Abstract

This research aims to find out the right strategy in using Instagram as an advertising medium for MSMEs in Amoira using descriptive qualitative methods. The data is taken by doing two ways, namely interviews and also observations. The data obtained is processed by several methods such as internal resources analysis, Sustainable Competitive Advantage (SCA) analysis, VRIO framework, and also TOWS analysis. Then the researchers conducted a content analysis to propose strategies for using Instagram. In this study, generate strategies that can be carried out based on the analysis conducted on Amoira. Keywords: instagram utilization strategy, advertising media, impression Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatahui apa strategi yang tepat dalam pemanfaatan Instagram sebagai media periklanan pada UMKM Amoira menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, data diambil dengan melakukan 2 cara yaitu wawancara dan juga observasi. Data yang diperoleh diolah dengan sejumlah metode seperti analisis internal resources, analisis Sustainable Competitive Advantage (SCA), framework VRIO dan juga analisis TOWS. Kemudian peneliti melakukan analisis konten untuk mengusulkan strategi pemanfaatan Instagram. Pada penelitian ini, menghasilkan strategi-strategi yang bisa dilakukan berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan pada Amoira. Kata kunci: strategi pemanfaat instagram, media periklanan, impression

Abstract

In increasing marketing on social media, companies or brands have started to use the services of influencers as a strategy to promote their products or services. Influencers are used by a brand to provide information about the brand to its followers. The purpose of this study is to find out how influencers convey information about a product or service so that followers are interested in trying it so that they can increase sales. The research method used is to use a literature review approach and make observations on one of the influencers in Indonesia. With the influencer, the brand awareness of a product will increase which will affect sales.

Abstract

Sean's Production House is a company that specializes in branding & design, social media management, photography and digital marketing. GWI (Q3 2021) shows that 60.6% of people buy products or services online. This fact shows that the internet marketing and selling market is very large in Indonesia, so the market for Sean's Production House is very broad. However, after two years, only some consumers make purchasing decisions through the website. Companies need to spend a lot of money to create a website; the effort is also a lot. Due to these reasons, Sean's Production House closed its website in early 2022 because it was not making a profit. Sean's Production House requires the right business strategy to overcome this. After observations and interviews, the researcher realized that several factors made potential customers hesitate to purchase through the website. These factors relate to the gap between consumer expectations and the implementation of the website. Design thinking analysis is used to make a strategy to overcome it.

Abstract

The development of Muslim fashion in Indonesia is currently experiencing significant changes. Rabbani is a fashion outlet that is known by its consumers as a provider of Muslim clothing. Rabbani is a garment company engaged in the Muslim fashion sector. This study aims to provide an overview regarding how to optimize the marketplace shopee in increasing sales volume at CV Rabbani Assysa, Jatinangor Branch. The data analysis technique used is SWOT analysis. This study uses a research method with a qualitative approach. With the researcher as the main instrument. In this study, data sources were taken from primary data and secondary data. Primary data sources were collected directly through in-depth interviews with the head of the CV Rabbani Assysa store, Jatinangor branch. In addition, secondary data will be collected through a literature review based on findings from previous studies such as journals, articles, and books. Data collection techniques used are interviews and literature studies. References consist of journals, articles, and books that are relevant to this research. The data analysis technique used is SWOT analysis. SWOT analysis is used to analyze alternative marketing strategy factors that can be implemented by companies. The results of this study indicate that from the SWOT analysis that has been carried out, there is a strategy that can be proposed, namely increasing product marketing through online promotions, especially the marketplace shopee. By maximizing the use of marketplace shopee, sales will increase. In addition, by optimizing the marketplace, Shopee can also expand its market share. .

Abstract

In the context of Indonesia's rapidly growing beauty and personal care industry, this research focuses on optimizing the Google Business Profile strategy for Glowmax, a beauty clinic in East Bekasi. Despite significant market potential, Glowmax faces internal challenges such as limited human resources and low digital literacy, which hinder online visibility and the ability to attract new clients. This study aims to bridge this gap by applying the SOSTAC (Situation Analysis, Objectives, Strategy, Tactics, Action, Control) strategic planning model to optimize Glowmax's digital presence. A qualitative descriptive research method was employed to analyze the implemented strategies and their results. The strategies included comprehensive profile completion, proactive review management, and regular content updates. The results show a significant increase in Google Maps profile views, from a target of 46 to 395 views within one month (June 1-30, 2025). Additionally, 177 customer interactions were recorded, indicating increased attention and engagement from potential customers. These achievements demonstrate that optimizing the Google Business Profile not only enhances visibility but also positively impacts business reputation and attractiveness, ultimately contributing to increased conversions such as new appointments and sales. Therefore, systematic management of the Google Business Profile is a crucial strategic step for MSMEs to compete in the digital era.

Abstract

Digital strategies are becoming increasingly important in today's digital market, with social media platforms like Instagram being used for communication, information exchange, and marketing. Indonesia is an ideal location for content marketing, as over 60% of its clientele consists of millennials or Generation Z. PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) targets urbanites through its social media marketing initiatives, with content marketing being a fundamental element of their strategy. The Trip Experience category generates the most interaction, attracting customers to engage with the organization's products. This research aims to examine the impact of content marketing on consumer purchasing propensity. Descriptive verification was used, and a nonprobability sampling strategy was used. Coefficients of determination, simple linear regression tests, and hypothesis testing were used to investigate the effect. The Slovin method was used to select 100 individuals who followed @kai121_ and participated in the "Panoramic Train is Back!" content marketing campaign. The results indicate that content marketing influences consumer purchasing propensity, with consumers showing greater enthusiasm towards purchasing tickets when the campaign is more robust.
