Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the application of media Gambar Berseri, and improve students’ ability in writing narrative. This research conducted to the third-grade of SDN 03 Gedong Pagi Jakarta Timur, and the total numbers of the students are 35. Kemmis Taggart, who performed during the second cycle. Each cycle consists of planning, implementation of action, observation and reflection action. The process of collecting data through narrative writing skills test using the observation sheet activities of teachers and students, field notes, and documentation of results. The results of observation showed that there was an increase in students’ ability in writing narrative text through Media Gambar Berseri. Student in the first cycle, who get scored above 70 to 23 people, or about 65, 71% of students who completed, an increase in cycle II students who get scored in the top 70, there are 31 approximately 88.57% of the students who completed. Activities of teachers and students based these media that reach out 80% in the second cycle. The implications of the study identify that the using of media Gambar Berseri makes student responsibility, actively, and cooperate in the study. Teachers can develop methods innovatively based students’ need, so that the learning process becomes dynamic and meaningful.

Abstract

At SD Negeri Cibitung Kulon 01 Pagi the teacher still plays a role as a learning center so that students are less actively involved during learning. This condition makes mathematics learning less attractive in the eyes of students and as a result students are less enthusiastic during the learning process, so that the purpose of holding community service activities is to increase the understanding and ability of teachers of SDN Cibitung Kulon 01 Pagi about fun mathematics learning, while the method used is education in community in the form of socialization activities to increase participants' knowledge / understanding of how to create fun mathematics learning in class. with puzzle tetris math games. The results of the evaluation on the implementation of this PKM were obtained from the number of participants who attended as many as 15 people, 8 teachers understood the material very well or were in the high category, while 5 teachers understood maeri well and only 2 teachers did not understand the material that had been explained. The results of this evaluation are a benchmark that the PKM goals are achieved. The evaluation that has been given to the teacher is in the form of an essay question as many as 25 questions related to the material that has been delivered. The conclusion that can be obtained from the implementation of this community service program is: this socialization activity can increase teachers' knowledge about how to create fun mathematics learning in the classroom. Furthermore, the implementation of this community service activity program has been running smoothly and as expected, both by members of the extension team and community service program participants.Abstract written in English which contains a brief description of the background and objectives, methods of implementation, results and discussion, conclusions and recommendation for follow-up.

Abstract

Membaca merupaka kegiatan yang penting untuk kemajuan bangsa. Diketahui dalam PIRLS di tahun 2011 International Results in Reading, Negara Indonesia Menduduki peringkat ke-45 dari 48 negara peserta dengan skor 428 dari skor rata-rata 500 (IEA,2012). Sementara, uji membaca pada PISA di 2009 menunjukkan peserta didik Indonesia berada pada peringkat ke-57 skor 396 (nilai rata-rata OECD 493).Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah yaitu mengembangkann cerita pendek melalui media gambar garafis untuk meningkatkan minat baca siswa. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan berbentuk kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Data kuantitatif diambil dari angket/ kuesioner respon siswa. Sedangkan pemerolehan data kualitatif diperoleh dari observasi, wawancara dan data komentar dari para validator baik ahli materi maupun ahli media. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu book chapter dengan menghasilkan cerpen yang bertemakan pendidikan karakter dengan judul Kumpulan Cerpen Pendidikan Membangun Karakter Anaka Bangsa. Isi cerita pendek ini disesuaikan dengan kurikulum 2013 dimana menggambarkan kehidupan sehari-hari siswa dengan nilai moral yang diambil seperti menjadikan pribadi siswa yang nasionalis, integritas, mandiri, gotong royong, dan religius. Semoga dengan terciptanya cerpen menggunakan media gambar grafis ini dapat meningkatkan daya tarik siswa untuk membaca.

