Abstract

Latar belakang masalah dari penelitian ini adalah ketika peneliti melakukan survei pendahuluan dengan menjadi pembeli dan sambil mengamati aktivitas dan kegiatan di PT. Jakarta Ponsel XXI Pamekasan, ada beberapa karyawan terlihat tidak bersemangat dalam bekerja seperti adanya karyawan yang cuman duduk sambil main handphone meskipun ada pembeli datang, karyawan yang hanya menawarkan barang saja tanpa memberikan informasi lengkap tentang produk yang dijual di PT. Jakarta Ponsel tersebut.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Pertama untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara bersama-sama alasan pemberhentian yang terdiri dari keinginan perusahaan dan keinginan karyawan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan PT. Jakarta Ponsel XXI Pamekasan. Serta untuk mengetahui variabel yang paling dominan mempengaruhi semangat kerja karyawan PT. Jakarta Ponsel XXI Pamekasan.Salah satu teori yang mendasari analisis penelitian ini adalah Teori MalayuHasibuan yang memberikan definisi pemberhentian adalah pemutusan hubungan kerja seseorang karyawan dengan suatu organisasi perusahaan.Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah menggunakan wawancara danmenyebarkan angket, sebanyak 27 angket pada responden. Dari uji validitas sebanyak 11 item, yang terdiri 3 item tidak valid dan 8 item tersebut valid sedangkan pada uji reliabilitas terbukti semua instrument data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah reliabel atau handal.Alalisis linier regresi berganda dihitung dengan metode SPSS ditemukanpersamaannya yaitu Y = 0,249 + 1,033 X1 + 0,057 X2Dari persamaan tersebut, adanya kedua faktor memberikan kontribusi positif atau bertambah terhadap faktor mempengaruhi semangat kerja karyawan PT. Jakarta Ponsel XXI Pamekasan sebesar 0,249 atau 24,9 %.Pada hipotesis pertama dengan uji F, F hitung sebesar 103,908 lebih besar dari F tabel 3,40, maka hipotesis pertama tersebut benar secara simultan ada pengaruh alasan pemberhentian yang terdiri dari keinginan perusahaan dan keinginan karyawan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan PT. Jakarta Ponsel XXI Pamekasan. Pada hipotesis yang kedua dengan menggunakan uji t, terbukti keinginan perusahaan yang paling dominan mempengaruhi semangat kerja karyawan PT. Jakarta Ponsel XXI Pamekasan sebesar 12,23 dan dinyatakan hipotesis yang pertama diterima.

Abstract

Abstract— The growth of the cigarette industry does not necessarily improve the welfare of tobacco farmers Madura. Pamekasan as the largest tobacco center in Madura often experiences fluctuations of tobacco prices which have an impact on the economic uncertainty of tobacco farmers. The factors of fluctuating tobacco prices are the main topic of this research. This research on fluctuations of tobacco prices and the economy of Madura tobacco farmers used qualitative methods by searching for data directly in the field through semi-structured interviews. The result is that several factors have led to fluctuations of tobacco prices in the Pamekasan area. First, the factor of weather or climate change is uncertain. Second, the length of the tobacco distribution chain to the warehouses of major cigarette companies in Indonesia which are based in the Pamekasan area. Third, local regulation no. 4 of 2015 which is not consistently implemented so that tobacco farmers are not sovereign in determining the selling price of Madura tobacco. Abstract

In achieving the level of compliance of the Individual Taxpayer, it is necessary to evaluate the public awareness to comply with the rules that apply as a Taxpayer, at this time the Taxpayer has been introduced to e-filing which with all the conveniences and benefits offered to support the level of compliance of taxpayers' reporting. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of applying online tax reporting or e-filing to the level of compliance of Individual Taxpayer reporting at the Pamekasan Primary Tax Service Office. The theory used in this study, namely the impact and satisfaction of the use of e-filing, and the factors that affect taxpayer compliance. While the type of research used is qualitative research using data tabulation techniques obtained. While the data source used in this study uses primary data and secondary data. The results of this study indicate that the application of online reporting or e-filing is sufficient to have a good impact on Individual Taxpayers and Pamekasan Taxpayers in improving tax reporting compliance through e-filing. The number of tax reporters through e-filing is increasing, it's just that there is a need for an evaluation of system performance and detailed guidance information so that users are more comfortable and understanding when using e-filing, so that more Taxpayers will use e-filing.

