Abstract

This research was conducted at Café Semanis Kamu which aims to find out the right alternative strategy used to increase sales volume. This research was conducted with a descriptive qualitative method with sources of information obtained by interviews and literature study. The data analysis method uses an approach Internal Resources Based Analysis, VRIN Analysis (Valuable, Rare, Imitability, Non-Substitution), Sustainable Competitive Advantage (SCA) Analysis, and TOWS (Threats, Opportunities, Weakness, Strengths) Analysis. The results of data processing with this approach formed a price discrimination strategy with two program proposals, namely making package & reservation catalogs, and making special discounts.

Abstract

EFFECT OF PRICE AND`SERVICE FAIRNESS ON CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IN GO-JEK Tetty Herawaty, Pratami Wulan Tresna, Fildy Eka WisudastutiDepartement of Business Administrative ScienceFaculty of Social and Political Sciences University of PadjadjaranEmail: tettyhe@unpad.ac.id, pratamiwulantresna@yahoo.co.id, fildywsdst@gmail.com  ABSTRACT This research aims to study and determine the condition of price fairness, fairness service, and customer satisfaction, as well as the effect of price fairness and fairness towards customer satisfaction service simultaneously and partially on the customer Go-Jek in Jakarta.The research method used is descriptive research design verification with survey.Teknik sampling probability sampling is done by using simple random sampling with 110 people who serve as responden.Teknik analysis of the data used is Simple Equation Model (SEM) approach Partial Least Square (PLS).The results of this study indicates there are significant price fairness fairness and service to customer satisfaction in the Go-Jek in Jakarta together. This result means that there is significant influence of price fairness and fairness in partial on customer service satisfaction as seen from the path coefficient. Keywords : price fairness, service fairness, customer satisfaction  PENGARUH PRICE FAIRNESS DAN SERVICE FAIRNESS TERHADAP CUSTOMER SATISFACTION PADA GO-JEK ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari dan mengetahui kondisi price fairness, service fairness, dan customer satisfaction, serta pengaruh dari price fairness dan service fairness terhadap customer satisfaction secara simultan dan parsial pada pelanggan Go-Jek di DKI Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif verifikatif dengan desain survey.Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan probability sampling menggunakan simple random sampling dengan 110 orang yang dijadikan sebagai responden.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Simple Equation Model (SEM) dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh price fairness dan service fairness terhadap customer satisfaction pada Go-Jek di DKI Jakarta secara bersama-sama. Hasil ini mengartikan bahwa adanya pengaruh yang signifikan dari price fairness dan service fairness secara parsial terhadap customer satisfaction yang dilihat dari path coefficient. Kata kunci : strategi, lembaga bisnis, keunggulan bersaing.

Abstract

Pangandaran is one of the regions in Indonesia known as the City of Tourism because it has high natural and tourist potential. This potential is the basic material for a region in carrying out city branding so that it can achieve its brand equity The purpose of this study is to analyze how Pangandaran's city branding is viewed from a tourist perspective. In this study the method used is quantitative research. The sample in this study was 293 people obtained using accidental sampling withdrawal techniques. The data analysis technique used is the SEM method with the PLS approach. Research shows that Attitude has a direct and significant influence on Brand Preference. Brand Equity has a direct and significant influence on Brand Preference. Brand Image does not have a direct significant influence on Brand preference. Pangandaran merupakan salah satu wilayah di Indonesia yang dikenal sebagai Kota Wisata karena memiliki potensi alam dan wisata yang tinggi. Potensi ini menjadi bahan dasar bagi suatu wilayah dalam melakukan city branding sehingga dapat mencapai ekuitas mereknya Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis bagaimana city branding Pangandaran ditinjau dari perspektif wisatawan. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 293 orang yang didapatkan dengan menggunakan teknik penarikan sampling aksidental. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah metode SEM dengan pendekatan PLS. Penelitian memperlihatkan hasil bahwa Attitude memiliki pengaruh signifikan secara langsung terhadap Brand Preference. Brand Equity memiliki pengaruh signifikan secara langsung terhadap Brand Preference. Brand Image tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan secara langsung terhadap Brand preference.

