green house is 31,25 %, that is UNHZ 1, UNHZ 6, UNHZ 14, UNHZ 15A, UNHZ 16, UNHZ 23, UNHZ 24, UNHZ 26, UNHZ 27 And UNHZ 31. Lenient Geotipa to dryness grasp at attempt of field is 19,23 %, that is UNHZ 14A, UNHZ 14B, UNHZ 21, UNHZ 22, UNHZ 23, UHZ 24, UNHZ 26, UNHZ 27, UNHZ 31, UHNZ 32, UNHZ 56, UNHZ 58, UNHZ 61, UNHZ 62, UNHZ 66, UNHZ 67, UNHZ 91, UNHZ 93, UNHZ 96 and UNHZ 97. Genotipa showing symptom hold up goodness at research of green house and also research of field is UNHZ1, UNHZ 14A, UNHZ 15 A , UNHZ 23, UNHZ 24, UNHZ 26, UNHZ 27 and UNHZ 31. Abstract

The aim of this research was to now effects of bokashi formulation made of cow manure and empty oil palm fruit bunches from SISKA Bengkulu on immature oil palm plants which had been done on January to Oktober 2016 in Babatan village, Sukaraja sub-distric, Seluma distric, Bengkulu Province.This is the second year of two years research planning funded by Hibah Bersaing with the title of Formulation of Bokashi of Cow manure and empty oil palm fruit bunches from SISKA Bengkulu on Sustainable Oil Palm.This research used Randomized Complate Block Design (RCBD) to evaluate 6 treatment were F0 = control; F1 = cow manure; F2 = 1/3 of cow manure + 2/3 of empty fruit bunch; F3 = = 1/2 of cow manure + 1/2 of empty fruit bunch; F4 == 2/3 of cow manure + 1/3 of empty fruit bunch; and F5 = empty fruit bunch.The study concluded that 1.The treatment of bokashi of cow manure and empty oil palm fruit bunches from SISKA Bengkulu had very significant affects on the production of fresh fruit bunches at 4 -8 months after fertilizer application, where F0 treatment (control) to produce fresh fruit bunches high of 72.17 kg per plant, significantly different from the treatment of F1 = 11.5 kg per plant, F2 = 38.33 kg per plant, F3 = 27.83 kg per plant, F4 = 22.83 kg per plant, and F5 = 27.33 kg per plant. 2. The treatment of bokashi of cow manure and empty oil palm fruit bunches from SISKA Bengkulu had very significant affects on the production of fresh fruit bunches at 4 -8 months after fertilizer application where F0 treatment (control) produced 72.17 kg of fresh fruit bunches per plant, no significant different from the treatment of F1 = 70.17 kg per plant, F2 = 82.83 kg per plant, F3 = 72.0 kg per plant, and F4 = 87.92 kg per plant, illustrating that bokashi fertilizer waste SISKA with various formulas can replace the use of chemical fertilizers, even significantly treatment F5 able to produce fresh fruit bunches higher than the F0 which could reach 128.17 kg per plant.Keywords : Bokashi, fresh fruit bunches , cow manure,Siska Bengkulu

Abstract

This research to determine the concentration and frequency of watering on growth and yield of Oyster Mushrooms. The Research used a Randomized Method with two factors, The first factor was NPK concentration which consisted of 3 level : A1 = 0 %, A2 = 10%, A3 = 30 % and the second factor was the frequency of watering consisting of 3 level, B1 : 1 time, B2 : 2 time, B3 : 3time. The result showed that the NPK concentration treatment had a significant KONSENTRASI affected on mushroom 12 week after plant, significantly affected of mushroom/baglog and weight of mushroom/baglog 12 week after plant, but no significant effect weight on mushroom 8 week after plant. The frequency of watering had significant effect of amound mushroom/baglog and weigth mushroom 12 week after plant, significantly effect on the weigt mushroom/baglog 8 week after plant and had no significant effection other parameter. The interaction between the NPK concentration and frequency of watering only had significant effected the weight of mushroom 8 week after plant. Concentration NPK10 % (A2) and 2 times watering frequency (B2) showed the best oyster mushroom result.

