Abstract

This article analyzes the harmonization of governmental bureaucracy to achieve good governance. The results of this research show that some things that are related to good governance are public policies, participative public policies, reform of a governmental bureaucracy, and social empowerment. Public policies must be derived in a set of implementing guidelines and technical guidelines that apply internally in a bureaucracy. Apart from formally fulfilling society's public rights, inspiring public policies are involved in the development plans of a particular area. A clear and consistent instrument is also created to develop a mechanism of social participation. The reformation of governmental bureaucracy to achieve good governance is directed to the change process and the target achievement that includes: a) the actualization of a value system that becomes the basis and the reference for a behavioral system of good governance, b) structure: the state or social institutional order at every area unit, c) process (management in all of its functions, in the activity dynamics and the public and private entities), d) apparatus resources. Social empowerment through the good governance mechanism will lead to co-guiding, co-steering, and co-managing processes.Keywords: Bureaucratic Harmonization; Government; Good Governance. ABSTRAKArtikel ini menganalisis harmonisasi birokrasi pemerintah untuk mencapai tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa beberapa hal yang berkaitan dengan tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik adalah kebijakan publik, kebijakan publik partisipatif, reformasi birokrasi pemerintahan, dan pemberdayaan sosial. Kebijakan publik harus diturunkan dalam seperangkat pedoman pelaksana dan pedoman teknis yang berlaku secara internal dalam birokrasi. Terlepas dari secara resmi memenuhi hak-hak publik masyarakat, kebijakan publik yang menginspirasi terlibat dalam rencana pembangunan daerah tertentu. Instrumen yang jelas dan konsisten juga diciptakan untuk mengembangkan mekanisme partisipasi sosial. Reformasi birokrasi pemerintahan untuk mencapai tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik diarahkan pada proses perubahan dan pencapaian target yang meliputi: a) aktualisasi sistem nilai yang menjadi dasar dan acuan sistem perilaku tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik, b) struktur: tata tertib kelembagaan negara atau sosial di setiap unit wilayah, c) proses (manajemen dalam semua fungsinya,  dalam dinamika kegiatan dan entitas publik dan swasta), d) sumber daya aparatur. Pemberdayaan sosial melalui mekanisme tata kelola yang baik akan mengarah pada proses co-guiding, co-steering, dan co-managing.

Abstract

Background: Setiap pelaku usaha bisnis menempatkan kepentingan bisnis di prioritas utama. Masih ada beberapa aspek lain yang perlu difikir dan diikutsertakan diantaranya aspek hukum dan manajemen khususnya bagi pelaku usaha brem di wilayah Kabupaten Madiun. Tujuan kegiatan ini untuk mengadakan penyuluhan dan pendampingan terkait Pengelolaan Bisnis dan Aspek Legalitas Pada Kelompok UKM Produsen Brem Di Desa Bancong Metode: Pengabdian dilakukan dengan memberikan penyuluhan dan pendampingan berdasarkan yuridis-empiris. Hasil: Aspek hukum dan aspek manajemen sangat penting bagi penyelenggaraan kegiatan bisnis UKM. Aspek hukum pada UKM terkait bentuk badan usaha, perizinan, kekaryawanan atau SDM (sumber daya manusia), perjanjian/kontrak, pertanahan, jaminan kesehatan, permodalan dan kekayaan intelektual seperti merek. Aspek manajemen pada UKM terkait dengan keberadaan tata kelola perusahaan, struktur organisasi, bussiness plan, audit perusahaan, pemasaran, pembukuan, dan pertanggung jawaban/laporan. Abstract