Abstract

The development of digitalization of information systems has changed the trade sector which gave rise to a new business field called e-commerce. Rapid developments have made competition in the e-commerce sector stronger, so it is necessary to identify variables that influence consumer behavior, especially related to purchasing decisions so that companies can win the competition. Literature data shows that brand equity is one of the variables that can influence purchasing decisions. This study aims to determine how much influence brand equity has on consumer purchasing decisions in the Shopee marketplace. The research method used is quantitative. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The sample size is 68 respondents with accidental sampling. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to shopee user respondents. The results of the study show that there is an influence of brand equity on purchasing decisions Perkembangan digitalisasi sistem informasi memberi perubahan pada sektor perdagangan yang memunculkan bidang bisnis baru yang disebut e-commerce. Perkembangan yang kian pesat, membuat persaingan pada sektor e-commerce semakin kuat sehingga perlu diidentifikasikan variabel yang mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen terutama terkait keputusan pembelian agar perusahaan dapat memenangkan persaingan. Data literatur menunjukkan bahwa brand equity merupakan salah satu variabel yang dapat mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh brand equity terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada marketplace Shopee. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Ukuran sampel 68 responden dengan sampling aksidental. Data dikumpulkan dengan membagikan kuesioner pada responden pengguna shopee. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan hasil bahwa terdapat pengaruh dari brand equity terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

 The use of communication platforms is beneficial for companies, one of which is the use of mobile-based applications, namely the WhatsApp Business application, to meet market demands that require easy access to information directly and quickly. The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in sales at PT Saung Angklung Ujdo after using WhatsApp Business in the implementation of the sales process. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews with the Digital Strategy Manager, and literature study of books, journals, and documents related to research discussions. The results show that there is a match between theory and practice in the sales process with the use of the WhatsApp Business application and an increase in sales after the use of the WhatsApp Business application by PT Saung Angklung Udjo.  Penggunaan platform komunikasi sangat membantu perusahaan salah satunya adalah penggunaan aplikasi berbasis mobile yaitu aplikasi WhatsApp Business untuk memenuhi tuntutan pasar yang membutuhkan kemudahan akses informasi secara langsung dan cepat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan penjualan pada PT Saung Angklung Ujdo setelah menggunakan WhatsApp Business dalam pelaksanaan proses penjualannya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dengan Manajer Strategi Digital, dan studi pustaka terhadap buku, jurnal, dan dokumen yang berkaitan dengan pembahasan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kesesuaian antara teori dan praktek dalam proses penjualan dengan penggunaan aplikasi WhatsApp Business dan peningkatan penjualan setelah penggunaan aplikasi WhatsApp Business yang dilakukan oleh PT Saung Angklung Udjo.

Abstract

The importance of product quality can influence consumer behavior, especially consumer beliefs. Consumer beliefs is very important for the development of a business. This study aims to analyze the level of consumer beliefs in product quality and propose appropriate marketing strategies to increase consumer beliefs in product quality. This research uses mixed research methods with a case study approach. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from interviews with the owner of Nunu Leather and secondary data obtained from textbooks, journals, and internet sites. Methods of data analysis using Internal Based Resources, VRCN, SCA, and TOWS analysis. The results show that consumer beliefs of 85,1% has already reached the target of 82%, but Nunu Leather has a further target of 90%. The author recommends strategy support with a product review program proposal to increase consumer beliefs in the quality of Nunu Leather products by 4,9%.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the right strategy in using Instagram as an advertising medium for MSMEs in Amoira using descriptive qualitative methods. The data is taken by doing two ways, namely interviews and also observations. The data obtained is processed by several methods such as internal resources analysis, Sustainable Competitive Advantage (SCA) analysis, VRIO framework, and also TOWS analysis. Then the researchers conducted a content analysis to propose strategies for using Instagram. In this study, generate strategies that can be carried out based on the analysis conducted on Amoira. Keywords: instagram utilization strategy, advertising media, impression Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatahui apa strategi yang tepat dalam pemanfaatan Instagram sebagai media periklanan pada UMKM Amoira menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, data diambil dengan melakukan 2 cara yaitu wawancara dan juga observasi. Data yang diperoleh diolah dengan sejumlah metode seperti analisis internal resources, analisis Sustainable Competitive Advantage (SCA), framework VRIO dan juga analisis TOWS. Abstract

