This study aims to analyze people's perceptions of the development of the furniture industry in Leilem Village, Sonder District. Community perception is very important to be able to foster active communication so that the development of the furniture industry in the village of Leilem continues to experience an increase in the type of furniture and its quality. This study uses primary data obtained through direct interviews with 30 respondents using a questionnaire to the community of Leilem Village, Sonder District using a simple random sampling method. The analysis used in this study was to use a Likert Scale analysis. The results showed that the index of public perception of the development of the furniture industry was at a point of 95.1% so it was classified as high. The development of the furniture industry is very influential for the survival of the community. A good industry is an opportunity for people to depend their lives on the results of the furniture industry.*eprm*

This study aims to analyze the level of farmer satisfaction with the performance of agricultural instructors in Kopi Village, Bintauna Subdistrict, North Bolaang Mongondow Regency. The study was conducted from January 2020 to April 2020. Primary data were obtained through direct interviews with 29 respondents using questionnaires and secondary data obtained from the Village Village government office. The sampling method is done by using the purposive sampling method, which is intentional sampling. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the satisfaction of farmers to the performance of agricultural extension workers in the whole Coffee Village is satisfied. This is evidenced by the results of the farmer satisfaction index value obtained by 91.35 percent.

ABSTRACTMentari Dwitika Mamarodia, The development of Puncak Temboan Agritourism in Rurukan Satu village, East Tomohon Sub District (underguidance of Oktavianus Porajow as a chairman, Caroline B. D. Pakasi and Melissa Tarore as members).The objective of this research is to identify and analyze descriptively agritourism development in Puncak Temboan Rurukan Satu village. The study was conducted over six months starting January to in July 2014. The data used in this study were primary data obtained from interviews and questionnaires to the respondents, Tomohon Municpality Tourism Agency, farmer groups GEMA AGAPE as manager and tourists. The secondary data were obtained Rurukan Satu village. The data were analyzed descriptively and presented in tabular form.The research result showed that the Agritourism Puncak Temboan was not well developed. It can be seen from the unfulfilled elements of attractions, facilities and infrastructure at the agritourism location.

ABSTRACT This research was carried on in the village of Upper Tombasian Kawangkoan Western District of Minahasa. The method used in this research is survey method. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained using the technique of direct interview to the respondents using a questionnaire (questionnaire) as a tool in data collection. As for the secondary data obtained from agencies associated with this research. Analysis of the data used in this research is descriptive analysis and the final results are presented using tables. Addressing the results of this study that the average income of peanut farmers who follow agricultural extension greater than the farmers who do not follow the agricultural extension. Income level peanut farmers who follow agricultural extension Rp. 30.7655 million. While the income levels of farmers who do not follow the agricultural extension Rp. 12.627 million. The difference is due to the income of farmers who follow agricultural extension receive fee waivers in the procurement of inputs, particularly fertilizer use is managed to increase productivity yields and managed to increase the total income of farmers who follow agricultural extension. This study aims to calculate the income of coconut farming in Jiko Belanga Village, Nuangan District, East Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This research was conducted during September 2022. The data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through direct interviews with 10 respondents using a questionnaire. And secondary data obtained through books, journals, and literature related to this research topic. The results of this study indicate that the average income received by the farmers of Jiko Belanga Village, Nuangan District, East Bolaang Mongondow Regency with coconut farming for one harvest/per quarter (3 months) with copra production of IDR4,956,517. and income per hectare is IDR2,065,215.

The aim of this research is to find out what factors exist in the internal and external environment and to determine the right marketing strategy for the "Bunga Ditepi Jalan" ornamental plant business located in Winangun Satu Village, Malalayang District, Manado City. The research was conducted from October to November 2022, taking place in the Winangun Satu Village, Malalayang District, Manado City. The data collected is the collection of primary data obtained by conducting direct interviews using a questionnaire to the owner of the ornamental plant business "Bunga Ditepi Jalan" and consumers. The research sample was taken from 13 respondents concerned to fill out the research questionnaire. SWOT analysis has 4 (four) stages, namely data collection, SWOT determination, strategy formulation and decision making as well as business positioning. Based on the SWOT analysis that has been carried out, it shows that the ornamental plant business "Bunga Ditepi Jalan" is in Quadrant I with a score of (1.1:0.8) which means that the business is in a very profitable situation. This market has opportunities and strengths so that it can make the best use of the opportunities that exist. The right marketing strategy is the SO strategy, namely maintaining the quality and variety of ornamental plants, expanding online promotions, taking advantage of market opportunities and selling at affordable prices and expanding markets outside the region.

This study aims to find out how important the role of agricultural extension workers is in farmer groups, especially rice farmer groups. North Bolaang Mongondow Regency is the third largest producer of rice in North Sulawesi Province. This research was conducted in the Pangan Jaya rice farmer group with 10 farmer group members and the largest land area in Sangkub District, North Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This research was conducted from May to July 2022. The selection of respondents was intentional. Primary data is data obtained from respondent farmers through interviews using a questionnaire. Secondary data is data obtained from the Village office, Agriculture Office, Agricultural Extension Center, and other related agencies. The results showed the role of agricultural extension workers in the Pangan Jaya rice farmer group.

This study aims to analyze the financial feasibility of cocoa farming in Kopandakan II Village, Lolayan District, Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This research was conducted from October to November 2022. Data collection in the field was carried out by purposive sampling by direct interviews and data from the Central Bureau of Statistics for Bolaang Mongondow Regency, institutions related to cocoa commodity and scientific information from researchers - previous researchers. The variables measured in this study are cocoa production, cocoa prices, investment costs, cocoa operational costs, and cocoa income. The results of the data obtained will then be processed and analyzed in more depth using the analysis of investment criteria. The results of this study indicate that cocoa farming in Kopandakan II Village is feasible. With data obtained from the average Net Present Value of cocoa farming per hectare by farmers using intercropping of Rp. 6,098,333 and Rp. Rp.8,626,871 for cocoa farming using the monoculture method, the Internal Rate of Return for cocoa farming using intercropping is 19% and 20.64% for cocoa farming using monoculture. the Net B/C yield is 1.421 monoculture and 1.277 intercropping, the Payback Period cocoa farming by intercropping for 7 years 8 months and 7 years in cocoa farming by monoculture to return the investment costs incurred.

This research aims to determine the role of the agricultural sector in the economy of the Talaud Islands Regency and its development in the 5 year period from 2017 to 2021 and also to determine whether the agricultural sector is a base or non-base sector. This research was conducted for 3 months starting from November 2022 to January 2023. The data used is secondary data. This secondary data was obtained from related agencies, namely BPS North Sulawesi Province and BPS Talaud Islands Regency. The data is then analyzed using contribution, growth and LQ formulas. The research results show that the agricultural sector has a very important role in the economy of the Talaud Islands Regency. The contribution of the agricultural sector ranks first highest, the average GDP growth in the agricultural sector tends to increase, and the agricultural sector is the base sector.
