Abstract

This study is intended to analyze and describe the implementation of Permenkes Number 82 of 2013 concerning Hospital Management Information Systems (SIRS) at the Kertosono Regional Hospital, Nganjuk Regency using the theory of George C Edward III, namely communication, energy sources, dispositions and bureaucratic structures. Procedures in research are descriptive qualitative procedures. The research data sources were selected purposively and snowball sampling. The data were collected using observation, interviews, and documentation and then the data was processed using condensation, presentation and drawing conclusions. lack of communication and outreach from the implementor. In order to overcome the constraints, the implementer can develop a socialization program so that communication can run and it is necessary to determine rewards and punishments for procedural compliance in order to improve the quality of data that influences decision making. The impact felt by this research was the training of staff and employees of RSD Kertosono to increase knowledge of the application of SIMRS.

Abstract

Education is a human need that must be fulfilled. Permendiknas No. 70 of 2009 concerning Inclusive Education for Learners with Disabilities and Potential for Special Intelligence and/or Talent. This research examines the "Implementation of East Java Governor Regulation Number 30 of 2018 concerning the Implementation of Inclusive Education in East Java Province (Study at Putera Asih Special School (SLB) Putera Asih Kota Kediri)". This research approach is descriptive qualitative. The data in this study consisted of primary data and secondary data related to the focus of the research. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. While the research instrument is the researcher himself, and some supporting tools. Data analysis techniques are carried out through the process of data collection, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. This research was conducted to describe the implementation of inclusive education policies at Putera Asih Special School (SLB) in Kediri. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Inclusive Education Policy at the Putera Asih Special School (SLB) in Kediri City is not yet optimal because there are still many obstacles. then the school must actively cooperate with both the government and other parties that support the achievement of the desired goals

Abstract

The unresolved COVID-19 pandemic has an impact on society. As a result, the government has announced various policies, one of which is the policy of limiting social activities. This research, describes, analyzes “SE Implementation. Ministry of Education and Culture. No. 20 of 2020 Regarding the Work from Home (WFH) Policy at PSDKU Malang State Polytechnic in Kediri City. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method. The informants of this research were staff and lecturers, the research focused on Gorge Edward III theory, data collection techniques by interview, documentation and observation, matrix model research instruments, data analysis techniques with interactive model analysis, including: data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of the research show that the implementation went well. The constraining factor is an unstable internet network during online lectures. The supporting factors for its implementation are supporting human resources and health protocol supporting facilities.

Abstract

The Investment and Integrated One-Stop Services Agency of Nganjuk Regency is one of the regional government agencies in Nganjuk Regency which is an agency specifically tasked with providing licensing services that directly relate to the community. The Investment and Integrated One-Stop Services Agency of Nganjuk Regency is required to improve the quality of its services. The research method used by researchers is qualitative research with a descriptive research type. The results of the research show that based on Parasuraman's theory, measuring the quality of public services can be viewed from five main dimensions, namely 1) Tangible, 2) Reliability, 3) Responsiveness, 4) Assurance, and 5) Empathy shows that the quality of public services in The Investment and Integrated One-Stop Services Agency of Nganjuk Regency in general it is good. Even though there are deficiencies in the timeliness of services, the provision of service times and there is still discrimination in services to the community.
