Abstract

Beneficiaries of technological advances at this time have been widely used by many sectors such as health, education, government or even public services from an agency. Basically, government agencies adopt the principles of good government or good governance. What has always been the main focus of city government is on services to the Population and Civil Registration Service (DISDUKCAPSIL). The process carried out on civil registration has a main focus based on the process that is carried out for a long time and also requires the community to come back and forth to carry out the civil registration process. Pemko Medan has a vision and mission focus on improving public services. The Si Bisa application was developed by the Medan City Government to make it easier for the people of Medan City to take care of population administration. But the success and also the benchmark of government is not only from the ease of public services but also satisfaction with public services. This study aims to measure the level of community satisfaction with the service of the Sibisa application by approaching the Technology of Acceptance Model (TAM) method. With as many as 30 respondents from Sibisa application users. The results of the research show that the community is satisfied with the convenience and service of the Sibisa application. This is supported by the influence of the variable stimulant of 75.2%

Abstract

Tourism Product Knowledge is regarding the general knowledge of all regions in Indonesia which includes the location of the region / geography, climate, history, politics, culture, and particularly object - attractions and facilities and attractions which support it. In this study, entitled Factors Affecting Total tourist arrivals in Sumut Province Year Period 2014 -2019. The purpose of this study was to determine the number of rooms and the dollar exchange rate partially and simultaneously inuence the number of tourist arrivals in Sumut, in order to obtain a result the number of hotel rooms inuential not evident partially on the number of tourists visiting the province of Sumut, because t smaller than t table or -1.651 <1.761 while the dollar exchange rate has a signicant effect on the number of tourists visiting the province of Sumut, because t is greater than t table or 2.236> 1.740 and Total Room and the US dollar exchange rate simultaneously or together of the number of tourists visiting Sumut Province since F count> F table or 13.288> 3.59. The magnitude of the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable simultaneously can be known from the value of the coefcient of determination (R2) is equal to 0.639. This means that both variables jointly contribute to or inuence amounted to 63.9 percent of the number of tourists visiting the province of Sumut, while the remaining 36.1 percent is inuenced by other variables that are not described in the model, such as safety, service, facilities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kompetensi guru, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru pada SMP Kartika 1-2 Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode diskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan normatif (legal research) untuk data sekunder dan pendekatan empiris untuk memperoleh data primer melalui penelitian lapangan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah SMP Kartika 1-2 Medan, populasi berjumlah 31 guru dalam pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik probability sampling. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah dengan teknik Quesioner dengan menggunakan metode Likert Summated Rating.Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan deskripsi data, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, uji t (uji parsial), uji F (uji simultan), dan koefisien determinasi dengan bantuan software SPSS 18 (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan kompetensi guru, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap terhadap kinerja guru pada SMP Kartika 1-2 Medan. Secara parsial kompetensi guru, movitasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru pada SMP Kartika 1-2 Medan dan secara parsial kompetensi guru, movitasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru pada SMP Kartika 1-2 Medan

Abstract

Leadership is an important factor in leading an organization because the leader determines the progress of the organization. This study aims to determine the effect of the principal's leadership style and organizational culture on teacher performance at the Hikmatul Amanah Supreme Court. This study uses quantitative research, the respondents are 40 teachers of Wisdom Amanah, the research instrument uses a Likert scale, the data collection technique uses a questionnaire while the data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The results show that: 1. Leadership style has no significant effect on performance. teacher at the Hikmatul Amanah Supreme Court with a t-count value of 0.828 and a significance value of 0.413.2. Organizational culture has a significant effect on teacher performance with a t-count value of 7.216 and a significance value of 0.000. 3. Simultaneously leadership style and organizational culture have a significant effect on teacher performance with a calculated F value of 28.796 and a significance value of F of 0.000, while the R-squared coefficient value is 0.609, which means that teacher performance at the Hikmatul Amanah Supreme Court is influenced by leadership style and culture. organization by 60.9% while around 39.1% is influenced by other variables outside. This study has limitations on the relatively small number of respondents, so that in the future the population can be added again.

Abstract

Every educational institution has a leader who has different abilities and leadership styles in improving the performance of their employees. In addition to the leadership style, performance is also influenced by the capabilities of each employee. This study aims to determine whether the principal's leadership style (X1) and teacher capability (X2) on teacher performance (Y) either partially or simultaneously, and which independent variables (X1 and X2) have a more significant influence on teacher performance. This research is a quantitative study that aims to test hypotheses between variables. The data used are primary data obtained directly from the respondents, as many as 48 people through filling out a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression, which is processed using SPSS. At the same time, all instruments in this study have been tested for validity and reliability, where all instruments have been declared valid because of the value T count > T table. In contrast, it has been declared reliable because it is greater than the Cronbach alpha value of 0.60 processed. They were using SPSS. The T-test results of leadership style obtained a sig value of 0.002 and a teacher's capability value of 0.000. These results indicate that the variables of leadership style and teacher capability significantly influence teacher performance. In contrast, the teacher capability variable has a more significant influence on teacher performance.