Introduction: The role of rehabilitating and developing prisoners is stipulated in Law No. 12 of 1995 on Correctional Institutions. The development of prisoners is still ineffective in some aspects. This study analyzes the factors that inhibit the achievement of the Indonesian criminal institutions’ objectives. Methods: This is juridical normative legal research that was conducted with a statute approach to analyze all laws concerning the discussed legal issues. Results and Discussion: The results show that several factors inhibit the achievement of the Indonesian correctional institutions’ objectives, namely: (1) The legal factor: There is a lack of regulation on the third parties’ participation in rehabilitating prisoners at correctional institutions; (2) The law enforcement factor: Correctional institution officers do not specially guide inmates to increase their skills, as they only maintain security and order; (3) The facility factor: There is a lack of adequate facilities in correctional institutions; (4) The society factor: There is a lack of social participation in rehabilitating prisoners due to their lack of concern for prisoners; (5) The cultural factor: There is still a negative stigma that is associated with ex-convicts. Thus, many of them face difficulties in reintegrating into society. Conclusion: The factors of law; law enforcement; facilities; society; and culture affect the achievement of the correctional institutions' objectives. These factors correlate as they are the essence of the success in rehabilitating inmates.

Abstract

Abstract Introduction to the Problem: the urgency of this research is that there’s so many challenge and major changes due to digital transformation in commercial law practice in Indonesia, Introducing new difficulties and opportunities in the field of electronic transactions, digital consumer protection, and intellectual property rights. This study explores fundamental changes in the legal structure and mechanisms needed to accommodate evolving digital business models. Purpose/Study Objectives: The Purpose of this study are to explore the dynamics of digital transformation in the context of Indonesian commercial law, focusing on three key aspects: mechanisms for changing legal practices, regulatory challenges, and strategies for adapting the legal framework to digital innovation. Design/Methodology/Approach: This piece of writing relies on normative law research. The statutory and conceptual approach models were applied. Findings: The findings indicate that although regulations have attempted to keep pace with technological developments, there is still a need for improvement in terms of transaction security, electronic legal proof, and personal data protection. The study's findings are expected to provide policymakers with recommendations for developing policies that are responsive and adaptive to the digital age.. Paper Type: Research Article.

Abstract

The waste problem will become a major problem for humans and the environment if not handled properly. Some people still do not understand the importance of waste sorting with the 3R concept. The community's dependence on chemical fertilizers needs to be given an alternative replacement through the manufacture of organic fertilizers. The method of implementing this community service is counseling and training. In the counseling session, material was given on environmental conservation with the 3R concept (reduce, reuse, recycle). In the second session, material was given on how to make eco-enzymes from fruit waste. Participants in the counseling and training were the Kedungmulyo Farmers Group, Kedungjati Village, Balerejo District, Madiun Regency. Ecoenzymes are useful for liquid plant fertilizers and can be sprayed on plants, pest repellents, a mixture of washing soap and floor cleaners, and river water cleaners. Participants can understand the material on environmental conservation through waste sorting with the 3R concept (reuse, reduce, recycle). Participants can understand and practice making eco-enzymes. The method of making ecoenzyme is to put in leftover fruit and/or vegetables plus white sugar/brown sugar (molasses)/cane molasses plus water, ratio 3:1:10. Next, the mixture of ingredients is put into a bottle/gallon, given an exhaust air channel through a small hose. The end of the hose is put in water in a small bottle to make it sterile. The ecoenzyme fermentation process lasts for 3 months.

Abstract

public speaking is an important communication skill in conveying messages, ideas or information orally in front of an audience. FH UNIPMA collaborates with Neust Philippines. Providing socialization on public speaking with the target being students and Cendikia High School students. The activities were divided into three sessions, namely providing material, and practicing public speaking and asking questions.The problems faced by Cendikia High School students related to public speaking are: (1) Lack of ability to appear and speak in public; and (2) Lack of public speaking skills both face to face and online.The solutions offered to solve this problem are through community service activities, namely providing training/workshops to provide tips and tricks regarding: (1) How to have the ability to appear and speak in public; and (2) Skills in public speaking both face to face and online. Implementation of this community service activity consists of 3 stages, namely; (1) Preparation stage, to identify problems, apply for permits from Cendikia High School, and make preparations for implementing public speaking training; (2) Stage of implementing public speaking training; and (3) Evaluation stage, with questions and answers as well as evaluation with the participants, to find out how much the participants' knowledge, abilities and skills regarding public speaking have increased after participating in the training activities. As a result of this activity, the audience was able to overcome nervousness and improve their ability to speak in public with more confidence and structure.