Abstract

Tidak ada waktu dan bahan bacaan yang dimiliki menjadi alasan untuk tidak membaca. Seharusnya, untuk mengikuti pembelajaran dan memecahkan masalah memerlukan kemampuan berliterasi dan itu diawali dari kebiasaan membaca. Penerapan model pembelajaran dan pemupukan kebiasaan membaca haruslah diterapkan pada setiap proses pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berlitersi melalui model discovery learning berbantuan media pohon literasi. Penelitian ini merupakan action reseacrh classroom yang dilaksanakan selama 2 siklus. Subyek dari penelitian ini adalah siswa mahasiswa semester 6 Prodi PGSD, STKIP Kusuma Negara Tahun Ajaran 2021/2022 yang berjumlah 60 mahasiswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, tes,  dan analisis dokumen. Validitas data menggunakan triangulasi teknik, sumber dan teknik validitas isi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model discovery learning berbantuan media pohon literasi dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berliterasi mahasiswa semester 6 Prodi PGSD, STKIP Kusuma Negara Tahun Ajaran 2021/2022

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi menulis puisi siswa dengan menggunakan metode Picture and Picture di kelas IV SDN Kalisari 03 Jakarta Timur, (2) Untuk menerapkan metode Picture and Picture pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia pada materi puisi, dan (3) Untuk mempermudah siswa dalam menulis puisi dengan menggunakan metode Picture and Picture. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini menggunakan Metode Picture and Picture dengan model Kemmis Taggart yang dilakukan II siklus, masing-masing siklus terdiri dari tahap plenning (perencanaan), acting (pelaksanaan), observing (observasi) dan reflecting (refleksi). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan antara lain: (1) observasi, (2) wawancara, (3) Tes, peneliti menggunakan jenis pre tes (tes awal) dan post Tes (tes akhir) dalam pelaksanaan siklus penelitian disertai lembar observasi guru dan siswa, dan (4) dokumentasi, Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan menulis puisi dengan menggunakan metode picture and picture siswa pada siklus I nilia 68 ke atas ada 14 atau 53,84% siswa yang tuntas, sementara untuk aktivitas guru dan siswa diperoleh 70. Meningkat pada siklus II siswa yang memperoleh nilai diatas 68 ada 24 orang 92,30% siswa yang tuntas, serta aktivitas guru dan siswa mencapai nilai 92% pada siklus II. Implikasi dari penelitian mengidentifikasikan bahwa penggunaan metode picture and picture, membuat siswa aktif dan tertarik dalam belajar sehingga kemampuan menulis puisi siswa meningkat.Kata Kunci: Metode Picture and Picture, Kemampuan Menulis Puisi, Penelitian Tindakan Kelas

Abstract

The development of science and technology is growing very rapidly, especially during the Covid-19 period which has had a tremendous impact on society, especially in the world of education. Technology has an important role in the world of education, especially teachers use technology as a media for teaching. As in Distance Learning (PJJ) or online, teachers are required to be able to use technology in teaching. However, the use of technology in teachers who has more 40 years old can't use technology literate. The author also observed at SDN Bintara III Bekasi, there are many teachers who have not been able to make learning videos through gadgets. There are 25 teachers and only 2 teachers are able to make learning videos. From this problem, STKIP Kusuma Negara lecturers with brisik project held a PKM that is training about how to make learning videos using smartphones through the KineMaster application. The purpose of this PKM is to train elementary school teachers to be able to create and use learning video media and to know applications that can be used and create an effective and fun learning process for their students. This activity was carried out at SDN Bintara III Bekasi. It took three days on September 2021, 24. The evaluation of PKM activity had shown that the participants felt very enthusiastic and could improve the teacher's ability to make learning videos using smartphones through the KineMaster application.

Abstract

The purpose of this service is to develop the creativity of PKK RW 10 Tapos District Depok City members regarding non-organic waste processing, in addition to providing entrepreneurial motivation training, non-organic product manufacturing training, online media marketing training, and assistance to participants in non-organic waste processing training. The background for this activity is because there is an accumulation of waste in Depok, each Depok resident produces an average of 0.67 litres of waste per day. So that is the reason for holding training on utilising non-organic waste into products that have a sale value. To reduce the disposal of waste made from plastic and glass bottles. The methods used in this service are lecture, practice and demonstration methods. The techniques used are planning, implementation, mentoring and evaluation. The products produced at this PKM are 1) home decorations from syrup bottles, and woven bags from the rim of plastic drinking glasses, besides that motivation in making products from quality waste and online marketing (shopee).