Abstract

This research aimed to know: a) influence of cow slurry organic fertiliser on growth and yield of sweet corn, b) best dosage level of cow slurry organic fertiliser on growth and yield of sweet corn to substiture NPK chemical fertiliser. This research used Randomized Blocked Design in single factor with six treatments and four replication. The results showed that 1) the application of cow slurry organic fertiliser made significant different on the growth and yield of sweet corn. 2) Application of 400 kg Urea per hectar (96 g/plot), 350 kg SP36 per hectar (84 g/plot) dan 100 kg KCl per hectar (24 g/plot) gave the best growth and yield of sweet corn. 3) Application of liquid organic fertiliser at 5000 l/ha was the most optimal for growth and yield of sweet corn compared to all other cow slurry dosage level.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to now affects of bokashi formulation made of cow manure and empty oil palm fruit bunches from SISKA Bengkulu on immature oil palm plants which had been done on January to September 2015 in Bumi Ayu village, Slebar sub-distric, Bengkulu Province.This research used Randomized Complate Block Design (RCBD) to evaluate 6 treatment were F0 = control; F1 = cow manure; F2 = 1/3 of cow manure + 2/3 of empty fruit bunch; F3 = = 1/2 of cow manure + 1/2 of empty fruit bunch; F4 == 2/3 of cow manure + 1/3 of empty fruit bunch; and F5 = empty fruit bunch.The results showed that the treatment of bokashi of cow manure and empty oil palm fruit bunches from SISKA Bengkulu had no significant affects on soil pH and changeable Al but had sicnificant effects on N, P, K, and Mg nutrients of immature oil palm plants. Control treatment (F0) = synthetic fertilizer applied at normal rate, showed the highest increasing of N,P,K, and Mg nutrient, It was sicnificantly different from all other treatments for further research (F1, F2, F3, F4, and F5), it is recommended to see the effects of fertilizing residue on the next 6 months which will be done on March 2016 to get formulation can substitute synthetic fertilizer on immature oil palm plants.Keywords: Bokashi, Tandan Kosong Sawit, kotoran sapi Siska Bengkulu

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dosis pupuk kalium terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman selada dan untuk mendapatkan dosis yang dapat memberikan pengaruh terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil selada. Penelitian dilaksanakan dari bulan Januari sampai dengan bulan Maret 2016 di kebun percobaan BPP Pagar Jati , Kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah. . Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari 5 perlakuan (K0 : tanpa kalium. K1 : 25 kg/ha. K2 : 50 kg/ha. K3 : 75 kg/ha dan K4 : 100 kg/ha) dengan 4 ulangan sehingga terdapat 20 (dua puluh) satuan percobaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian pupuk kalim memberikan pengaruh sangat nyata terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil selada. Perlakuan K4 ( 100 kg/ha KCl = 75 g/polibag)) memberikan pertumbuhan dan hasil terbaik. Kata kunci : Lactuca sativa., Dosis KCl,

Abstract

The aim of the study was to determine the effect of concentration, soaking time in rootone-F and the interaction between concentration and soaking time in rotoone-F on the growth of pepper cuttings (Piper nigrum L.). The design used was a Randomized Block Design (RAK) with two factors and three replications. The first factor is the concentration of Rootone-F with 4 levels (K0: without rootone-F; K1: concentration of 100ppm; K2: concentration of 200 ppm and K3: concentration of 300 ppm). The second factor is the length of immersion in rootone-F with 3 levels (P1: soaking time for 1 hour; P2: soaking for 2 hours; P3: soaking for 3 hours). The variables observed were the number of shoots, shoot height, number of leaves and root length. The results showed that concentration had a significant effect on shoot height, the length of immersion in rootone-F had no significant effect on all observed variables. The interaction between concentration and soaking time in rootone-F had no significant effect on root length, significantly on number of shoots and number of leaves and very significant effect on shoot height. The best growth of pepper cuttings was at a concentration of 300 ppm with a soaking time of 3 hours which was shown from the shoot height and the highest number of shoots.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of bokashi dose of mixture of corn straw and cow manure on growth and yield of peanuts and to determine the dose of bokashi mixture of cron straw and cow manure that could substitute for the use of inorganic fertilizers. The research was carried out from December 2021 to Marc 2022, located Pungguk Lalang Village, Curup Selatan sub district, Rejang lebong. This study used a non factorRandomized Block Design (RBD) consisting of 6 (six) treatments and 4 (four) replications, so that there were 24 (twentyfour) experimental units. The results showed that the dose of bokashi mixtureof corn straw and cow manure gave the best result s on the Growth and Yield of Peanuts at a dose level 10 tons/ha. The dose of bokashi mixture of corn straw and cow manure 10 tons.ha has provided optimal growth and yield of Peanuts and is equivalent to a dose of 300 kg/ha NPK fertilizer.