Pertumbuhan industri sektor jasa yang saat ini terus berkembang salah satunya pada sektor travel pariwisata menyebabkan UMKM 3005 BR terus berusaha meningkatkan penguasaan pasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagamaina cara meningkatkan penetrasi merek 3005 BR. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif, dimana data diperoleh dari wawancara dengan pihak owner 3005 BR dan studi dokumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis internal dan eksternal dengan berbagai pendekatan seperti Resources-Based View (RBV), kerangka VRIO, Sustainable Competitive Advantage (SCA), dan analisis TOWS. Hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan strategi penetrasi pasar berupa strategi customer retention dan increasing of the existing market dengan usulan-usulan program yang mampu meningkatkan penetrasi merek 3005 BR yang didukung oleh Sustainable Competitive Advantage (SCA) dari UMKM 3005 BR. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine strategies to increase brand preference for authentic Rabbani products through SWOT analysis. In determining the marketing strategy it is necessary to know the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. The design used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The subject of this research is the owner of Rabbani Jatinangor. The research instrument used was interviewed. The results showed that the analysis of strengths consisted of having many product variants, good product quality, and comfortable use, having many branches abroad, competitive prices offered, and good service quality, while weaknesses consisted of product designs that were easily imitated by competitors, several outlets had land narrow parking, optimization of the shopee marketplace for several outlets is still lacking, promotions only focus on direct marketing and personal selling, the only product that is in great demand is instant hijab. Then the opportunity consists of offers of cooperation with television programs, school students who are interested in the Rabbani student ambassador program, have entered foreign markets, relations with several celebrities as brand ambassadors, there are Muslim holidays, and the thread consists of increasingly competitive Muslim clothing. tight, many counterfeit products at low prices on the market, many competitors use online marketing, fashion trends change rapidly, and competitors open stores in nearby locations. Based on the results of the Rabbani SWOT matrix analysis, it is in the growth-oriented quadrant I (growth). Due to the large number of counterfeit products that have an impact on consumers turning away from counterfeit products, a strategy that can be carried out by Rabbani is to protect the copyright of the Rabbani brand

Abstract

The development of Muslim fashion in Indonesia is currently experiencing significant changes. Rabbani is a fashion outlet that is known by its consumers as a provider of Muslim clothing. Rabbani is a garment company engaged in the Muslim fashion sector. This study aims to provide an overview regarding how to optimize the marketplace shopee in increasing sales volume at CV Rabbani Assysa, Jatinangor Branch. The data analysis technique used is SWOT analysis. This study uses a research method with a qualitative approach. With the researcher as the main instrument. In this study, data sources were taken from primary data and secondary data. Primary data sources were collected directly through in-depth interviews with the head of the CV Rabbani Assysa store, Jatinangor branch. In addition, secondary data will be collected through a literature review based on findings from previous studies such as journals, articles, and books. Data collection techniques used are interviews and literature studies. References consist of journals, articles, and books that are relevant to this research. The data analysis technique used is SWOT analysis. SWOT analysis is used to analyze alternative marketing strategy factors that can be implemented by companies. The results of this study indicate that from the SWOT analysis that has been carried out, there is a strategy that can be proposed, namely increasing product marketing through online promotions, especially the marketplace shopee. By maximizing the use of marketplace shopee, sales will increase. In addition, by optimizing the marketplace, Shopee can also expand its market share. .
