Abstract

Human resource development program is a force that is expected to create new nuances in an effort to improve work performance, one of which is the provision of compensation, where this can motivate employees to improve their performance. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on the performance of lecturers and employees at the Madura University. Compensation itself is generally divided into direct and indirect compensation. But it can be expanded further into salaries, benefits, incentives and facilities. These variables that want to reveal their influence on the performance of lecturers and employees of the Madura University. The method in this study is a quantitative method using multiple linear regression. The results of the study found that incentives and facilities had a significant effect on the performance of Madura University lecturers and employees. Meanwhile, salary and benefits have no significant effect.

Abstract

Studi ini mengkaji pelaksanaan program pelatihan kewirausahaan dengan tujuan meningkatkan pendapatan kelompok usaha mikro perempuan di Desa Larangan Luar, Kabupaten Pamekasan.   Masyarakat memiliki potensi ekonomi dan sumber daya alam yang melimpah, namun mengalami kesulitan untuk memaksimalkan kapasitas ekonomi lokal mereka.   Kurikulum pelatihan disesuaikan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dan kondisi spesifik daerah setempat, dengan penekanan utama pada peningkatan otonomi dan kemandirian ekonomi.   Hasil dari program ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pendapatan, peningkatan ketajaman keuangan, dan peningkatan kemampuan manajerial di antara para peserta.   Program ini tidak hanya memberikan manfaat bagi individu, tetapi juga memberikan dampak yang baik bagi perkembangan ekonomi dusun dan wilayah sekitarnya.   Tindakan yang disarankan meliputi pembuatan modul-modul berikutnya, kerja sama dengan lembaga keuangan regional, pembentukan jaringan bisnis, dan evaluasi menyeluruh terhadap dampak jangka panjang.

Abstract

Public concern for environmental preservation is increasingly worrying. The community's insensitivity by carrying out illegal logging, illegal harvesting of natural products, and continuous littering of waste triggers floods, landslides, and climate change. The importance of preserving nature is the duty and responsibility of all of us. Due to natural disasters, they can disrupt community activities which then have an impact on the surrounding economy. Green Entrepreneurship is a series of activities to solve environmental or social problems through innovative creative ideas that have a positive impact on the environment and social life of the community. This counseling and training is aimed at opening the training participants' insight into green entrepreneurship and its contribution to improving the economy of the community, namely the community in Ceguk village. This outreach and training on green entrepreneurship produces community groups that play an important role in contributing to creating a friendly environment and creating waste banks to reduce the accumulation of waste in rivers.

Abstract

This article presents a comprehensive evaluation of the application of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) as an organisational performance measurement tool through a review of recent literature. The BSC, developed by Kaplan and Norton, is a strategic management system that links an organisation's long-term goals with relevant performance measures. This research aims to assess the effectiveness of BSC in improving organisational performance in various sectors, both public and private, and identify the challenges and advantages associated with its implementation. Through an analysis of recent studies and articles, the findings show that BSC can improve communication and collaboration between departments, and encourage employee engagement. However, challenges in setting the right indicators and resistance to change remain barriers to implementation. The article also provides recommendations for managers and practitioners in improving the effectiveness of BSC, including the importance of training, top management support, and tailoring the BSC system to the organisational context. Thus, the results of this study contribute to a better understanding of the BSC and its implications for organisational performance measurement.