Abstract

Masyarakat Madura khususnya kabupaten Pamekasan sangat menyukai olahan daging sapi yang merupakan masakan khas masyarakat yaitu kaldu kikil/kokot. Asumsi masyarakat terhadap pemilihan daging sapi Madura sebagai olahan Kaldu kikil/kokot disebabkan, tekstur daging sapi madura itu sendiri terasa lebih empuk dan berserat dibandingkan dengan daging sapi exotic.Tujuan peneitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keputusan penjual dalam memilih daging sapi madura dan exotic sebagai bahan dasar olahan kaldu kikil/kokot di Kabupaten Pamekasan.  Materi penelitian ini adalah 6 penjual kaldu kikil/kokot di Kabupaten Pamekasan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa depot di kabupaten Pamekasan mayoritas menggunakan bahan dasar sapi Madura untuk olahan kaldu kikil/kokot. Walaupun daging sapi Madura relatif lebih mahal, tetapi penjual tetap memilih sapi Madura  dengan alasan daging lebih empuk, berserat, harum dan ketika dikonsumsi mempunyai cita rasa dan ciri khas tersendiri. Disimpulkan bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian yang dilakukan oleh penjual kaldu kikil/kokot di kabupaten  Pamekasan adalah faktor budaya, faktor individu dan faktor psikografis.

Abstract

The background problem of this research is when the researcher conducts a preliminary survey by becoming a buyer and while observing activies at PT Jakarta Phone 21 Pamekasan, there are some employees who are not as enthusiasthic in working as there are employees who only sit while pa\laying mobile phones even though there are buyers coming, employees who onlt offer goods without giving full information about products sold at that store. The purpose of this study is the first to determine the effect together the reasons for dismissal consisting of the company’s wishes and the desires of employees on the morale of PT, Jakarta Phone 21 Pamekasan. And to find out the most dominant  variable influencing the morale of the employees of PT Jakarta Phone 21 Pamekasan.One theory that underlies the analysis of this research is Malayu Hasibuan's Theory which provides a definition of termination is the termination of a person's employee employment with a company organization. Data collection in this study was to use interviews and distribute questionnaires, as many as 27 questionnaires to respondents. From the validity test as many as 11 items, consisting of 3 items are invalid and 8 items are valid while the reliability test proved all the data instruments used in this study are reliable or reliable.In the first hypothesis with F test, the F count of 103.908 is greater than the F table of 3.40, then the first hypothesis is true that there is simultaneously the influence of the reasons for termination consisting of the company’s wishees and employees’ desires on the morale of the employeess of PT. Jakarta Phone 21 Pamekasan. In the second hypothesis using the t test, it is evident that the most dominant company desires affect the morale of the employees PT Jakarta Phone 21 Pamekasan amounted to 12.23 and the first hypothesis was accepted. Keyword: Company Desire; Employee's Desire and Employee's Spirit.

Abstract

This article presents a comprehensive evaluation of the application of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) as an organisational performance measurement tool through a review of recent literature. The BSC, developed by Kaplan and Norton, is a strategic management system that links an organisation's long-term goals with relevant performance measures. This research aims to assess the effectiveness of BSC in improving organisational performance in various sectors, both public and private, and identify the challenges and advantages associated with its implementation. Through an analysis of recent studies and articles, the findings show that BSC can improve communication and collaboration between departments, and encourage employee engagement. However, challenges in setting the right indicators and resistance to change remain barriers to implementation. The article also provides recommendations for managers and practitioners in improving the effectiveness of BSC, including the importance of training, top management support, and tailoring the BSC system to the organisational context. Thus, the results of this study contribute to a better understanding of the BSC and its implications for organisational performance measurement.
